Homewood Suites by Hilton Cape Canaveral-Cocoa Beach

Excellent location and spacious room.

Air conditioning in the main lobby area of the hotel was obviously broken.

Breakfast wasn't great but ok

Buena ubicación. Habitación con buen espacio. Personal amable

Cama no tan cómoda

Breakfast wasn't very good!

Better selection

How close it was to the port

It was beautiful and because of a storm in my area I left and got there a day early. Although they didn’t have and room they helped me find one for the extra day

Minden evőeszköz és tányér eldobható volt a reggelinél, ez nem tetszett. Hullott a vakolat a szobában.

The staff was very friendly.

The buffet breakfast was awesome. The room immaculate.

The property was very nice

The breakfast selection was not good

Rewelacyjny Bar przy basenie z niesamowitym barmanem z Filipin, który serwował świetne drinki i dał niesamowite przekąski - kurczaczek i 0,5kg krewetek w cieście i ostrym sosie - rewelacja

wszystko było OK

Clean and cozy

Clean, everything was convenient. Easy to get to our cruise. Very smooth transition from the hotel to the port. Will recommend to family, and will stay again.

No complaints

Location and clean staff excellent

No Restaurant

Very good breakfast

That I had to pay for parking this expenses was stupid. While im staying at a place why would I have to pay when staying there.

Perfect location for our Royal Caribbean cruises. Hotel very clean, gentleman in front desk very helpful and knowledgeable. Pool area was great! They have shuttle to pier and you can leave your car at hotel.

Location, cleanliness and value for money

Breakfast was basic

Becky and Rick were very friendly and worked hard to make sure we had a great stay. Thanks guys!

They gave my room away even though I confirmed my stay and I had to go to a more expensive hotel with out breakfast. We arrived at 12:30am to no room available

The staff was great. I would definitely stay here again

Nothing

I liked most everything about hotel, the staff, pool with a bar. The information about the area was very helpful, I think his name was Larry.

but the ceiling fan would not shut off and both me and my wife got with a stuffy head. room service was unable to fix the problem. I was told there was nothing they could do.

Convenient, friendly, and close to cruise. Love the Tiki Bar!

I got some sleep.

I left a personal item there when I checked out, and they kept it for them self.

Very nice we”ll stay again

Na

Homewood was clean. The staff was polite. It was in an excellent location for our cruise ship location. The rooms were so nice!

Not one thing.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

There was left over hair in the room, and it was not cleaned like I expected.

Room very well equipped with home needs…

The price, and charged $19 the day before

Social Party on Wednesdays, continental breakfast, pool, cleanliness of hotel, the huge space in the suites with a full size refrigerator

The room was great. Very clean. Breakfast was superb. Lots of choices and the food was excellent. Tiki bar was great too. We ordered a wrap and loved it. So convenient. We will definitely be stay here again in August. The shuttle to the pier was awesome. Very easy to book and the price was right. It arrived on time and got us to the pier quickly.

Nothing

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Well maintained property. Breakfast was a good selection and well stocked. Teresa, the hostess was friendly, helpful and caring towards everyone. Breakfast on day 2 wasn’t nearly as well maintained. Maybe 🤔 just an off day for the different hostess. I would happily stay here again.

It was close to Port

Food spots close early

Clean, polite, parking, staff n breakfast

Beautiful property and a great location near the cruise ports. Room was large and bed linens were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Very nice stay.

The cost per night is pretty high and you have to pay extra to park your vehicle in the parking lot.

The property was easy to locate and very convenient to the Ports and Parking.

Everything was great very clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze.

Breakfast was great.. Room was very clean.. Pool area was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

cost was a little high.

The breakfast was very good. The suit was spacious. The staff was excellent.

The cost was a little high.

Staff provided excellent service, with personalized care for foreign visitors. Congratulations go to Kris, Jennifer, Larry, and Lily [front desk], and Tara and Jennifer [for breakfast].

Staff was excellent in helping locate a suite I accidentally left behind.

Proximity to the port

Breakfast

Close to cruise terminal and great for the family.

Close to port however will likely stay elsewhere next time. For the price the room cleanliness was subpar. Staff was friendly and common areas seemed well maintained. Breakfast staff was polite and helpful. Only 1 waffle maker if that’s your thing (long line). Gal at checkout was wonderful. Pool area and bar was nice. Shuttle service they use was helpful and prompt. For what we paid the cleanly of the room was not ok. Dirty walls, dirty/sticky floors, dirty bed covers, room had a smell (musty maybe). The bathroom was clean with no signs of mold. The view of the port was nice. Perhaps housekeeping was short staffed. Not sure but definitely not up to standard.

Everything

Overall, the property is very nice. We did discover that there was blood on a pillow that my daughter used on the pullout. I brought the pillow downstairs and showed the front desk in the morning. She advised a manager will be contacting me about it as it was not acceptable. agreed, but no one ever contacted me. As a diamond member, the lack of follow up is completely unacceptable..

Very happy with the place. Staff was helpful and answered questions.

Could not stay longer

Goede locatie. Lekker bed, ruime kamer en aardig personeel

Unpleasant experience. I experienced two aggressive employees.

Beautiful and clean. Close to every thing and the staff was welcoming.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Cape Canaveral-Cocoa Beach. The reception desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a large living room and kitchen facilities. Bathroom was of good size. The only aspect of this hotel that was lacking from the breakfast that is included. It was not well stocked and they did not have the staff on duty to manage this very busy area. Otherwise, this hotel was very good and a perfect place to be for a pre- and/or post-cruise stay.

The staff was excellent

We like how clean and convenient to the cruise port the property is.

Very clean and spacious

Parking- had to walk all the way around the building to get in

Nice large room

Looked slightly dated, room not cleaned after a 2 night stay

Staff. Rosa

Without exception that staff were all friendly, pleasant ands helpful. The staff obviously is well trained in customer relations. The breakfast also was considerably better than most places where complimentary breakfast is provided. They also had a nice light meal feature on Wednesday night that also is complimentary. The fitness room was well equipped.

No real complaints, which is unusual for me!
