I liked the proximity to the cruise port, the available shuttle, the large well equipped rooms, and the staff (Tamarin).

We had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Cape Canaveral Cruise Port! We stayed here as a family during our road trip through the United States, and it was a fantastic place to begin our journey. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Port Canaveral, and also conveniently located for visiting Kennedy Space Center and the surrounding area. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, clean, and very well equipped. Having plenty of room for our family made a big difference, especially at the beginning of a long road trip. The beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was right there. We also really enjoyed the breakfast — there was a great variety of choices, and it was a wonderful way to start the day. The pool area was another highlight for our family, especially for the kids. After a long day of traveling and sightseeing, it was the perfect place to relax. The entire hotel had a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. This was a great choice for our family, and we would absolutely stay here again if we return to Cape Canaveral. We highly recommend Home2 Suites by Hilton Cape Canaveral Cruise Port to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, spacious, and family-friendly place to stay. The floors were dirty and we stepped on bits of food on the carpet from previous guests. There were no linens for the pull out sofa.

It was clean and spacious

My room was hot and the ac didn’t work nobody ever came to check on it or did anything about it. And when we asked for a refund the next day I was lied to and never was given my refund. And I never talk to management even after I left three messages they only talked through the clerk at the front desk.

Close to cruise port. Super clean. Great pool and restaurant so we didn’t have to leave for dinner after a long drive. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Pulizia della camera totalmente insufficiente. C’erano rifiuti e sporcizia incastrati nel divano letto. Servizio inadeguato: siamo arrivati alle 3:30 di notte e il letto per i ragazzi che alloggiavano in camera con noi non era stato fatto e questo ci ha costretto a richiedere lenzuola e cuscini in receptions e addirittura a farci il letto da soli. Oltretutto le lenzuola erano sporche.

Nothing we received on arrival a dirty room. For price we payed breakfast was unacceptable ( breakfast items) I have a second trip back to the cruise port and unfortunately I will be looking for better conditions

I always love staying here because of the convenience of the location from the terminal.

That this year I was charged an extra $50 for holding. I wasn’t charged that last year.

The pool was beautiful and refreshing.

We were doing a family cruise of 10. All coming from Michigan, but coming in at different times due to the fact that we are flying in later we chose to separate and stay closer to the Port. You can imagine our disappointment when arriving at the hotel around 7pm, after traveling all day and being told our room was not yet ready. They said the reason was they had a full house yesterday and today my experience is that would be great and hotels should be prepared for something like that. We were told that our room would be ready in approximately 25 minutes and I would get a call when it was ready. We decided to go grab something to eat which we couldn’t do on site because the bar had already ran out of pizza. The bartender was busy, she took my husbands drink order and completely bypassed me. We ended up walking to another hotels restaurant and at 8:25 I called the hotel to ask if our room was ready yet and was told that I wasn’t on the list for her to call but our room was now ready. When we finally got up to our room, there was no soap to wash our hands with, there was hair in the shower and on our bathroom floor, which was disgusting. The bed was made and clean, and it was comfortable to sleep in, but none of the above is anything that I would ever have expected from the Hilton Hotels! The pool was beautiful and refreshing. There was never an apology for us having to wait. Just excuses why it was not ready. Even a coupon for the restaurant/Bar would’ve made people feel better. Obviously, we weren’t the only ones because the entire lobby was filled with people and kids in luggage Hilton Hotels. You need to really do better than this.

My phone didn't work to call the front desk - we didn't have the pullout bedding for our son. With the amazing bathroom the hooks were above the toilet... Which I don't think that's really sanitary.

Conveniently located for cruising

Cruise parking is even higher than parking at the port. Hotel room was not very clean. There was a huge wad of hair in the shower when we arrived, which I wouldn’t have expected a hotel I paid almost $300 a night for.

We loved the property altogether. The location, the room, the lobby and the pool. My family had a great time staying at this hotel.

Hotel surpreendeu. Quarto extremamente confortável, infra estrutura perfeita, mini cozinha bem equipada, lay out moderno. Tudo novo e muito confortável. A área comum muito boa, piscina muito boa, academia maravilhosa, café da manhã muito bom com time muito gentil no atendimento. Existem dois hoteis integrados e podíamos dispor do café da manhã dos dois, a nossa escolha. Outro ponto pouco visto, o hotel dispõe de uma pequena mas eficiente lavanderia coletiva e um "mini mercado" que dispunha de tudo o que precisávamos. Excelente para viajantes.

Não diria que não gostei mas como o Hotel fica muito próximo aos terminais de embarque de cruzeiros do Porto de Cabo Canaveral o fluxo de pessoas no café da manhã e piscina é sempre intenso. Para quem se incomoda com isto pode ser desconfortável.

I'll be the first one to admit, I am a tough customer. I have very high expectations when it comes to cleanliness #1, and hospitality. This property not only met but exceeded all of my expectations!!! From the friendliness and hospitality of the ENTIRE STAFF to the amenities, decor, and maintenance of the property.

ZERO I cannot comment on anything I did not like or was disappointed with.

Wow what can I say, this was a really good property! The size of a suite fit all five female adults just comfortably! We loved that it had a kitchen. The hotel was lovely and didn’t disappoint. Found this location idea on IG social media. The shuttle service was better than what we expected. The hotel’s breakfast was WAY more than what we expected to receive. Now that was a meal and tasty!

Our room was huge and very clean. We ordered an uber from the airport and to the cruise port at a very reasonable cost without any hassle. We went for a walk in the evening to a Tiki Bar which was fab. Would stay again.

Breakfast was not the best. We also paid for one round of drinks in the evening at the outdoor bar with cash. A few days later, I saw my credit card had also been charged for those drinks. It wasn't much, but it left a sour taste to our visit.

Staff was excellent.
