Staff nice, easy shuttle to cruise port, breakfast always good and location is good. This is our 2nd time here and will stay again.

Von außen sah alles gut aus, aber die Zimmer sind sehr verwohnt. Man erkennt den Versuch die Zimmer schöner zu machen, aber sieht dabei sehr unsaubere Arbeiten. Steckdosen waren teilweise nicht fest montiert, die Klimaanlage war extrem laut und zeigte immer wieder error an. Das Frühstück war recht dürftig, die Waffelstation ein Highlight.

Ótimo atendimento, café da manhã com várias opções, quarto bem confortável e limpo. Escolhemos esse hotel pela proximidade com o porto, pois íamos pegar um cruzeiro.

Uma coisa comum nos EUA, e que eu odeio, é a cortina no chuveiro. Isso é um coisa que eu mudaria, porque realmente me incomoda. Dependendo da temperatura ambiente, a cortina fica voando pra cima de você.

Went to outdoor pool area for alittle fure pit time ( was told the hrs by staff) and there was nine instead we got told we couldn’t stay at the outside pool area and it was only 9 o’clock on Friday.

Very friendly and professional staff. I Greatly Appreciated the staff at the front desk accommodating me to be able to park in the lot for my Cruise.

The inside needed updating - the hallways needed painting. But mostly the carpet needed cleaning. It had a lot of strains and the carpet in the bedroom smelled bad. It makes it uncomfortable after a 17 hours drive to try to get settled and relaxed, but the smell of the carpet doesn't help to sleep well. Other than that - It was Good!

Breakfast was underwhelming. The beds were AWFUL!! I got on the floor because I couldn’t take the pain from the bed any longer and around 2am.

Breakfast was very underwhelming. Basic eggs, sausage links cereal and waffles. Nothing to brag about. My daughter asked to find somewhere else to eat when usually hotel breakfast is her favorite and at $175 a night, breakfast should have been nearly top notch! The beds were awful!! The floor literally felt better!! Yes we got on the floor around 2am because we couldn’t take those hard beds anymore!! The air went out but the front desk lady compensated us on that upon check out. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone due to how expensive it is per night and the uncomfortable beds, underwhelming breakfast and the expensive nightly cost. This should have been an $80 a night stay due to those things. Kind of hard pill to swallow with that price and with being uncomfortable. I checked out well before my port time. Sitting in the car for 3 hours was literally more comfortable.

Pleasantly pleased that the room looked exactly how its advertised on line. We had a late check in and the attendant was very kind, professional, and quick. I enjoyed my stay at this very clean facility.

We booked two nights,one pre cruise. Aug 7th. And one pist cruise, Aug 16th. First night was great, even though we arrived late. Second night not so good. Shuttle picked us at cruise ship. Took.us to hotel. We arrived at 9am, and we're told many rooms were clean and ready, but unless we paid a $40.00 fee, we would have to wait until 12 noon to get to.our room. Not a good policy!!

Breakfast was not good Worst I’ve had in last 4 yrs Based on cost of room quality of food was very poor. Other hotels/motels I’ve stayed in costing 100.00 to200.00 the breakfast was better more variety waffles bacon , etc.

Listening to the door slam all night long. People running in out of each other’s rooms till all hours. Then letting there kids running up and down the halls till all hours. There were several big families staying at the time we were there waiting in cruises.

We didnt for up early enough to est the breakfast but I was glad it was offered so that was a plus for us.

I wish there was an ice machine on the 2nd floor bc I was constantly going all throughout the day and night

Pagamos uma diária bastante alta para apenas uma noite, já que estávamos hospedados apenas para embarcar no cruzeiro no dia seguinte. Infelizmente, o custo não correspondeu à qualidade oferecida. O atendimento não foi satisfatório. O quarto apresentava um cheiro forte, semelhante ao de cigarro, aparentemente vindo do carpete. O café da manhã é bastante básico no estilo americano, sem opções de frutas frescas e sem café expresso. Além disso, a pintura estava descascando, demonstrando falta de manutenção. Pelo valor cobrado e pelos comentários positivos no Booking, esperávamos uma experiência muito melhor.

The fact that they gave away my sisters room to someone else who had the same name as her.. so when we arrived my sister and her family didn’t have a room… they did end up accommodating her since she had all her booking Info and it was their fault they didn’t check other lady’s info. Did not like the shuttles to the port as they left us at the port for 3 hours waiting on a ride…

Location was ideal for cruise plans.

The staff was great, they made sure we were well taken care of. The room (108) had a few maintenance issues. 1- The outlets between rhe beds didn’t work on one side, so we couldn’t charge phones on that side. 2- The shower head adjustment is broken off, stuck on massage mode.

Everything was great, except the second morning I specifically went next door and asked housekeeping to be sure to clean my room while we were out, and several hours later when we returned, exhausted and ready for a nap it was not cleaned. I had to go down to the front desk and ask why and was told they did not know why. So I was forced o accept the answer mainly because we were so tired, and I laid down. An hour later the call came that someone would come to clean the room so in the middle of the nap we had to get up and go downstairs and wait, and when it was done we were not told we could go back, I had to go ask the front desk again. If it were not for this issue the stay would have been perfect.

I didn't like the senior manager not letting me park there. I had been parking there for several years. After driving 14 hours he throws my wife a card of another business place to park my truck. I'll stop on this.

I didn't eat the food offered. The staff handling the shuttles did a great job and kept us abreast of the traffic situation from the accident.

Better front desk staff around 9pm. When I my fanily and I arrived at the airport from Chicago looking for a shuttle. She hung up on my twice before I could finish asking my questions to get assistance with getting to hotel. When I called back, the phone repeatedly picked up and put my call back into cue. This was not a great welcome for anyone unfamiliar to the area, the site stated airport shuttle Instead of assistance for a family of ten, I got "I have been here since 2018 and we nevered offered air port shuttle," instead of assistance. The next morning I see vans lined up for cruise shuttle stating "airport shuttle" as well. The other issue is that the water in the tubs drained very slow, resulting standing water in the tub with hair and blue pieces of paper in it. After seeing that the rest of us decided on showering once we got on the cruise ship. The unprofessional response I received prior resulted in me choosing not to have a repeated experience with your front desk staff.

Location is the best thing this hotel has going for it. Rooms are nice. Breakfast was nice. Did not use the pool, but it looked very nice. All of this was fine. I requested a higher room facing the cruise port and when we awoke the next morning we could see our ship outside our window,

There was honestly nothing that I disliked about the hotel. If we are ever in the area again, I would be happy to stay here.

Customer service is horrible , I was double booked and they still have not responded to my numerous outreaches.

Customer service is horrible, worst I have ever experienced. I have yet to receive a responds to my emails, phone call, text regarding a double booking charge.

We arrived earlier than we thought and thankfully we were allowed to check in. Our room was clean and comfortable, staff was super helpful and friendly, included breakfast was decent. For a reasonable fee, they also provided reliable transportation to the cruise port we were leaving from.
