Property was close to the event we were attending and the family room suite provide the right number of beds for our family.

When booking the room, it stated there was no fee to park but upon check in we were informed there was for $30 a night. When we asked about a second car we were informed it was $60 a night but they wanted cash. After some discussion they finally accepted a credit card.

Close to Disneyland

They changed for parking even when you do not have a vehicle. I was charged for 2 days of parking, but used public transportation. It’s sort of a scam.

The location was excellent and just as I had expected.

We had to change rooms because the original room had a very musty smell. However, upon pointing this out to the staff, they moved us immediately to another room that did not smell bad. The pool is small and became too crowded very quickly in the evenings when we wanted to use it.

The room was a little run down needs a little TLC but overall love the stay. They have strollers and electrical scooter for rent, they are very affordable. I wish I would know ahead of time!

We love the space for the price. Our kids have their own area and the price doesn’t break the bank. We’ve stated twice now and have another reservation coming in December.

The air conditioning in the hotel room sounded like an airplane taking off. You could not sleep with aircon on because of the noise, making the room too hot to sleep. Cleaning knocked on the door at 8am way too early.

Great location- 3 minute walk to the convention center, 8 minute walk to Disneyland. There’s a CVS and Walgreens on the corners, and plenty of eateries. Staff were friendly.

Not very clean- I cleaned the bathroom sink and the counter not only was it dirty but had crusted toothpaste on it. The floor was very dirty, my socks were filthy after walking on the carpet.

Rooms were old and musty, they need to be updated. Elevator didn't work and we had to walk to the end of the building to use one or constantly go up and down 3 flights of stairs near our room. Room had either mosquitoes or small biting flies in the room and we had welts on our legs and ankles upon checkout. No soap, no tissues, no extra toilet paper. We had to ask for it.

There was no breakfast offered, just the room.

The room was old, there was mold in the shower and black hair in the floor. The staff tried twice to charge me a higher rate even though I had booked and prepaid my stay through booking.com. I had stayed at this hotel years ago and it wasn't a good experience, so I thought, after all these years, it's probably improved, new managers etc. But I was wrong, it's a horrible hotel and I won't come back here again.

The lobby was fresh and bright and inviting. Proximity to the park was wonderful.

The room itself was dingey and dated and was in desperate need of an update.

The staff people were really nice and kind . But inside hotel my bedroom was worse experience the beds were uncomfortable and itchy. The bathroom shower was clogged and it had bad smell the room. My family didn’t like it . Not recommended for that prices at all. Sorry 😞

Have stayed there for years.This was the first time the room smelled like cigarette smoke couldn't breathe and the floor was filthy Stay in room 2309I would highly recommend not staying in that room ever they star.\n TED charging for parking, which makes this facility less desirable as it competes with the higher expensive Hotels that have much better cleanliness and amenities for the price. Same thing happen to the Anaheim hotel, which is why we no longer stay there either. It might be a bigger space for the family, but the cleanliness ( carpets were filthy) and the smoky rooms from previous years of smokers definitely will affect your health in breathing. They need to spend some of that parking money on upgrading the rooms , cleaning the rooms and add some better amenities for families We were very, very disappointed after staying at this facility.Multiple times a year as Disney pass holders.Doubt we will stay here again.The experience was less than desirable

There is excessive noise and movement from the children in the room above us every day due to poor sound insulation. When we spoke to the reception desk about this to ask for the activity to be reduced, they stated that there was nothing they could do until 10:00 PM.

The bed was too soft and my back was sore for 2 day and not enought chair each room for 5 people and I did report to front desk staff about i catch roach out the shower pipe and catch and crush it ! I didnt see the picture showing the door windows blocking the other room with door on side and I want it open space not door. Windows with curtain wasn't good sight 😕!

Elevator was not working on the west side. And room needs to be updated, carpets were tacky/sticky. And A/C was not strong enough, the room was really humid.

The facilities and staff very accommodating

The first room had a faulty A/C which made the room damp. But this was rectified by room change

The location was perfect and close to our traveled destination

Staff took hours for room service and the facility was scorching hot with no ac running through building making it very uncomfortable. Stains on mattresses and beds very uncomfortable with feeling of springs coming through them. Refrigerator was not working properly and couch was caving in.

The price was good. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We liked the Star Wars room decor.

It was small for 6 of us, we thought we’d have at least 2 bathrooms. It was really hard using one bathroom with 6 people. The phone didn’t work, so we had a hard time ordering more towels. The drawer was broken in the nightstand, and there were zero usb outlets.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple other times. Love how close to Disneyland it is.

The property didn’t state it was a 50USD deposit per day. The elevators were out of order which made it inconvenient to transport luggage up and down the stairs.

Front desk told me that the parking fee was included in my total bill. I was later charged $140 for parking, even though I was explicitly told I wouldn’t be. Feels very insulting to be lied to.

Our room was pretty dirty and we found a bug on the bed also we were checking out and the lady said you can still park here no charge and they still charged me

I felt the coils in the bed. Mu hips hurt from the worn out mattress. The room stunk and was musty. The pillows were hard. The shower didnt get very hot. The pool and spa were gross and stunk of pee

Great location to Disneyland. My family was able to walk to the parks.

The rooms were not that clean. My wife ended up having to clean the room by wiping everything down to clean up dust and sanitize all high touch areas and the beds and such. Also the parking was small with very little selection.

I think they simply didn't honor the agreed-upon charges. The amount to pay for the days I was supposed to stay was less than 8,000 Mexican pesos, but when it came time to pay, I had to pay more than 12,000 Mexican pesos. I think this difference of 4,000 pesos is an excessive amount, and it doesn't seem fair that the information on Booking.com is false or incorrect, since one looks for the best options to save money on their vacation, and this wasn't one of those occasions.

Dirty, outside, smelled inside, you could see all the previous finger prints and stains on doors and nightstands, the pull out bed was so stained and disgusting couldn’t use it, they’d take our towels and not replace them. Beds and pillows super uncomfortable.

Very convenient location for Disneyland. It was nice that it was next to CVS, Starbucks, and 7Eleven. Staff is very nice.

Property seems to look alittle aged. Bathroom had soap scum. The elevator is very finnicky. You have to press level 1 multiple times without stopping on each floor.

Our stay here was super comfortable. The hotel was quiet, even though you could definitely see there were several guests. We couldn't get the TV to work, but spent most of our visit at Disneyland, which was only a 10 minute walk away, so it didn't really bother us. The main elevator by the lobby stops on Floor 2 every time you are going down regardless of what button you push, but the kids got to push extra buttons so no complaints on our side, but keep it in mind if you are on a time crunch. The staff was extremely friendly & we would definitely love to stay gere again.
