Spacious room, an awesome pool, and direct access to the beach made the stay even better. Such a relaxing getaway—definitely a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience!

مسبح يغلق ساعه 7 مساء و كثير من فنادق يغلقون ساعه 9 وقت مناسب في فصل صيف هو بعد ساعه 5 مساء باقي وقت لوجود شمس قوي لا تسطيع سباحه نرجو منهم فقط في فصل صيف يتم زيادة وقت من 7 لين 9 و شكرا لهم من احسن فنادق

The hotel is well located - right next to the beach. We ate within the hotel, the food was very good, the poolside bar had a good selection of poolside snacks. Great staff, all very friendly.

أنا نزيل في الفندق ومن العملاء الدائمين. اصطحبت شخصًا ليتعرف على مرافق الفندق لأنه يرغب في الحجز مستقبلًا مع عائلته، إلا أن الموظفة التي بالنادي الصحي بعد مرورنا معها لمشاهدة الجم قامت بتتبعنا وطلبت من الموظف عند المسبح إخراج الضيف بحجة أنه ليس نزيلًا، رغم أن المكان كان خاليًا. واخبرتهم بأنني نزيل ولدي غرفة والموظف اعتذر مني وقال : خذوا راحتكم هذا ليس اختصاصها. أتمنى مراجعة اليوم ومعرفة من هي الموظفة التي كانت بالجم وتوجيهها بعدم التدخل في مثل هذه الأمور وتركها للمختصين ، وأن يكون التعامل مع الزوار بروح الضيافة والترحيب بما يعكس مستوى الفندق. تصرف فردي من موظف بسيط يمكن ان يسيء لمستوى ومكانة وسمعة صرح فخم مثل هذا

Beautiful hotel, very relaxing. Clean, very spacious room, comfortable bed and large bathroom. Breakfast had range of choices and all well prepared. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Pool could have been cooler as my visit was during summer!

Stunning lobby, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast buffet! The staff are super friendly and the location was perfect for us. We have stayed twice now and love this hotel as it isn't too far from the airport and feels central enough to explore Muscat.

There is no shade over the kids pool, to me this is a must, so hopefully they will invest in this. They also have water fountains right next to the kids pool but don't let the kids play in them....

The hotel was very good and conveniently located. Approximately 90% of the staff were professional, friendly, and provided excellent service. the management of the pool area was disappointing. Guests were required to pay for drinks immediately at the poolside rather than having the charges added to their room account. Furthermore, the staff member responsible for this area was discourteous and handled such requests in an unprofessional manner. Aside from this issue, my overall experience was good to excellent.

Business is all about personnel. The staff is of high caliber , professionals , and with a genuine interest for their work despite the hardship that the hotel industry is facing in the region at this time.

It was too quiet but as mentioned the regional circumstances dictated that.

All staff across the hotel were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Infinity Pool and Staff

The stay was comfortable overall, but the room could use additional charging points. We had to unplug the bedside lamps to charge our phones, which was somewhat inconvenient.

Everything.. really surpassed my expectations

Nothing ..wish I got a sea view room ..but thats ok ..the infinity pool made up for that

- the enterance and exit of the hotel not clear (even I couldnt find underground parking). - the rooms are not sound proof. There was a noisy party, difficult to get a sleep. - lazy water needs tubes like shangri la experiance.

Gäste besetzen mitunter nicht genutzte Strandliegen mit Badetüchern…aber dagegen kann man wohl kaum etwas machen…

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Muscat and was absolutely delighted! This place perfectly combines luxury, comfort, and a high level of service. The hotel is beautifully designed in an elegant Eastern style, and both the architecture and interiors create the atmosphere of a true Arabian fairytale. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable, and everything was thoughtfully arranged — from high-quality toiletries to the cozy ambiance. Housekeeping was done daily and at a high standard. I would especially like to highlight the staff — incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help. You can truly feel genuine hospitality and care for guests. One particularly memorable moment: we asked about the name of a chili sauce in the restaurant, and the chef not only told us about it but also gifted us a whole jar — a very unexpected and приятный gesture! The breakfasts were diverse and delicious, with a wide selection of dishes for every taste. The restaurants on the hotel grounds were also impressive — excellent cuisine and a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel grounds are well-maintained, and the pool is clean and comfortable: there is a bar right in the water, the sun loungers are always clean and neat, and towels are provided separately, which is very convenient. The location is also great — close to the sea with beautiful views. This is a perfect place both for leisure and business trips. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend it to everyone!

ideale Lage , Zimmer werden in einem Flügel renoviert, im zweiten Flügel ist dies auch notwendig. Trotzdem noch okay. Frühstück sehr gut, große Auswahl. Badelandschaft vorbildlich . Strandzugang under construction . Ein Punkt: das Personal . So was freundliches und hilfbereites noch nie getroffen !!! Danke

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. There is direct access to the public beach (2min walk) which is stunning at sunset. You can get a taxi to the airport at a very good price via the reception desk.

The rooms can do with more sockets for charging devices and with a more sustainable approach to toiletries. This was fed back to the hotel and they have taken the feedback on board with upcoming renovations which was great to hear.

La posizione è molto favorevole per la visita in città. Gli spazi comuni sono spaziosi (Lobby). Nel ristorante la cucina è curata e si consumano pasti vista mare o all'aperto. L'hotel è fronte mare. Stanze da letto ampie con bollitore per tè e caffè. Costo ottimo rispetto ad altre strutture.

Le stanze sono vetuste. Lo spazio adiacente alla piscina non prevede sufficienti lettini e ombrelloni, salvo arrivando molto presto. Fronte mare, ma senza spiaggia privata, con accesso alla spiaggia pubblica
