There was fiber glass on our chairs on the balcony, the staff weren’t really friendly towards me and my guest, they were also very pushy when trying to sell their timeshares.

It was close to our destination and the price was right.

When we came back to the room it had a mildewy/mold smell from the A/C. We also had 4 fire alarms go off the last night we were there which was awful. The automatic lights would go off while taking a shower.

Shower is complicated when bathing children, due to no plug and long reach with single door, breakfast was dismal, loud busy, no protein! Bacon etc. waffles were nice but took forever because of line, building was old looking and we struggled with my disabled child, lots of steps, no way to get in restaurant without removing him from wheelchair.

Very clean, staff great ,busy hotel near Disney attractions plenty of parking.

The air conditioning unit it the room made some noise had to turn it off to sleep wasn't to warm later on.

This place was really clean and awesome location very close to all the parks and a 15 minute drive to Disney springs

Everything was good about this place however its very popular and a lot of travelers go here so for breakfast time is a little chaotic because you have a lot of people trying to get what you're there for and its a little hard to get your food on time and need to wait in line for other and it took me about 15 minutes to get a waffle .

Location is excellent, I love the breakfast variety. Staff is polite and friendly. Facilities are clean and is a very safe place, access control gates. Is perfect for family, couples or anything.

Nada! Na verdade ficamos no apartamento no térreo que tinha porta de vidro para o estacionamento. Me senti um pouco insegura, apesar do estacionamento ter portão e ser privativo do hotel.

La opción del desayuno incluido es fantástica y, sin duda, un valor agregado. Sin embargo, considero que el menú podría mejorar, especialmente para quienes nos hospedamos varios días, ya que resulta poco atractivo recibir el mismo desayuno durante tres días. Además, noté que en su mayoría los huéspedes somos latinoamericanos, por lo que sería muy positivo adaptar un poco la oferta a nuestros gustos. Por ejemplo, podrían variar la preparación de los huevos, ofrecer una mayor variedad de frutas e incluir jugo de naranja. Son pequeños cambios que harían que la experiencia del desayuno fuera mucho más agradable y completa.

Sería importante aclarar que la limpieza y organización de la habitación durante la estadía no están incluidas en la tarifa. De esta manera, el huésped puede tener claro desde el inicio que deberá encargarse de mantener y organizar su habitación, evitando confusiones durante la estancia.

We didn’t get there till nearly midnight , booked for 5 on check in I asked if the 5th bed / put up bed was covered and I was told no Waiting a good 1/2 hour for 5 bed and then had to go down to ask again it finally came and it was a fold out mattress that wasn’t clean so I slept in a chair

Very affordable and super clean and comfortable. I will absolutely stay here again. It really was the best value. 10/10. Loved laying on the cabanas by the lake and pool. Also good free breakfast.

Zero Transparency: The resort fee is not disclosed anywhere on their website or during the booking process. This information is buried on an "Important Information" page that isn't accessible during the actual booking flow, just when you receive the reservation this information is provided!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm reaching out to my booking provider to have this hotel removed from their platform. Practices like this should be subject to review by a consumer protection agency, if such thing would exist in the US.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The value was outstanding. The only concern i had was sporadic sour smell in the elevator. Other than that, the facilities, staff and stay was excellent!

Lo que no me gusto fue que cuando llegué a la habitación las camas no la avían cambiado o al menos eso fue la impresión pues estaba llena de pelo y manchada las sábanas yo acostumbro a llevarme mis sábanas fundas y toallas pues no me estoy quedando en un hotel 5 estrellas y estas cosas pasan y para no estar incómoda ni pedir más nada pues porq pienso si pido otra van a estar igual y mejor siempre llevo mis cosas

Nice place but over priced staff was nice. I wasn’t informed they charge you fees that is not informed to you until you get there to check in.

While watching the TV it went out on us. They brought us another TV but you could only get 5 stations. We asked them to move us into another room and they said they couldn't because we were already in that room and had sat on the bed. Also the breakfast wasn't as good as it was in the past.

I loved all about the hotel staff were great, breakfast was good although somewhat crowded. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable and I truly enjoyed the positive quotes and Bible verses. This made my day!

My view of the parking lot, when I asked to be in a room looking at the lake. Didn’t receive the crib I asked for prior to our arrival and I was told I would get one. The free breakfast was a total nightmare. It was mass confusion! No lines set up for any of the food stations it was a free for all. Tables for 4 were occupied by 1. Leaving family’s to wait till that 1 person left, to get a table. There were many tables occupied by 1! Waited 20 minutes with 2 little ones to finally get a table. By time we got a table, breakfast was almost over. At exactly 9:30 staff ripped the food from the food stations leaving many of us dumbfounded! I’ve NEVER experienced anything like that and I travel a lot, all around the globe. Talk about wasting food. Smh

Clean and updated rooms.

The breakfast was large with lots of choices. But two mornings I waited about a half hour for waffles before giving up and buying breakfast off site. It was a weird phenomenon, I recommend more waffle makers or a limit of 1 waffle at a time. The security could have been better. I would like the doors to each building to lock and require a key to access them, especially because the gate appeared to not work. Also, the balcony is joined to your neighbor's balcony. If they wanted they could climb over and try to peek in your room or break in. With that being said, I did not feel unsafe while I stayed (except when there was a loud argument in a room that I could hear word for word). Finally, bring ear buds or headphones to sleep with as the doors are very loud when they close. The parks are open late, so there is often people coming in late.

Qunado chegamos já estava forte e na noite estava terrível, notificamos a recepção mas não tivemos nenhum retorno.

L’hôtel est assez bien confortable. Les chambres sont assez bien malgré deux petits défauts. Les femmes de chambre sont bien. Le petit déjeuner est assez bien. Il y a du choix. Les chambres sont propres et confortables.

Je suis arrivé à la télé ne fonctionnait pas, je l’ai signalé, je suis resté deux jours sans télé. Léo, le technicien est venu la réparer très gentiment. Mais c’est un désagrément. J’ai eu aussi une infection de marijuana dans le couloir et trois jours que j’ai été là. Je l’ai signalé à la réception. Le manager est revenu mais ça sentait toujours autant l’odeur arrivais jusque dans ma chambre. Dommage sinon c’était presque on s’en faute. J’ai demandé à la manager une compensation pour se désagrément et la télé qui n’a pas marché pendant deux jours, ça faisait beaucoup, mais elle n’a rien voulu savoir.
