Pharaoh Azur Resort

The hotel is well located 12 miles from Hurghada city center and a 15 to 20 min drive from the airport. The hotel is a mix of standard hotel rooms and bungalows. We booked two one bedroom bungalows, each could fit three people, two in the bedroom and one in the living room. The bungalows are really lovely, surrounded by greenery and Palm trees with a small outdoor terrace. My mum was with us, she has mobility issues, I ask if they could accommodate us in bungalows closer to the hotel, so she didn't have to do too much walking. The hotel responded that they have pickup service using golf carts. This was by far one of the best things about the hotel, whenever we needed to go anywhere onsite we called reception and a cart would arrive in around 10 mins. The hotel was very busy but always clean and very spaced out so we didn't feel cramped at all. The service was among the best I have received in any hotel over the years. The reception staff were excellent and all other staff couldn't do enough fro you, always helpful with everything. We chose the all inclusive option and for the most part it was excellent. The quality of the food was really great especially the breakfast. With numerous options including Omelet and Waffle stations. I didn't have any stomach issues at all with the food here, it was of an excellent quality. The pool was large and even though it was busy, you always had space to move and enjoy the pool. The beach while a bit rocky was nice and the water was lovely and clear. Overall my family really enjoyed our stay in Pharaoh Azur Resort and we would definitely consider staying there again, which is the biggest compliment I could pay them given the scale of hotel choices in the area.

I had one issue which was the hotel staff who hung around the pool looking for people to use the spa facilities, they were extremely pushy.

I really liked it, the staff were perfect and they tried to help us to be happy with all possible ways, i loved the themes everyday and the food was delicious and vary everyday. The animation team tried his best everyday with different shows and foam parties. Thanks to everyone working there who made me and my family felt home. Special thanks to Mr Abdelrahman from the reception for being so nice

Nous étions logé dsnun bungalow 4 personnes. L'hébergement était grand avec deux salles de bains et une terrasse très agréable. Nettoyage fait ts les jours. Au top. La piscine est grande et chaude. Petit déjeuner très complet Situation pas trop mal avec prise en charge de l'hôtel pr les excursions. L'hôtel est super propre et bien entretenu.

Le buffet pour les déjeuners et dîners sont pas très variés. Mais heureusement on peut manger au restaurant italien et asiatique. La piscine qui ferme a 18h le soir. Les maîtres nageurs nous font vote sortir' alors que sur le règlement intérieur c'est écrit qu'on peut se baigner sous notre propre responsabilité. Dommage pour les snacks de l'après midi qu'il n'y ait pas de crêpes... Les animations moyennes. Le soir le spectacle dure 30 minutes et en journée un peu tjs la même chose

we were upgraded to Bungalow room which is fantastic for family 2 room for 4 person and 2 bathroom and reception area with sofa bed and TV There Food was nice and variety is ok The beach is rocky but it's nice and can find fishes and snorkeling I like the 🥽 swimming pool and beach ⛱️ was always have space to set despite the hotel is fully booked but never feel crowded Golf car was nice and so fast to come when requested Definitely will come again

The desert was not much variety The daily show I think it can be better even they do allot of effort and change location

The staff was amazing, the buffet was extremely tasty and there was a looot of choice of food! We were upgraded to a bungalow for my dad's birthday, this was an amazing surprise and my dad was touched with such gift from the hotel. The place was very clean and maintained, very quiet at night as the bungalows were further away from the hotels entertainment centre. I wish we could have stayed longer, we had only 3/4 days there and we really enjoyed it. We were already checking the hotel for our next trip, we highly recommend this hotel!

The location was amazing and a great break from the heat. The pool was excellent, though sometimes hard to find a sun lounger. The pool bar was always making amazing drinks! A word to the wise, bring your own shampoo and conditioner. They do provide for you, but not quite what we were wanting. Take a ride down to Sheraton Rd and enjoy the shops..remember to haggle! Service was impeccable.

The food at the buffet did get repetitive at times, so book the a la cartes - you must book the day before you want to go, and only between 8-10 in the morning.

The room was exceptionally clean and of a very high standard. Housekeeping was excellent, and the room service team provided outstanding service. The reception staff were highly professional, friendly, and knew exactly how to deal with guests. The beach area is like an open aquarium. This is one of hotel’s greatest strengths. Swimming among so many beautiful fish and experiencing what we saw was beyond imagination. It is simply unique. There is a bus that can drive the guest from the lobby to the beach for free every 3 min. The Wifi was perfect in the whole hotel even on the beach and it is free also. I would also like to especially recognize Ibrahim, who works outside the main restaurant. He serves every guest equally, he genuinely cares about the guests, always with a smile, and treats everyone with the same respect. I would also like to thank front office manager Mr Amir Hegazy, and General manager Mr Mahmoud Zakaria, they are really friendly and solve any problem in the same moment.

The food in the buffet are very very bad, but the general manager promise us that he will solve this problem.

Staff were really nice and they are very hard workers, fast and efficient. Ahmed Hamada at the restaurant was always helpful and cheerful, seating is very convenient and there are a lot of availability on the beach, pool and restaurants, lobby area is great and public washrooms are very clean and regularly maintained, gym is good for your daily workout, animation team and shows are nice and variant

Hotel is nice, needs some renovations but overall was good.. you can tell the pool needs some maintenance as well as the rooms. Food was good but not as rich as we thought, desserts weren’t good except for the oriental ones.. Shampoo was more of a dish soap, highly recommend to bring your own, Wifi is good when working, doesn’t work in all areas

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa e non possiamo che consigliare questo resort a chiunque voglia visitare Hurghada. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e professionalità da tutto il personale. Ogni membro dello staff si è sempre dimostrato sorridente, disponibile e attento a ogni nostra esigenza, facendoci sentire davvero i benvenuti durante tutto il soggiorno. La pulizia è semplicemente impeccabile. Tutto il resort, dalle aree comuni ai ristoranti, fino alla camera, era sempre perfettamente pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli. Un complimento speciale anche al personale delle pulizie, che ha svolto un lavoro eccellente ogni giorno. Il cibo è stato una delle sorprese più belle della vacanza: ampissima scelta a ogni pasto, prodotti freschi, piatti preparati con cura e di ottima qualità. Ogni giorno era possibile assaggiare qualcosa di diverso, con buffet ricchissimi che soddisfano qualsiasi gusto. Davvero eccellente! Noi abbiamo soggiornato nel bungalow 615, che si è rivelato una scelta perfetta. La posizione era ideale: tranquilla, silenziosa, ma allo stesso tempo comodissima per raggiungere la spiaggia, le piscine, i ristoranti e tutti i principali servizi del resort. Anche le piscine, la spiaggia e gli spazi esterni sono mantenuti in condizioni impeccabili e rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Si percepisce chiaramente l’attenzione che il resort dedica alla cura di ogni dettaglio. Ringraziamo di cuore tutto lo staff per aver reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile. Se torneremo a Hurghada, questo sarà senza dubbio il nostro primo punto di riferimento. Consigliatissimo: merita davvero il massimo dei voti!

البحيرة اللى فى نصف الفندق سيئة جدااا و ريحة مش حلوة يوجد جزر شديد فى البحر ( لا يوجد بحر غير من عند المارينا ) و يوجد صخور فى الاول ، لابد من شوز بحر ، لا يوجد اكوا بارك للكبار

Had such a nice time here with the family! Pool was fun, kids didn't want to leave. Room was clean and had enough space for all of us. Food was pretty good, something for everyone. Staff were really nice and helpful too. Would come back again!

Struttura bellissima, super ben organizzata. Staff gentilissimo, ogni giorno ti telefonano in stanza per sapere se va tutto bene. Piscina grande, pulita e ben gestita. Spiaggia grande e pulita che raggiungi a piedi (3 minuti) oppure con servizio di navetta. Mare nulla da dire, acque cristalline e pesci in quantità. Personale tutto super disponibile e super gentile. Animazione ottima. Tutte le sere uno spettacolo diverso. Stanza spaziosa e pulita. Peccato esserci stata solo una settimana. Lo consiglio assolutamente a tutti, single, giovani e famiglie con bambini (tante zone gioco, piscina per bambini con scivoli e giochi d'acqua). Che dire tutto perfetto grazie del bel soggiorno che mi avete regalato. Tornerò sicuramente.

Se devo trovare una piccola pecca è sul mangiare, poco pesce ma soprattutto poca frutta. Ma quantità abbondanti. Bello il ristorante in spiaggia dove si mangia in una zona ventilata e super confortevole.

شاطئ ضحل سيئ لا ينصح باستخدامه يحتاج لاعادة تأهيل ....ما اثار اهتمامنا هو مطعم الشاطئ مليئ بالفاعليات مزدحم خفيف الظل . السلبية الثانيه ان كل ماكينات المشروبات وجهها لداخل البار وليس للنزلاء مما يجعل كل طلب يتم من خلال موظف البار وهو امر شاق على العميل الذي اعتاد ان يتعامل بنفسه

The service at the restaurant and bar was absolutely appalling. They were amateurs who knew nothing about hospitality. We had many bad experiences with them.

The receptionists, Mr. Amir and Mr. Abdel Rahman, were respectful and cheerful, but there's one named Paules who doesn't know anything about the hotel industry. He really needs to be more respectful and learn how to talk to people.

حسن الاستقبال وبشاشه الطاقم و المرافق. وتم ترقية الغرف

رغم جوده الطعام قلة التنوع واضحة وان بار اللوبي اخر نظام الاقامه الشامله 12 صباحا مع قله عدد العاملين في بار اللوبي.

4ème séjour dans cet hôtel qui devient un peu notre nouvelle maison ! Repas variés avec thème différent chaque jour, plage avec ponton et récif coralien superbe où nous faisions une heure de snorkeling chaque jour pour admirer multitude de poissons et même parfois une ou deux tortues. A la réception, nous avons apprécié l'efficacité de Mohamed Abd El Rahman très serviable et cette année nous avons apprécié la présence d'une animatrice belge Kyona qui parlait donc le français et était très dynamique et proche des clients

Le manque de clients français mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien....

Adoramos a semana que passamos no hotel. Fomos 3 amigas e sentimo-nos sempre tão confortáveis! Adoramos o espaço, a praia era perfeita e dava para fazer snorkling. Gostamos de todos os funcionários, fomos sempre tão bem tratadas por todos (desde a recepção, a quem estava nas comidas, nas bebidas, quem limpava os quartos, quem levava os carrinhos). Aproveitamos imenso com a equipa de animação! A Oreo, a Masha, o Yahyah, a Tito, a Kiko, o Ilyes e o chefe da animação proporcionaram momentos incríveis, incluindo a saída à noite fora do hotel em que nos sentimos mesmo confortáveis. Adoramos tudo tudo tudo e queremos mesmo muito voltar! Saímos do hotel com lágrimas nos olhos e uma nostalgia gigante.

Nada de mais. Só recomendávamos ter mais variedade de frutas. De resto, nada de queixas

A strand nagy része el van kerítve, és csak egy kis szobányi területen lehet fürdeni, ahol zavaros a víz és rengeteg a medúza. Snorkelezni lehetetlen. Az ételkínálat kicsi és egy étkezés után napokig tartó hasmenésünk lett. Egy éjszaka után elhagytuk a szállást és visszatérítést kértünk, melybe beleegyeztek élőben, egy papírt is aláírtak, de most lehetetlen őket elérni és a booking.com-nak nem válaszolnak.
