The aqua park was beautiful, and the room was amazing , I choose the one that was renovated recently — these were definitely the two best things about the hotel.

Unfortunately, the swimming pools were not as clean as we expected, and the food at the main restaurant was very disappointing. The à la carte restaurants, however, were much better and the food there was quite good. The beach was also a big disappointment for us. The sea is very far from the shore, and you have to walk quite a long distance into the water before it becomes deep enough to actually swim. For us, the biggest issue was the noise at night. There was loud music, parties, and a lot of noise, I have bo problem with parties but to be fun for kids also , even in the reception lobby we couldn’t sit as the noise coming from the disco near by was so loud , which made it difficult to relax and wasn’t comfortable for us. The staff were a mix — some were very nice and helpful, while others were not as friendly. Overall, I don’t think I would come back, especially because there are other hotels with much better aqua parks. In my opinion, Titanic Palace is a better option if you’re looking for a quieter atmosphere, and there is also access between the two hotels.

Un grand merci également aux barmans et aux serveurs, toujours attentionnés et professionnels, ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe du room service de la chambre 2118 et aux bellmen, pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Nous tenons également à remercier les maîtres-nageurs, toujours vigilants, attentifs et présents pour assurer la sécurité et le bien-être des vacanciers, notamment autour des piscines. 👏🏊‍♂️ Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les soirées, l’ambiance et la musique, ainsi que la magnifique plage et les séances de snorkeling 🐠🌊. La cuisine était variée et très bonne, avec une mention spéciale pour les pâtisseries, vraiment délicieuses 🍰. Un hôtel familial, avec une excellente ambiance et une équipe formidable. The staff are incredibly cooperative; the front desk and reception was giving all the help to make as comfortable as possible; the restaurant staff were smiling and asking if any assistance can be given. The beach is also nice; try using the marina walk instead of the beach front to enjoy the sea more.

The resort is so big. It definitely needs a golf car. I was given an upgraded family room by the beach which was great and comfortable and we all liked; but it was far far far away fm the restaurants; it took is 10-12 mins walking to reach to dinner and lunch. I sometimes had to skip going to the restaurants and would do with the snacks to save time and energy walking under the sun

Отель чистый. Номера чистые .Бассейны чистые. Весь Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый . Много спасателей у каждого бассейна и авквпарка .Выбор еды огромный ,всё вкусно и чисто . Территория огромная . Хороший аквапарк . Менеджеры на ресепшене очень любезные Махмуд Гиляль и мистер Имад они профессионалы в любом вопросе . Официанты и уборшики номеров так же доброжелательные и отзывчивые, быстро реагируют на любую просьбу и стараются помочь.

Everything was excellent, from the beautiful resort and swimming pools to the beach, food, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Heidi from the Reception team. She was extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Heidi made us feel very welcome and was always ready to assist us with a smile. Her excellent attitude and attention to detail truly made a difference. Thank you to the entire Titanic Beach team for giving us such a memorable experience. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the food was delicious with a great variety, and the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. There are too many swimming pools, all of them spacious and wonderful, and the aqua park was fantastic and added a lot of fun to our stay. We truly enjoyed our time at Titanic Beach. It exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

The beach is good, but it is heavily affected by the tides. The animation and evening entertainment are mainly focused on European guests. More consideration for Arab guests would be appreciated.

كل شئ كان نظيف و منظم و رائع ، و معاملة فريق العمل أكثر من رائعة

The staff was so nice and helpful starting from the reciptionists (Maria, Donia, Emad) to the waiters (Amran, Shady) to the room service guys. The aqua parks were so fun. The food was so delicious and a lot of varieties 😋 the whole vibes of the place was super 🥳

كل شئ في الفندق جميل ومرتب بداية من الغرف مريحة ونضيفة وكل حاجة موجودة ومتوفرة والمطعم الاكل فيه متنوع وطعمه حلو وتوافر سناك خفيفة طول الوقت على البسين والشاطئ ..نضافة الفندق على طول والحفلات الليلية كل شئ جميل وأخص بالشكر استاذ سمان على استقباله و ذوقه واهتمامه بينا طول الوقت واستاذ محمود بالريسبشن أيضا وكل طاقم العمل.

بصراحة مستر محمود فى الاستقبال كانت معاملته راقية جدا جدا جدا. وطبعا كل الناس كانت معاملتهم كويسة سواء فى المطاعم او البيتش او البيسينات. الخدمات على اللوبى ممتازة و الأكل نظيف و كويس

احيانا بعض البيسينات المياه ما كنتش نظيفة اوى و محتاجين يزودوا نظافة البسينات اكتر من كده و دى حاجة مهمة جدا . العاب المياه كان الأطفال بيقبلوهم يلعبوا فى الألعاب دى مرتبطة بطولهم المفروض الفندق فارض ان يكون الطفل 120سم فيما فوق و بالتالي أطفال كتير كانوا تحت الطول ده و لم يستمتعوا بالاكوا بسبب هذا القرار مع ان معظم الفنادق لم تشترط هذا الشرط طول ما الطفل الصغير مصطحب احد أولياء الأمور معاه .

The rooms were very clean, and the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The view was amazing, and we really enjoyed the food.

The server was not very attentive. I asked for drinks for myself and my children, but it felt like they were picking and choosing who they wanted to serve, which was disappointing and made us feel overlooked.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and our two young daughters, and honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The entire staff genuinely made us feel that they wanted us to be comfortable, happy, and well taken care of. Their hospitality and attention to detail really made our stay special. I would especially like to mention Ms. Verna at the reception. She was absolutely outstanding. She went far beyond what could be expected from her role and was always checking on us, making sure everything was okay, and asking if there was anything we needed. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care were truly exceptional. Ms. Verna is a perfect example of someone who doesn't just do her job, but goes the extra mile to make guests feel valued and cared for. We truly enjoyed our stay and left with wonderful memories. We would definitely come back again, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and family-friendly experience.

الفندق أكثر من رائع بداية من الاستقبال الجميل من موظفة الريسيبشن الأستاذة هايدي وكل اللي قدمته لينا عشان تخلي اقامتنا جميلة وسهلة (حابب اشكرها شكر خاص جدا) .....إحنا وصلنا بدري في حدود 11 ونص الصبح وأستاذة هايدي عملتلنا check in في دقايق قليلة جدا و استلمنا الغرفة علي طول وعملت لينا ترقية للغرفة بدون أي مقابل وكانت بتتواصل معايا طوال فترة الإقامة عشان تشوف لو محتاجين أي حاجة وكان المفروض ابلغها لو هنحجز عشاء في أي مطعم غير المطعم الرئيسي بس نسيت فلقيتها حجزت لينا في مطعمين علي يومين وطلبت منها في أخر يوم نعمل check out متأخر وبالفعل دا اللي حصل وبدون أي مقابل......وشكرا لمحمد موظف ال house keeping كان مهتم جدا بنظافة الغرفة ووفرلنا كل اللي محتاجينه.... وشكرا لكل الشيفات و العاملين علي المطعم الأكل كله كان جميل ولذيذ ومتوافر بكثرة.... وشكرا لكل الشباب العاملين بالفندق بالأخص الشاب الجميل المسئول عن ال lazy river والشباب علي الpool وال beach فعلا طول الوقت مهتمين يسألوك محتاج حاجة والشاب الجميل اللي في VIP lounge ، من احلي الحاجات اللي في الفندق المياه متوافرة بكثرة جدا وازايز وكل أنواع المشروبات والايس كريم والسناكس كلها حلوة ولذيذة ....... عموما الإقامة كلها كانت بشكل عام ممتازة

The staff was great for the most part, we were able to check in early, the facility is huge and we'll kept, food and drinks are available almost around the clock.

The food was not tasty for the most part, the beach was not great as its a very shallow beach, the rooms are outdated, the taxis are not permitted to pick you up from the reception unless you are checking out,otherwise you have to walk to the gate.

Service: Staff members were excellent and attentive, specially Mr. Ammar who was folloing up with me every day, even after he went for vacation, he kept folloing up with me. Cleanliness: Both rooms were cleaned perfectly every single day. Dining: Excellent food with unlimited varieties featuring Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Asian, and Oriental cuisines. Pools & Aqua Park: Many swimming pools with different depths for all ages and perfect water park facilities. Snorkeling: Great snorkeling platform with a beautiful coral reef and colorful fish.

Great facilities, large pools, beautiful landscaping, snacks everywhere, and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Emad and Mrs. Verna at reception.

Food variety and quality could be improved. Pool cleanliness needs more attention aslo there are many mosquito in the hotel, and the sea is extremely shallow. The wave pool and kayak operate for very limited times. The animation team could be more engaging, with better and more varied activities throughout the day.

He was very helpful and did his best to make us happy. The rooms and public restrooms were very clean, and we didn’t see any insects, which was very important to us because of insect allergies. The food was fresh, tasty, and offered a good variety. The entertainment was excellent, and there was always something fun to do. من النادر جدًا إني أكتب ريفيو طويل، لكن الناس دي تستحق كل كلمة. قضيت أنا والعائلة أسبوع كامل في Titanic Beach Resort، ومن أول دقيقة وصلنا فيها حسينا إننا مش مجرد نزلاء… حسينا إننا ضيوف أعزاء. الاستقبال كان أكثر من رائع، وأخص بالشكر ماريا وأحمد. من أول لحظة رحبوا بينا بطريقة محترمة جدًا، وحسسونا إننا مهمين بالنسبة لهم. ماريا فضلت متابعانا لحد آخر يوم، وأي طلب كنا بنطلبه كان بيتنفذ فورًا بابتسامة ومن غير أي تعقيد. الفندق كله على مستوى عالي جدًا من النظافة، والتنظيم، والجمال، والراحة. بجد حسينا إننا في إجازة بالمعنى الحقيقي، وكل تفاصيل المكان معمولة عشان تستمتع وتفصل عن أي ضغوط. طاقم المطاعم يستحق كل التقدير، خصوصًا عبد الله، وعلي، والشيف اللي كان واقف على المشاوي، ومدير المطعم. الناس دي كانت بتعاملنا وكأننا ضيوف عندهم في البيت، وليس مجرد عملاء في فندق. اهتمام، ذوق، واحترام في كل تعامل. أما أحمد في الـ Pool Bar… فده لوحده حكاية تانية. شخص بشوش، محترم، سريع، وبيعرف يخلي أي حد مبسوط. بجد واحد من الأسباب اللي تخلي أي نزيل يرجع الفندق مرة واتنين وعشرة. إحنا كل سنة تقريبًا بنسافر الغردقة، لكن دي كانت أول مرة نجرب Titanic Beach، وجت بالصدفة لأن معظم الفنادق على Booking كانت بتطلب الدفع أونلاين بالدولار، بينما Titanic Beach كان موفر الدفع عند الوصول للفندق، ودي كانت ميزة كبيرة جدًا وسهلت علينا قرار الحجز، وأثبتت إن الفندق بيفكر في راحة العميل حتى قبل ما يوصل. وبكل أمانة… أنا ندمت على فلوس صرفتها في فنادق كنت بروحها قبل كده، وبالأخص Sunrise Garden Beach Resort. وأنا بذكر الاسم عن قصد لأن المقارنة بالنسبة لي كانت واضحة جدًا. Titanic Beach بالنسبة لتجربتي كان أنظف، وأفضل في الخدمة، وأجمل في التعامل، وأرخص كمان. شكرًا لكل فرد اشتغل عشان يخلّي إجازتنا بالشكل ده. أنتم ما قدمتوش خدمة وبس… أنتم صنعتوا ذكريات جميلة هتفضل معانا. وأقدر أقول بكل ثقة إن دي مش آخر زيارة… وإن شاء الله راجعين تاني قريب جدًا

It is very rare for me to write such a long review, but the team at Titanic Beach Resort truly deserves every word. My family and I spent a wonderful week at the resort, and from the very first moment we arrived, we felt like honored guests rather than just hotel visitors. A very special thanks to Maria and Ahmed at the reception. Their warm welcome made an incredible first impression, and Maria continued to check on us throughout our entire stay. Every single request we had was handled immediately, with genuine kindness and professionalism. The entire resort is exceptionally clean, beautiful, well-maintained, and incredibly relaxing. We truly felt that we were on a real vacation, where every detail was designed to make guests feel comfortable and happy. The restaurant team also deserves huge appreciation, especially Abdallah, Ali, the chef at the grill station, and the restaurant manager. They treated us with such warmth and respect that we genuinely felt like valued guests in their own home, not just customers staying at a hotel. And then there is Ahmed at the Pool Bar. Honestly, he is one of the biggest reasons guests would want to come back. Always smiling, friendly, energetic, and genuinely happy to help, he made every visit to the pool bar enjoyable. Employees like him are a real asset to the resort. My family and I visit Hurghada every year, but this was our first stay at Titanic Beach Resort. We actually booked it by chance through Booking.com because almost every other hotel required online payment in US dollars, while Titanic Beach offered the convenience of paying at the hotel upon arrival. That flexibility made our decision much easier, and I believe it is one of the reasons the resort attracts new guests. To be completely honest, I regret every pound I spent at some of the hotels I stayed at before—especially Sunrise Garden Beach Resort.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Amazing Stay at Titanic Beach Resort! We have just had the most incredible holiday at Titanic Beach Resort and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfect. A very special thank you to Haidy at the front desk, who was beyond amazing. She was so welcoming, professional, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she truly made us feel valued and cared for. She is a real credit to the resort. The food was absolutely unbelievable, with such a fantastic variety every day. There was something for everyone, and every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The entertainment team worked tirelessly to keep guests entertained day and night. There were always fun activities, great shows, and a wonderful atmosphere throughout the resort. The kids' club was fantastic and gave the children so much to do. The staff were caring, friendly, and made sure the kids had an amazing time every day. Our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with excellent housekeeping throughout our stay. The pools were outstanding, clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both adults and children. The water park was a huge hit and provided endless fun for the whole family. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, the staff are friendly and hardworking, and the level of service is exceptional. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. Thank you, Titanic Beach Resort, for such a wonderful experience. المكان تحفه والاستف كله متعاونين وبشوشين لاقصي درجة تعامل فوق الروعة من اول مستر عمار فالريسبشن اللي عملنا check in بدري عن معادنا واتعملنا upgrade للاوضة ورشحلي غرفة الفيو بتاعها تحفه وخدنا اساور VIP بلس انوا كان متابع معايا يوميا لو محتاج اي حاجه. وشيفات المطعم كلهم تعاملهم روعة والاكل جميل وكل حاجه منظمه جدا. والحفلات كانت جميلة . هرشحها لاي حد بقوه واكيد هاجي تاني ان شاء الله

دي مش اول مره لينا في المكان لان المكان رائع و طاقم العمل كلهم ممتازين من اول الاستقبال و سرعة التسكين اول ما وصلنا و اخص بالشكر ا. ماريا و كمان ا.فيرنا و كل موظفي الفندق ممتازين

Приезжаем в этот отель уже третий раз. Стоит отметить, что моря в этом отеле фактически нет (на карте оно есть, но глубина в зоне купания не больше 30см). Есть вход с пирса, но там не намного лучше. Но именно по этой причине мы и ездим туда отдыхать с детьми, потому что в таком море с ними точно ничего не случится, абсолютно безопасный вариант. Отсутствие моря лично меня не беспокоит, т.к. живу в непосредственной близости от моря. При этом на территории отеля столько бассейнов, что не найти место для купания просто невозможно. И вполне хороший аквапарк для отеля, есть горки для всех возрастов и вкусов. В общем, для отдыха с детьми, как по мне - замечательный вариант!

Охрана на КПП в этот раз оказалась весьма не дружелюбной. Одного из наших гостей заставили идти с чемоданом через улицу в по сути тот же отель Titanic Palace, а не через ресепшн, что гораздо ближе и комфортнее. Оставило крайне негативный осадок. При этом персонал самого отеля, начиная от ресепшн, заканчивая клининговым сервисом, был приветливым, отзывчивым, профессиональным и ненавязчивым, в моем понимании полностью соответствовал уровню пятизвёздочного отеля.

Reception staff was very helpful, specially Virna was so helpful. Aqua park is very good and the pool also, the whole Resort was amazing. The staff at restaurant were very heplful specially wassefy. The animation show is perfect we had a lot of fun. We enjoyed our stay and sure this will not be our last visit..

There are a lot of variety in the main restaurant jack and rose but the taste needs improvement specially the sea food. Rather than that all was perfect.

Our stay was truly fantastic, and it was entirely thanks to three incredible people who made our experience unforgettable. First of all, we would like to sincerely thank Eslam for his exceptional service, dedication, and professionalism. He handled everything perfectly and made us feel special every single day. He constantly checked in with us, asking how everything was going and if there was anything he could do for us. His personal attention, kindness, and genuine care truly made the difference. Thanks to Eslam, our experience was absolutely sublime, and he is one of the main reasons we would definitely come back again. We would also like to give special thanks to manager Mr. Keroles for his incredible help and outstanding support throughout our stay. His professionalism and the way he takes care of guests are truly exceptional and highly appreciated. Lastly, we want to thank Mr. Sayeed Gomma for his kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. He made sure everything went smoothly and showed a very high level of hospitality and care. These three gentlemen truly elevated our entire experience and made our stay unforgettable. Absolutely outstanding service and exactly why we would love to return!

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable à l’Titanic Beach Spa & Aqua Park. L’accueil a été chaleureux dès notre arrivée et le personnel a toujours été attentionné et souriant. Nous souhaitons également remercier tout particulièrement Eslam à la réception, qui a été très professionnel, serviable et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos demandes. Son accueil et son efficacité ont vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Les chambres étaient propres, confortables et bien entretenues, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour reposant. Les piscines et les installations de l’hôtel sont superbes et offrent un cadre idéal pour se détendre ou s’amuser. La restauration était variée et de bonne qualité, avec des options pour tous les goûts. L’ambiance générale est conviviale et parfaite pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Nous repartons très satisfaits de cette belle expérience et nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel. Nous espérons y revenir très bientôt !

Differentiation between Egyptian & Foreigners in the treatment, lot of Mosquitoes, no conditioners & body lotions in rooms

The staff, Mostafa was very kind and resolutive, he helped us to book the restaurants. Excellent location with prívate beach where we could see sea stars, sea stingrays and flying fishes. Its very close to the AirPort (25 min). There is a water park and loads of fun for the kids.

Everything was perfect

Le buffet est bon, mais cela varie peu. La salle est très bruyante. La nourriture est de bonne qualité et il y a des soirées à themes tout au long de la semaine. Possibilité de réserver des restaurant (italien à fuir, pas bon). Le personnel est agréable et aidant. La piscine chauffée hors saison (attention, juste la piscine principale) est un plus. Il y a quelques activités au sein de l’hôtel mais c’est assez basique. Finalement nous avons trouvé le buffet de l’hôtel d’à côté (même chaîne et avec le tout inclus cel permet d’y aller également). Le tout inclus est un plus car à côté il n’y a pas grand chose à part d’autres hôtels.

L’insonorisation… comme dans beaucoup d’hôtel c’est assez bruyant. Le personnel de ménage hurlent à travers les étages pour appeler son petit camarade. La propreté des chambres est correcte mais sans plus. Peu mieux faire. La plage… 30cm à 40cm d’eau maximum lorsque la marée est haute. À marée basse il n’y a pas d’eau. Donc nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner. Le parc aquatic avec une partie kayak rafting mais ouvert seulement 2x 20minutes ou 3x… trop peu lorsqu’il y a beaucoup de personnes. En résumé je dirais un bon 4 étoiles mais pas au standing d’un 5 européen.
