Die Lage ist unschlagbar und einmalig. Trotz der Zentrumslage absolut ruhig. Wir haben geschätzt, dass wir das Auto in einer Garage parkieren konnten. Sehr gutes Restaurant. Der Service des Personals war von A-Z perfekt.

Posizione eccezionale, centralissima ma tranquilla.Vista spettacolare sui canali, ponti coperti e vicoli medievali con case a graticcio. Colazione molto varia, in linea con lo standard dell'hotel, tavolini anche all'esterno lato canale. Purtoppo durante il ns soggiorno il ristorante era chiuso (ne ervamo informati) quindi non posso dare opinioni. Parcheggio (a pagamento) davanti all'hotel, molto comodo. Accesso semplice, nonostante sia in zona pedonale. Camera ampia con piccola cabina amadio, funzionale x tenere tutto in ordine. Letto confortevole, bagno molto grande, doccia spaziosa. Non abbiamo avuto tempo per provare la spa, sarà per la prossima volta 😊

Гостиница старая, стены с трещинками, ковровое покрытие имеет неприятный запах, туалет отдельно от душевой, полотенца старые, сан.техеика требует обновления.

Schade, dass bei Ankunft die Zimmerbezüge erst ab 16:00 Uhr garantiert werden (so wurde es uns mitgeteilt) - das finde ich für Zimmer in dieser Preisklasse nicht unbedingt angemessen.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Spa ist ideal zur Erholung nach langen Ausflügen. Die Restaurant/Barterasse bietet wundervolles Ambiente. Das Personal ist außerordentlich gut/hilfreich/freundlich.

Die Fenster (zu einer Seitengasse) sind nicht ausreichend isoliert oder schließen nicht dicht genug. Im 2. Stock waren bis in die Nacht Passanten trotz geschlossenen Fenstern zu hören.

we hadden duidelijk op voorhand aangegeven dat we reisden met een puppy. Ze wisten zogenaamd van niets.. er kwam 40euro extra kost bij terwijl we net boeken via booking en aanduiden dat we met een pup reizen. en vooral geen vriendelijk onthaal. Trouwens ook geen lift tot het bovenste verdiep waar we sliepen.

La suite nous convenait très bien. Petit déjeuner très OK Bel emplacement au milieu de la Petite France.

Le repas du soir n^était pas formidable. Mieux vaut aller manger dans un des restaurants aux olentours de l'hôtel.

Posizione centralissima e affascinante, struttura nel complesso ben ristrutturata e con ottimi servizi. Personale gentile e disponibile, hanno esaudito le nostre richieste, come ad esempio darci del latte la sera per nostro figlio.

Il ristorante era momentaneamente chiuso e il bar, in pieno agosto, chiudeva alle 23. Orari alsaziani, per carità, che però dovrebbero considerare che la clientela è internazionale e ha abitudini diverse e che l'hotel deve garantire un servizio 5 stelle. Non metto 10 su 10 anche per alcune migliorie necessarie nelle stanze che, soprattutto nei bagni, risultano un pò datate.

We stayed there two years ago and loved the place so we brought our friends back. It’s a great location. The staff is great. The property is wonderful.

Everything was good. The only thing which wasn’t a problem was that the bar staff was a little slow, but the restaurant staff was great.

Les portes communicantes entre les chambres voisines sont mal insonorisées. En plus du prix de la chambre déjà élevé, il faut rajouter des frais importants pour le parking et pour le petit déjeuner.

Прекрасное местоположение, в очень красивом месте. Достаточно большой и комфортный номер. Хорошие кровати и постельное белье. Достаточно питьевой воды в номере, не жадничали и пополняли каждый день, как и запасы кофе;) очень внимательный персонал. Прекрасный завтрак на террасе, выбор не особо большой, но все очень хорошего качества.

Нам все очень понравилось, но если критиковать, то пол в ванной был очень холодным, а тапочек не было,и вообще ванная комната была не особо комфортная, устаревшая какая-то. Кондиционер нельзя было регулировать в номере, можно было только его выключить. Крохотный СПА, и только по записи, потому что туда больше 12 человек не помещается;))

La salle de bain mériterait un rajeunissement. Vérifiez les options de parking disponible, soit à proximité ou directement auprès de l’hôtel

סוויטה נוחה מיטות מאד נוחות במיקום מרכזי ויפהפה בלב צרפת הקטנה . צוות מאד נעים . כל בקשה נענתה מיד . חניה נוחה עם שרות וולה מצוין . ארוחת בוקר מצוינת .

ההערה היחידה היא שהמיקלחת נמצאת בחדר שינה והשרותים בסלון ואין בהם אפילו כיור לרחוץ ידיים .

Sehr schönes Zimmer im Dachstock, doch in der Badewanne konnte man mangels Platz (Dachbalken) nicht stehend duschen.

Hotel is in a fantastic position to go exploring, staff were all great and really helpful, will go again but for longer

Perfect location that is central to everything. Rooms are clean, well presented, and very dog friendly.

Honestly nothing I didn’t like about it. There was an issue with the air con which the staff addressed quickly and upgraded us without any fuss whatsoever. All staff were super attentive, well deserved give star rating.

The Regent is in a great and charming area in Strasbourg that makes staying there part of the adventure. The location faces the canals on different sides, so you are spiked by a beautiful old world view both from your window and when you leave the hotel. It’s also in the heart of the old city so it’s easy to walk and explore. The top was very comfortable and spacious. We were three people and we did not feel on top of each other. The bathroom is also very spacious and nicely designed. The staff was friendly and helpful too. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated just a short walk from the Strasbourg train station in the pretty canal area of the town. The room we had was large with a view over the water. There was a large bathroom with excellent shower and separate toilet. The bed was large with quality sheets and comfy pillows. It was only a short walk into the surrounding town to see things such as the cathedral and to cross the many bridges. We stayed for 2 nights and thought this about the right amount of time to see everything.

We could easily hear the people in the room above us, they seemed to be stomping about constantly, I realise this is not any fault on the hotels part, but if you are looking for a good nights sleep perhaps mention this in your booking.

Top Lage, Top Service, Top Frühstück

Extremely welcoming staff, easy access by car plus a very helpful hotel staff member who helped us with the car parking for which we had reserved ahead for overnight electric charging. In the end, they had a problem with the charging so didn't charge us for this. The room we had was also delightful, nice and spacious with an enormous bathroom. It was more like a suite for classic room value. We also used the spa on the roof and this was very welcome after a walk around the old town, which is right on the doorstep of the hotel. Looking forward to coming back.

L’Hôtel è incredibile, bellissimo, posizione unica nel punto più bello di tutta Strasburgo. Accoglienza impeccabile, il servizio di car valet velocissimo e estremamente cortese. La camera molto bella e eccezionalmente curata; pulizia semplicemente perfetta. Il nostro cane Pongo accolto come mai prima d’ora ed in camera abbiamo trovato alcuni piccoli comfort per lui organizzati dallo staff.

Unico difetto: siamo rimasti solo un giorno perché facciamo un viaggio itinerante in Europa e avevano previsto una sola notte a Strasburgo. Ci sarà una prossima volta e torneremo sicuramente al Regent.

Perfekt um Straßburg zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und auch für 4 Personen geeignet. Es war sehr heiß, daher haben wir die Aircon sehr genossen.

Das Internet war schlecht und immer wieder abgebrochen. Der Balkon war voll mit Tauben Mist, konnte nicht wirklich genutzt werden.

O hotel é bem central, perto de vários pontos de interesse mas sem muito fluxo de pessoas. O quarto era amplo, ensolarado, e com ar refrigerado. Tinha vista para um canal e a visão era muito bonita. O restaurante externo é muito agradável e a comida muito gostosa. Embora carros não possam circular naquela região, tem um estacionamento em frente do próprio hotel onde os hospedes podem deixar os veículos.

Estávamos viajando com nosso filho adulto, então escolhemos um apartamento com dois quartos. O problema é que o vaso sanitário ficava no quarto do meu filho e o chuveiro e pia, no quarto do casal, ambos espaços sem chave. Isso causou um certo constrangimento. Outro problema do hotel, é um constante e inexplicável cheiro de esgoto na recepção e no espaço de convivência. Inexplicável porque nem nas ruas ou nos canais, tem aquele cheiro. Lastimável.

Parking für einen Tag kostet EUR 40. Das ist recht teuer, aber es gibt keine vernünftigen Alternativen.

Das Hotel wird seinen ***** lediglich durch die TOP Lage und grossen, schön ausgestatteten Zimmern (mit Ausnahme von kleinen reparaturbedürftigen Abnutzungen und harter Frottéewäsche mit Grauschleier...) und dem Frühstücksangebot gerecht.

Mit Ausnahme des Concièrge-Dienstes (super!) wirken die Mitarbeitenden (speziell Réception und Service) etwas unwissend und unprofessionell, was schnell in Arroganz sowie eine etwas überhebliche Art dem Gast gegenüber umschlägt. Kurzum das Hotel wirkt etwas führungslos und wird daher einem 5-Sterne-Haus, wie wir es gewohnt sind, nicht gerecht.

Die Lage war absolut super – mitten in der malerischen Altstadt von Straßburg, perfekt zum Erkunden zu Fuß. Auch das Frühstück und der Spa-Bereich haben uns sehr überzeugt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das den Aufenthalt rundum angenehm gemacht hat.

One waiter in the restaurant was particularly miserable…not just with us, with everyone. A smile would have been nice. Also they have reduced their restaurant offering which wasn’t communicated to us, although I have to say the food we had was still delicious.

Receptionisten virkede sur og vores tjener i restauranten ville hverken hælde vin op eller skifte bestik mellem retterne. Maden var ikke særlig god, men til gengæld temmelig dyr. Parkeringsservicen var som det eneste helt i top.

Small mismatch between the stated price for parking & charging and the charged price - €70 vs €60. The charging was also slower than expected so we only managed to charge 80%

This hotel is so nice, large room and has a spa, walkable from the train station and allover town. Would stay there again whenever possible.

Das Zimmer war groß und klimatisiert. Das war bei den warmen Temperaturen genau das Richtige. Der SPA Bereich war schön um ein wenig entspannen zu können. Die Lage des Hotels ist top.

Das Frühstücks Buffet war nicht so groß und es gab jeden Tag das gleiche am Buffet. Für 3 Übernachtungen war es aber in Ordnung. Verhungert ist man nicht.

The location is excellent — right in the heart of Petite France, within walking distance of the cathedral and the main sights. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed.

Unfortunately, the service quality did not match the property’s positioning. Several issues occurred during our two-night stay: At breakfast, I asked a staff member for gluten-free bread. He had no information and said he would check. After a 10-minute wait with no follow-up, I approached him again, and shortly after, an unidentified piece of toasted bread was simply left at our table without any explanation. We had a TV issue — none of the channels we wanted (tennis and football matches) were available. I called reception, was met with an indifferent attitude, and only after insisting was a technician sent up. He fiddled with the remote and told us the issue was managed by an outsourced company and could not be fixed that day, suggesting we try again “tomorrow.” The next day, upon returning to the room, the channels were still not fixed. I went down to reception again to ask what had been done — there was no record of our complaint at all. Only after I pushed back firmly did they send an actual technician, who resolved the issue within 30 minutes by simply adjusting the remote settings — something that should have taken minutes on day one. Housekeeping was also inconsistent: at 4:30 PM, our room still had not been cleaned. When I raised this at reception, I was told housekeeping works “until 6 PM,” as if that were a sufficient explanation for such a late delay. Shortly after, a housekeeper knocked on our door somewhat abruptly, dropped off towels and toilet paper, made noise in the bathroom, and left — this did not feel like a proper room cleaning. Overall, there seemed to be a lack of coordination, follow-up, and accountability among staff — simple requests required repeated escalation to get resolved.

A beautiful hotel perfectly located. Large room sizes. The staff is the best! They were very accommodating to our party 10! Highly recommend this hotel! Bonus...a park for kids to play right across the street.

駅から徒歩圏ですが、石畳の道をスーツケースを引いて歩くのは大変なので、タクシーをお勧めします。

The location was amazing and so beautiful. We walked everywhere, viewed the boats changing lochs and were surrounded by beautiful flowers everywhere. It was ideal for exploring, restraunts and cafes and spending a couple of days soaking up the relaxed atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, quiet and allowed us to take a well earned break from hectic travel. Highly recommend!
