The location, the cleanliness and the value are excellent. The staff is very nice.

The biggest issue for us was the bed: it was very uncomfortable and very noisy (both the springs and the mattress cover). So much so that this would be a reason for us not to come which, which is a shame because otherwise it’s a great hotel. It actually felt like a roll-in bed rather than a proper bed.

I adore the instagrammable lobby and love the vibe. The bed was the perfect firmness and was super comfortable. I appreciated that the room was quiet and I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also delicious, as always.

I know the hotel is vintage, but with a pedestal bathroom sink there just isn't enough room to hold things and having a hook for a hand towel close by would be a lovely upgrade.

The staff was exceptional. I had issues with my flight on arrival and they were kind, understanding and accommodating. They also allowed me to have a late checkout to account for the fact that I arrived at 3am. The breakfast is also great.

A good location and the hotel itself was clean, friendly staff, nice size rooms and delivered an excellent breakfast. The eggs benedict was really nice.

Very minor issue, maybe a few more coat hangers would be useful in the rooms.

Location is walking distance to groceries, shopping center, CN tower, ripley aquarium, museum, mosque, jumah prayer hall, halal restaurant, gift shop, Lawrence market, subway station, consulate general office, bank, etc.

L'Hotel Victoria si trova in ottima posizione per visitare il centro di Toronto! A due passi dalla Union Station, permette di arrivare dall'aeroporto prendendo il Pearson Express senza dover camminare troppo. Consente di visitare a piedi molti dei luoghi segnati nelle guide! Davvero gentili i ragazzi alla reception!

La camera era pulita ma un po' piccola. La cosa che mi è piaciuta meno è stata la vista: entrambe le finestre davano su un muro, nel vero senso della parola. Si trattava del retro di un palazzo che era a non più di tre metri e che, sinceramente, non era un bel vedere!

Hotel històric a Toronto ben situat per visitar la ciutat. El personal molt amable, les habitacions antigues però correctes i l'esmorzar amb poques opcions però molt bo.

Només hi ha un ascensor, va molt lent i al final l'operativa de pujar o baixar de l'habitació durant hores punta és molt lenta.

Room was very basic for such a high price. Staff were superb, location excellent, breakfast very good. The room would be adequate at half the price.

Das gesamte Personal, ob am Empfang, im Frühstücksdienst oder auch der Reingungsdienst sind sehr nett, höflich und erfüllen jeden Wunsch!! Das Haus ist ein altes Schätzchen und ich liebe diese "alten Kästen" die es verdienen erhalten zu werden.

Die Lage ist perfekt nur weniger Gehminuten von der Union Stadion entfernt ubahn und Straßen Bahn sind auch in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Es ist aber auch alles in der Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel ist trotz dem hohen Alters Modern und elegant eingerichtet alles ist sehr sauber das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit

Lokacija je odlična, u centru grada, blizu glavnog željezničkog kolodvora, sve je nadohvat ruke. Osoblje je ljubazno, čistačice odlično održavaju sobe. Doručak je ukusan i uvijek svježe pripremljen. Glazba u baru je fenomenalna i ima raznih događanja poput glazbe uživo, radionica slikanja i sličnih aktivnosti.

Soba nije imala ormar za odjeću, a s obzirom da smo sedam dana boravili u Torontu dobro bi došlo imati prostor za odlaganje odjeće. Pogled iz sobe je doslovce bio na zid susjedne zgrade i nije bilo puno dnevne svjetlosti. Osvjetljenje u sobi je ograničeno.

Tiszta szoba, mindennapos takarítás. Menüválasztásos reggeli, ami elegendő volt. Közel volt mindenhez, a személyzet kiváló, nászutunk miatt ajándék desszertet is kaptunk.

Az ablakok nem nyithatóak a szobában. A reggeli menünél csak 2 dologból lehetett választani. A bútorok kopottak, nem hasonlítanak a képekre.

Location was great - walkable to great restaurants and attractions. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Provided a late check out for a fee of 20CAD/hour which was totally worth it for us. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable.

I needed proximity to Union Station. The price was a better value at the time and area. It has a historic feel and offers a restaurant and bar. The room was comfortable in size and furniture.

Having to present a physical credit card for the security deposit. This was a problem for me, as I do everything using my Digital Apple Wallet and had packed away my physical card. There was an option to fill out an email form, but it did not recognize my saved Expiry date...So I needed to find another way.

If you got to breakfast at the same time aa others it could be quite a wait for food which was stressful when we had a flight to catch and hadnt anticipated over an hour for breakfast (but that was only one day and the food is nice). Also was frustrating they wouldnt allow me to settle bill on final day in cash.

They were not truthful about offering a discount for the parking garage nearby. Their website advertises a 5% discount if you park at a specific nearby garage. We asked about this at check-in and were told they would take care of at checkout. At checkout they said they ran out of coupons, sorry. That was it, no other offers to make amends.

Expensive for the standard of the property. No functional curtains, nowhere to store anything in the bathroom. No frosted glass in an overlooked bathroom so blind (with gaps at the side) had to be continually down. Similarly, room was overlooked so main window blinds had to be continually down. Drawers were dusty inside. Very limited bar opening times.

The location was wonderful close to Union station and easy to find. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable with quality toiletries included.

De locatie was echt super goed midden in de stad en de kamers waren goed schoongemaakt. Qua prijs-kwaliteit verhouding echt een enorm goed hotel.

Het bed kraakte en de douchestraal is niet verstelbaar/ redelijk slap, maar beide niet erg storend.

The location was convenient and walkable, and the hotel itself was cool! The room was just okay, but we didn't spend much time there. It looks like the hotel hosts events now and then which is so fun, and the restaurant was pretty good for breakfast!

Nice front lobby, friendly desk staff

The room was filthy, hair all over the bathroom, the drain was clogged and filled with other guests hair, the glass doors were stained and dirty. There is a noticeable lack of care, and amenities in the room, it felt thrown together and not actually built for comfort or function.

Het hotel is gevestigd in een prachtig oud pand. Op een hele goede locatie in het centrum van Toronto. Het ontbijt was geweldig. Bestellen vanaf een menukaart en het was heerlijk. Het personeel was ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De bedden waren niet echt goed. Zacht en met 2 man rolde je naar een kuil.

Everything is in walking distance. Hotel guests get 5% discount on parking in the garage of the commercial center on the corner 2 minutes away from the hotel.

Very noisy AC

Loved it!! The “view” unfortunately wasn’t the best in our room with some workers just out there but the room was perfect! Clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable bed and all the amenities needed.. staff at the reception was friendly and the location was great, central and quite close to the train station where you can take the train to the airport I think 10 min or under.. I definitely recommend this hotel..

The downtown location is within 10 minutes' walk from Union Station, the neighborhood is great. There is a huge shopping mall minutes away, and many restaurants to enjoy. The room was small, but clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was uniformly welcoming, helpful and lovely. I highly recommend this hotel.

De locatie is perfect, in het centrum van Toronto. Alles is op wandel afstand of via een korte Uber rit. De foto's van de kamers op de website van het hotel zien er iet wat beter uit dan in werkelijkheid. De airco werkte prima, ondanks het extreem warme weer in Toronto. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Parkeren is mogelijk om de hoek, maar is duur. Voor een dag/nacht betaal je 47 CAD.

The hotel was fine but I probably wouldn't return. The room was dated and looked right onto a building site across the road. It also was not big enough for our family and we were charged extra for a put up bed, which we had not been warned about in advance.

The location was perfect. The hotel itself is tired. There doesn't appear to be any security cameras. You don't need an access card to use the elevators. There is only one desk clerk so should you arrive when the clerk is on a break you have to wait until the break is over to check in. The shower did not work. Maintenance was non responsive when I let them know. It was never fixed in the five days that I stayed there and I was never offered another room.

Awesome experience, clean, friendly, welcoming, amazing atmosphere! The front desk were very pleasant to work with as they met our every need.

De douche was niet zo fijn, weinig waterdruk en we misten een losse douchekop. Ook moest je douchen in het bad. Verder wat last gehad van geluid van de straat en de airco. Ook was het licht op de kamer, doordat de screens niet goed aansloten en de gordijnen niet dicht konden.

We had a great time! Hospitality was excellent.

Excellent check in staff, very professional and hospitable. They let us keep our room on for an extra hour at no extra charge because our flight wasn’t until later in the evening. Spotless rooms, comfy beds and couldn’t ask for a better location. Ice cold a/c helped with the hot summer weather

It is a small hotel with access withing a couple of blocks to a hop on, hop off bus, the market and hockey hall of fame. Our room was newly redone and comfortable. The shower was good. We do not spend a lot of time in our hotel when visiting and while there we were comfortable. The room was extremely quiet. Thought there was only one elevator there was never a long wait.

We looked at a brick wall but we didn't get the room for the view (though one would have been a bonus). There were not enough places to hang clothes - just a pole at an angle in a corner. Even hooks on the wall would have helped. Only a couple of small drawers in the nightstand and no shelves.

Hotel is very nice and the staff, especially Ratnesh, went above and beyond to make this stay enjoyable.

Die Lage war super zentral und nahe bei der Union Station. Der Empfang war freundlich.

Das Zimmer war vom Gefühl her "ein Loch". Nicht wegen des Betts (dieses war bequem), aber es hatte kein Fenster und es gab somit keine Möglichkeit, etwas Luft hereinzulassen. So blieb einem nichts anderes übrigen, als die Klimaanlage einzuschalten.

Hotel was for an airport layover over night and so was over the moon when we could have a late checkout at 4pm. Fantastic location in Toronto

Downside was the room was very gloomy and our view was of a brick wall - maybe a street view would have been better so would request that if a stay is planned for a longer time.

Great location. Was able to walk to train station and major attractions. Hotel clean. Staff friendly. Only mirror was in bathroom so hard for 3 females to get ready.

It did have a bit of character and was fairly quiet.
