Very nice rooms and facilities. Very good cleaning, breakfast, staff and concierce. Helpful and serviceminded staff.

The taxi we booked for the next day didnt come, as it wasnt booked apparently even if the staff at the desk told us they had booked it.

Location - perfect for attending TIFF. Kitchenette in room. Comfortable room. Check-in and out was easy/quick. Concierge held my bags after I checked out. Hotel staff were very nice.

Sporadically heard the beat from music. Don't know where it was coming from but clearly it was music being played and I just heard the bang, bang, bang of the beat. I was in the historic building on the 6th floor. But it was very sporatic. Lighting in the room a bit dark. I did have 2 instances where I put on the door for my room to be serviced but when I came back to my room, the plaquard was turned to "do not disturb." It happened two days in a row and I was perplexed. I got back to the room late so didn't mention it to hotel staff as I also didn't know if someone staying at the hotel did it as a joke. But it was very odd. So my room was only cleaned once during my stay. This happened on Sept 14th and 15th. I did receive a notice in front of my room on the 15th that I hadn't requested the room to be serviced in 3 days and let them know if I needed anything. But I got back to the hotel after midnight on the 16th so just let it go as I checked out the 16th. No idea why the plaquard was turned to "do not disturb" though. I don't suspect that hotel staff did it but I don't know if another guest did it as a joke??? On the 14th I thought maybe I put it the wrong way but on the 15th I double checked I requested the room serviced and I clearly did. But I got back after midnight and it was moved to "do not disturb????"

The location was excellent. It was quite expensive - almost $700 for one night. They did upgrade to a higher floor. What view there was was quite nice - partial water and CN Tower.

The room, while at the end of a hallway, was not very sounsoundproof.

The location is great, in the Financial District & very close to the Hop On Hop Off Tour Bus. The room was very nice with a fabulous Lake view from the 40th floor. And, every staff member we spoke to was courteous, helpful, friendly & pleasant. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will definitely stay there again.

We couldn't get some TV channels in our room, (ESPN The US Open coverage) but the maintenance man really tried.

Great views from the top floor of our suite. Great location for walking to so many attractions and restaurants. Very helpful and friendly staff. I like the ease of requesting amenities when needed.

We had a suite with a kitchenette. There were no supplies available for cooking other than a pot and pan but no cooking utensils and nothing for clean up if you did use the kitchen. You had to request everything and still that was rather inadequate.

Wonderful location. Busy place with some entertainment/bar options that are popular with locals. On the corner of the King subway stop and with direct connections to the Path. Direct link also to a decent cafe stop. Easy walk to other key locations including Union station if you prefer (I recommend the Path option as well). Clean, comfortable and had all the necessities. Good views of downtown. Staff very friendly and attentive. Concierge deserve particular mention here.

To be picky, not a deal breaker - aircon is a little loud and the tea cups/options are more limiting compared to other places. Shower does leak a bit all over bathroom.

I had an amazing stay at One West in Toronto. The hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions, making it a great base for exploring Toronto. What really made my stay special was the exceptional service from the staff. David was incredibly helpful in arranging my tour and took the time to print directions for me, making sure I was clear on where I needed to go. He also went out of his way to make sure I was prepared for the weather, reminding me to take a cardigan for my return from Centre Island and kindly providing an umbrella for my visit to the CN Tower. He even checked my flight status to make sure everything was still going ahead. These thoughtful touches made me feel genuinely looked after. Rachel was also wonderful and kindly arranged an early check-in and access to the fitness area, which was particularly helpful as I had an evening flight. Colin arranged a late check-out, which made my departure much more convenient. The staff at Tellers Bar and Daily Ritual were also lovely, friendly and very helpful, making breakfast and drinks a pleasure. I really appreciated the complimentary water, and dressing gowns and slippers were also available upon request — lovely touches that made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, the hotel is comfortable, but it was the genuinely caring and attentive staff that stood out most. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and I would definitely recommend One West to anyone visiting Toronto. I would happily stay here again.

Location is awesome, excursion tour pick-up locations very close. The lobby upon arrival is beautiful, upscale. The staff were all helpful, warm, professional and friendly. We knew we had chosen the right hotel. We enjoyed the entire vibe.

Hotel is so nice and center of everything in Toronto. Everything is a walking distance you dont need Uber or bus. It's a perfect location fir us.

Where the hotel is located was very convenient. Parking was one block over, Starbucks across the street and convenient store was next door across the street.

You have to stream services from your phone to your tv if you want to watch anything. I personally would prefer that method but Netflix wouldn’t stream, only YouTube and crunchy roll were the only apps to work on the tv in our room. That’s really my only complaint

Clean, comfortable and nice and central, the staff were friendly, helpful and made you feel like you were a regular, we'll definitely make this our first choice for any future visits. Toronto is easily a walkable city, and the hotel is in a great plan close to the train station for those day trips to Niagara

5 star. Great clean rooms. Amazing location. Friendly staff. Superb historical building (you can go down and get to the metro from the hotel and even visit the bank vault) Recommend to all.

Difficult to find parking access. We had to drive around several blocks to be able to come back and find the parking valet. No outdoor parking, or at least we didn't find it.

The location was really convenient and close to the subway. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were also nice and large with a comfy bed.

The cleanliness of the room could use some work. There was hair in the shower and on the floor of the bathroom. The minifridge had food crumbs inside of it. There was garbage under the bed (a wrapper).

The bathroom electrical outlet didn’t work. One elevator was out of service so it was a very long wait for the elevator. Breakfast room service wasn’t available. You had to go downstairs. The room service menu wasn’t kid friendly and the quality of the food didn’t reflect the hefty price tag. I was extremely disappointed with the charcuterie and cheese plate.

I always love staying here. Great location for baseball and basketball games. Teller’s Bar is always amazing. And the bedding is sooooo nice. And the hotel always smells beautiful.

The fridge in my room didn’t work. Not the end of the world, but my beer got warm 🤣

Loved the full kitchen, was super helpful with a toddler with us. The beds were overall comfortable and the shower was great! Definitely would recommend for families that need shorter walks (under 20 minutes) to restaurants, CN Tower and Aquarium. Less than 10 minutes to the show we were attending at Meridian Hall.

Wish the vending was closer. We were on floor 5, vending for the whole building was floor 12. The shampoos and soaps were very scented, which for someone with sensitive skin, was not so great. Definitely recommend bringing your own toiletries if you have sensitive skin, caused a rash for me.

The location works great for me. Connected to PATH and near downtown entertainment district. Shopping and restaurants nearby. The room was very good. Clean and updated amenities. The view was great from the king suite. I've stayed here before and planned on repeating but.....

The elevators!! When I checked in I had to wait 15 minutes for an elevator. One was down. Another was stuck on one floor the entire time. The other only moved 3 floors. So basically one elevator in service. Had to wait for it to go up and down twice - finally go on the 3rd time. On check out I had to wait 23 minutes for an elevator. I was late for my meeting as I never factored in 23 minutes for an elevator. Many people took the stairs, but I had a heavy suitcase on the 23rd floor. I wish I had taken the stairs, I was ready to give up when I finally fit in the elevator. 23 minutes for an elevator is unacceptable.

The interior suite was very large, and having a kitchenette was fantastic. The location of the hotel is really convenient and close to everything. Staff were really helpful.

We were disappointed not to have a bath as per the room description. The staff organised for us to move rooms after the first night which was good. The interior suite is dark - obviously it's interior so we knew it wouldn't have daylight but it could be so much better with decent lighting. It would be good to have a toaster available in the kitchenette.

The location is amazing . Several transit stops just outside the door allows you to go anywhere in the city. The historic building is full of character. The room we stayed it had a kitchen area which was very convenient. Very clean . Staff are very attentive.

What's not to like? The views from the premium tower suite were breathtaking. From our suite on the 25th floor we could see the CN Tower, Toronto Harbour and in the distance Lake Ontario - and with binoculars we could even see the spray from Niagara Falls! The room was extremely comfortable - the bed was large and very comfy, the lounge area was great (with a sofa and armchair), the Lavazza coffee maker was a nice touch and the toiletries in the bathroom smelt heavenly. We ate at the hotel a couple of times and the food was good too. The location was great - the hotel is actually connected to The Path which means there is an undercover route to Union station without having to use steps (a couple of escalators and a lift is needed) which means you can easily get between the two with just a 10 minute walk, even with cases.

There's not a lot to fault - our only criticism is that the food took a long time to come, which was an issue at breakfast - we had to wait 30 minutes one morning after placing the order, which meant we nearly missed an appointment we had in the city and had to rush eating. But most people are on holiday and more relaxed so a 30 minute might not be an issue, or may not be typical. I haven't taken points off, just an observation.

Les lits étaient confortables et la chambre bien calme. Le personnel est accueillant et chaleureux. Très propre. Super machine à café et cuisinette bien pensée.

Cependant, lors de notre séjour, des ascenseurs étaient en panne; il fallait donc attendre un peu, mais c'est tout à fait bénin. On voit bien que des travaux sont en cours afin de maintenir le chic de l'endroit. C'est une belle idée, car pour le moment, la déco est un peu vieillissante (papier peint qui pèle, par exemple). Cela dit, nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. Merci!

Buena ubicación. cerca del centro comercial que hay en el centro y de la CN Tower. Habitación con cocina, nevera y lavadora, bastante amplia y cómoda. En general nos gustó bastante. Buena limpieza.

Las camas eran muy pequeñas, para dormir dos es muy justa. El baño era antiguo, no estaba reformado. Faltaba menaje de cocina, éramos cuatro y no había una taza de desayuno para cada uno.

Die Lage ist top, viele Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft. Supermärkte in den Wolkenkratzern im "Keller" muß man sich durchfragen. Ambiente im Haus hat uns bestens gefallen, die ehemaligen Bankräume und der Tresor im Keller fantastisch. Toll auch die Küchenzeile im Zimmer für eine eigene Versorgung.

Zustand des Zimmers im Ordnung, Gestaltung Geschmackssache. Beleuchtung könnte etwas heller sein.

hotel w idealnej lokalizacji w samym centrum z widokiem na wieżowce. Do większości atrakcji można było przejść pieszo. Z hotelu wejscie do metra. Hotel jest starym bankiem więc fajną atrakcja był zabytkowy sejf w którym można posiedzieć. Pokoje w starej części budynku juz lekko przestarzałe ale fajne było mieć kuchnię w pokoju. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna.

Old, no view from the room, super expensive, shower was poorly maintained, the bathroom was tiny and dirty, the overall experience was not pleasant, the gym was ridiculous, compared to other hotels in Toronto this one was the worst I’ve experienced.

Great hotel, we got to stay in a newer room and it was beautiful with amazing views! The vault is amazing, our son loved going inside.

Las habitaciones son muy antiguas. Los empleados son bordes y antipáticos. En las habitaciones con cocina, no te ponen absolutamente nada de menaje. Me aloje en el edificio histórico y es lamentable.

The location was great for a short, first stay in Toronto. We could walk to pretty much everything we wanted to see. Our room was spacious - we are a family of four including two teenagers - and the kitchenette was so useful. Really comfortable beds too! The valet was really accommodating when I just needed to pull up in our rental car and load up at check-out (could not have been more helpful). Would definitely recommend One King West for a city stay.
