great location. Small rooms but comfortable

Location and staff were great. Liked a little kitchen.

It's a bit outdated. Some kitchen equipment is there but no pots or even a kettle. You have to ask for them which is not a big deal. The bed is a bit uncomfortable and the air conditioning is quite loud.

We were on the 17th floor with great high rise views which really gave the vibe of being in Downtown Toronto close to the financial district and about 1km to the harbourfront and a 600m walk from Union Train Station. We advised in advance that our train would arrive prior to scheduled check in time and we had early access on arrival which was much appreciated. A kettle was provided on request and the kitchen was well supplied with crockery and cutlery. We booked many months ago not realising the Toronto Film Festival was on, so it was fun being part of that buzz as well as being around a home game for the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team - seeing all the fans in their regalia.

A roomier lounge would be welcome

We had a spacious room for three people, which was very comfortable. It was also very convenient to have a small kitchenette, allowing us to enjoy a quiet and relaxed breakfast in the room. The hotel is in a really great location, within walking distance of Union Station and many of Toronto’s other attractions. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel as long as you’re on one of the topfloors as unfortunately construction work just in front of the hotel and works in the street (weekdays) when we were there.

The construction work was mentioned on the hotel’s website, but not on Booking.com. We arrived on a Saturday, when there was no construction work taking place. We immediately asked for a room on a higher floor and were given one, which made some difference. So, be sure to check where the construction work is taking place when checking in your given room. I understand that this situation is not easy for the hotel and that the construction work is beyond their control. However, you ultimately pay the same price for less comfort and peace and quiet.

Staff where amazing, from check-in to check-out. Nothing was any trouble, the 4 staff we dealt with over our 4day stay was beautiful. Barbara the cleaner was also a beautiful part of the team.

It was such a great location, I was afraid traveling around the city would be a bit of a hassle. The Hotel was within 30mins of everywhere I wanted to go which means going to and coming from was super easy and I would never feel drained from long car rides. The faculty were all very kind and my room was always nice and clean whenever I returned. Would absolutely love to stay with them again!

The only thing I would have changed is having more avaliable lighting in the room, I made do with what was there but at times I felt my room was still really dark with what sources I had at my disposal.

No me gustó nada, unas obras enfrente que ofrecen vistas a un rascacielos oscuro por la noche y obreros durante el día, el ascensor da miedo, tuvimos que cambiar de habitación porque el wáter no tragaba y devolvía todo tipo de suciedad, está muy sucio (encontramos una capa de polvo importante y hasta un pendiente de un huésped anterior en el suelo del baño,), durante la estancia tampoco vinieron a limpiar. El sofá cama terrible y la cocina estaba tan vieja y sucia que nos daba miedo utilizarla. La calle está céntrica pero un poco oscura por la noche.

Great location in the city but right now there is a lot of construction 🚧 dirty due to this. Amazing staff very friendly and they care very much clean inside hotel and rooms. Main issues... Stayed many times was a bit disappointed toilet was not working all the time and we dod mention it on our was out. Restaurant is not in service so was a bit disappointed.

La vista sui grattacieli di Toronto è la posizione

Nessun servizio non colazione , no bar , no Lounge . Non è un hotel ma è simile a un residence con servizio portineria molto poco friendly per lo standard canadese e pulizia stanza giornaliera molto carente per i 5 stelle . Le stanze sono piccole , mancano delle oscuranti alle finestre, mobilio rovinato , divano letto con materasso sottile non adatto a due persone( non preparato nonostante la prenotazione per tre persone )e letto matrimoniale piccolo e materasso non di qualità. Location e vista meravigliosa, ma il nome è fuorviante non è un hotel , è la qualità prezzo non è assolutamente conveniente.

Struttura in posizione davvero strategica, nel pieno centro di Toronto. Appena usciti si trovano tutti i principali servizi, tra cui supermercati, bar e ristoranti. In circa 10 minuti a piedi si raggiungono facilmente sia l’Acquario che la CN Tower, quindi è una soluzione ideale per chi vuole visitare la città comodamente a piedi. Molto comodo anche il servizio di parcheggio con riconsegna dell’auto, al costo di 45 dollari al giorno: non è economico, ma sicuramente pratico. La nostra camera era inoltre dotata di cucina, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto perché ci ha permesso anche di prepararci un buon piatto di pasta. Nel complesso, un’ottima scelta soprattutto per posizione e comodità.

Tuttavia sebbene ci sia la cucina, NON ci sono gli utensili, non ci sono pentole o altro. Abbiamo dovuto chiederle alla reception, l’hanno fornita immediatamente.

Very overpriced and the hotel was on a sketchy side street with the homeless sleeping on sidewalk outside. Also the building across the street was under demolition and even though my room was on the other side of the hotel the demolition was very noisy first thing in the morning. The valet parking was very inconvenient due to the construction across the street there was very little room to drop off and pick up my car. It also had no restaurant,bar or vending in the hotel so if you wanted to eat or drink you needed to leave the hotel. I've been to Toronto before and stayed at nicer places for less,I won't be go back to this hotel 😒.

Size and comfort of the bed, rooms weren’t quiet

We had a view of the CN Tower which was totally unexpected, a cute balcony where we can view it even more. The full kitchen and large bathroom were great too! Oh and super comfy robe and slippers!

The cleanliness of the shower was a little under expectation. It wasn't horrible, but there were some stray hairs that weren't ours.

I liked the location and the overall charge before all the fees, etc, taking my bill for a suite to a whopping $700 for one night.

I didn't like a fridge so small I had to climb on my knees see what was inside. I didn't like the bathroom wall that kept catching my elbow when I went back to grab the toilet paper as it went flying off the holder. I didn't like having no garbage in the unit. I even went down the fire escape looking for a garbage disposal but couldn't find one. If I get charged another $100 for not disposing of my garbage appropriately, I will be livid. I didn't like the exhaust fumes coming from the indoor air conditioner. I didn't like the very low bed and the clearly used pillow used for decoration on the bed. I didn't like the shut tight washer in the kitchen which prevented me from using the laundry. I didn't appreciate the feel of the room was very much like a student dormitory especially for such a high price.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Downtown Toronto. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Eaton Centre, St. Lawrence Market und die Innenstadt sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

The balcony suite with the CN tower view was amazing and, considering the location, the price was still marginally cheaper than other downtown hotels. All the amenities within the room were amazing considering it had almost a full kitchen.

The pull out couch used was VERY squeaky/noisy and caused my kids, who I gave the room/bed to, to have a broke sleep from my moving around and waking them up. A quieter/newer pull out couch would better suit the style/cost of the room. Also there aren't adequate hooks to hang towels in the bathroom.

Gostei da localização, em uma rua tranquila próxima tanto de Harbourfront quanto de Old Town. Gostei da extrema cordialidade e eficiência do staff. Gostei das instalações. Fiquei em um mini-apartamento com todas as comodidades à disposição: lava-louças, fogão, microondas, lavadora e secadora de roupas. Cama confortável e ducha ok.

Acredito que a sala e o quarto poderiam ter uma iluminação mais potente.

Great stay! The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable almost like having a studio apartment. The location was excellent, close to everything, and the hotel had great amenities.

Good position in the city center that male it easy to reach all the main attractions and the train station Overall the room was good (except for sofa bed) and they also have a spa and a gym but unfortunately we didn’t have time to use them

I think there were some little things and details that could be improved like: We were 4 with a bedroom + sofabed but the room was just set up for 2 people (2 sets, 2 waters etc) We told them and they brought us the things for all 4 of us but then the other day when they cleaned up, again everything was set up for 2. Another thing is about the sofa bed: not prepared at the arrival time but it was in chrge of us to do the bed.. arriving after flight at 11pm I think they could maybe let it find set up for the family in the room..

Expensive for a hotel with few facilities

I loved everything about this hotel, but there is a huge demolition across the street and they start working very early and it VERY loud. The room was large with a great view of Toronto and the CN Tower! We had a little balcony with just enough room to get some fresh air through the sliding door. The elevators were fast! I also wish breakfast was included!

Personal sehr unterschiedlich gut. Teilweise hatte man das Gefühl, dass einem nicht wirklich geholfen werden soll. Erst nach mehrmaligen Hinweisen wurde fehlendes Handtuch nachgeliefert. Ausstattung beinhaltete nur das allernötigste mit dem Hinweis, dass fehlende Sachen gebracht werden.

Room description misleadingly implied presence of sofa or sofa bed. Room generally poorly maintained and missing furnishings. Laundry machine broken. Very expensive for what I got. Breakfast is provided by room service with additional fee only and even then not worth eating.

Very clean hotel. We also liked the secure key cards for entry to the building and to access our floor in the elevator. The location was fairly quiet but did require a little extra walking to get to where we wanted to do in the city. The staff were kind and helpful at the front desk.

The front desk was prompt and courteous, and the room was well laid out with nice windows, comfy bed and sheets. Pleasantly surprised to be able to cast from my phone to each of the TVs, which provided my usual background music to keep the dogs calm. The location is good, between Union station and King subway station, which is fairly easy access by car and mass transit, and only 250m from a nice dog-friendly park (Berczy). There are several fast food options around and a convenience store also nearby.

Our "family suite with sofabed" was only stocked for 2 guests (two sets of towels, two housecoats, two coffee pods, two disposable cups, etc.), even though its a "family" suite and our reservation was clearly for 3. Valet parking (extra) is the only real option, and access by car was a little confusing with construction and lane closures directly in front of the hotel (temporary issue).

Very central, independant hotel. Staff were welcoming, friendly & helpful. Suite on 25th floor had an amazing view of CN Tower. A bit scary going out onto balcony because of the height tho! The room was spacious, spotless & it was fabulous to have a kitchen - we 'home cooked' a couple of meals & made picnics for the days adventures. Comfortable lounge area with smart tv, comfy bed, good shower pressure in bathroom. Plenty of wardrobe space. Easy walking distance to everywhere. I would definately return here on future trips to Toronto.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I am extremely disappointed with my stay and feel that many of the conditions we encountered should have been disclosed before booking. For the amount we paid—approximately $2,000 for this stay—I expected a clean, comfortable room that met basic hospitality standards. Instead, we walked into what honestly looked like a room that had not been properly cleaned at all. From the moment we arrived, we noticed issue after issue. There were ants in the bathroom, fruit flies throughout the room, and dirt, dust, and dog hair everywhere. The bathroom was especially concerning. There was hair on the toilet, hair in the shower, and I felt uncomfortable enough that I had to wear sandals just to shower. The room was also advertised as having a bathtub, which was one of the reasons we booked it, but there wasn’t one. Cleanliness was unacceptable throughout the entire room. The TV remotes were dusty, dirty, and covered in marks. Every light switch was covered in dust and grime. The floors had clearly not been mopped, and there was dust left underneath the couch. Every glass surface was covered in dust and streaks. The microwave was filthy, the refrigerator had dried food crusted inside it, there were hairs inside the fridge, hairs in the utensil drawer, dirty dishes and utensils left behind, and dirt and hair inside the cupboards. We even found blood on the bed sheets and what appeared to be a booger stuck to the ceiling. These are things that should never be found in a hotel room. To make matters worse, it appeared the room was only being wiped down with Lysol wipes rather than being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. There was no evidence that proper cleaning products such as bleach or glass cleaner had been used. This raises serious concerns about the hotel’s housekeeping standards.

On nous présente la chambre avec Balcon. Ce n’est en fait qu’une balustrade pleine d’excréments de pigeon. La porte patio est, par ricochet très sale aussi. J’ai laissé les stores fermés tout le séjour pour ne pas voir cette saleté. J’ai demandé à ce que ce soit nettoyé mais ça n’a jamais été fait. La kitchenette n’est qu’en parti équipé. On doit demander à la réception pour de l’équipement pour pouvoir utiliser le poêle. Aucune couverture d’extra dans la chambre. J’ai retrouvé des cheveux sur le rebord de fenêtre. Le canapé avait des taches suspectes.

Literie peu confortable Ustensiles de cuisine non disponibles directement dans le logement. A demander systématiquement à la réception. Cela freine les envies de cuisiner et pousse au take-away Vue sur les bâtiments en construction (pas responsable et indépendant de leur volonté) Manque de rideaux plus opaques pour la nuit.
