De Canopy hotels zijn geweldig. Nieuw, ruime kamers, geweldige kamer inrichtingen en kamer faciliteiten zoals douche, koelkast en hotel services. Het zwembad is klein maar wel netjes en lekker warm. De locatie naast een metrostation is ook super, de metro in Toronto is ook netjes , snel en met je telefoon in te schecken.

Het met 2 liften naar boven moeten is wat gedoe. De lift aan de achterzijde gaat wel door naar de boven verdiepingen voor de lage hotel vleugel.

Te weinig keuzes bij het ontbijt. Maar wel heel lekker.

From the moment I arrived, I was truly impressed with the hotel. My room was fantastic, and the housekeeping and janitorial teams did an excellent job keeping everything clean and well maintained. I loved the building, décor, style, and overall atmosphere. Everything was thoughtfully designed, and I didn’t experience a single issue during my stay. The front desk and 24-hour door staff were extremely helpful, courteous, and welcoming. They were always willing to assist and provided great recommendations that made my visit even better. I was especially impressed with how technologically advanced the hotel was. I absolutely loved the tech keypad and the ability to control different features in the room—it added such a convenient and modern touch to the experience. Overall, Canopy by Hilton Toronto Yorkville met my expectations.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super! Die Metro (Linie 2) ist gleich ums Eck und man ist schnell in Downtown, ebenso findet man dort eine Mall mit unterschiedlichen Geschäften (Supermarkt, Drogerie etc.). Auch ist das Hotel nicht weit weg von der Church Street, wo man viele Gelegenheiten findet, gut und preiswert zu essen. Die Öffnungszeiten des Fitnessstudios (24h geöffnet) und des Indoorpools (bis 11 p.m.) fand ich auch super, da bei vielen Hotels um 10 p.m. alles dicht gemacht wird. Alles war sehr sauber, ansprechend und modern ausgestattet. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dort auf jeden Fall wieder einchecken!

Wir waren zu viert im Zimmer (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) und hatten Handtücher für 2 Personen, was für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt aber kein Problem war. Ein bisschen eigenartig fand ich, dass die Betten gemacht und alle Handtücher mitgenommen aber keine frischen dagelassen wurden. Auf Nachfrage hin, wurden uns wieder Handtücher für nur 2 Personen ins Zimmer gelegt. War jetzt kein Thema für uns und hätten wir noch welche gebraucht, hätten wir bestimmt noch welche bekommen. Ich fand das nur eigenartig. Nichts desto trotz würde ich dort sofort wieder buchen!

sehr gute Lage, gute Ausstattung, sehr freundliches Personal; interessantes Frühstückskonzept (Bestellung), aber sehr lecker und reichhaltig; gute ÖPNV-Anbindung; Hotel für Familienurlaub gut geeignet; fußläufig alles erreichbar, was man noch so braucht (Restaurants, Supermarkt etc.); Und Toronto selbst bietet natürlich traumhafte Sehenswürdigkeiten ...

einzig die komplizierte und zwischenzeitliche undurchsichtige Rechnungslegung mit zum Teil "wilden" und nicht nachvollziehen Kreditkartenbuchungen durch Hilton war etwas ärgerlich (meine Bank teilte mir z. B. einmal aufgrund von intensiven Buchungen durch Hilton mit, dass ich doch bitte prüfen solle, da es zunächst aufgrund der hohen Summen und Häufungen als möglicher Betrug eingeordnet wurde) und machte Klärungsgespräche mit dem Personal nötig (z. B. wurde erklärt, dass es eine Sicherheitskaution von 100 CAD pro Nacht gäbe, aber tatsächlich wurden dann zunächst rund 180 CAD pro Nacht von der Karte gebucht) > dann wurde aber alles vom Hotel geklärt und erstattet

The incorporation of technology into the rooms is fantastic. I really enjoyed the flexibility to control various fixtures and the curtains from multiple locations throughout the room. The sliding barn door helps to minimize the amount of noise that comes from the outside hallway. That was a great idea and I am glad to see the amount of thought that went into planning the room layout.

I would mention, three very minor issues during my stay. The first involves the bathroom sink faucet. The angle of the water being discharged is such that it hits a portion of the drain plug which causes water to splash out onto the counter of the sink. The second item is how to use the technology to indicate that you would like the room to be freshened up. In the interest of full disclosure, this is very likely user error. When you want to request service, it seems as if you need to place the service sign on the door and have to select the service button on the control panel inside the room. The final item is the weak internet security protocols uitilized for the complimentary WiFi offered. There have been recent stories in the news that unsecured WiFi networks in public places are being increasingly targeted by hackers. I avoided connecting to it whenever possible due to the lack of enhanced security protocols.

The overall stay was really impressive, the staffs were all professional and the hotel location was the icing on the cake.

The room was absolutely gorgeous. I love the remote functions and auto curtains!

The pool was not warm. It was a hot day but the pool was so cold.

The TV, steamer, comfort bed, hangers, outlet options, led mirrors, multiple control buttons for the curtains and lights.

No bootle of waters, had to drink tap water, no rug on the shower floor, stains on bed sheets and towels, no slippers, no warnings about random noises in the morning.

Beautiful modern hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Loved the view from the room. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect for exploring Toronto. Everything was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.

Location was good, only a few hundred yards to the closest underground station. The hotel bar/ restaurant were also very good. There is variety for take out food in the area and a few restaurants close by. The staff at the hotel were really helpful and friendly. The room was good quality, gym was great - we didn't visit the pool but could see it from our room and always appeared quiet. The beds/ pillows were excellent.

The only thing that was slightly frustrating was that when our room was serviced there were a few times when only one towel (bath sheet) was replaced, despite being two of us in the room. Other than that it was a really nice hotel.

It's the perfect hotel: kind greetings when you arrive, an attentive yet non-intrusive valet service, a safe location with walking access to some of Toronto's coolest neighborhoods (and subway access to the rest of the city), multiple pharmacies and supermarkets within two blocks, a clean room with the best showers and mattresses in town, a gigantic TV, effective climate control *and* an operational window for fresh air, and even complimentary umbrellas. We couldn't even hear the neighbors except when we were in the hallway!

It would be nice to have a fan in the bathroom, or a full door to the bathroom, as it can be hard to maintain privacy when sharing the room. It could also be a little small if you intend to spend a lot of time in your room, but it's in line with similarly-priced hotels in a dense urban center; they make the most of the space and we never felt cramped.

Su sistema para que te limpien la habitación es confuso. te dejan el típico cartel para la puerta, pero aún cuando lo usas, no es garantía que te arreglen la habitación, Te dejan una hoja en la que te dicen que la luz/botón roja debe estar apagada. Lo graciosos es que no hay ningún botón/luz roja. Todo el panel de control es ambar y nunca se pone en rojo y cuando apretas el botón de servicio se pone por un segundo verde y luego se pone del mismo color ambar de todo el panel, así que no sabes si está activado o no, una desgracia. Me pasó que no limpiaron mi habitación. Tuve que quejarme y sí mandaron a una persona a arreglarla pero fue luego de insistir y pasar un mal rato, porque al inicio me dijeron que no se podía y no tenía personal para hacerlo! Algo curioso es que la habitación me salía más barato por Booking que directamente y haciéndome miembro del Hilton!

Staff were very nice. Location was good.

The bed was ok however it was difficult getting comfortable watching tv, pillows were were too bulky. Room was too small especially the bathroom. Everything felt too small and cramped. The water station in the hallway was broken, so you had to walk to the other side to get water to drink. We had little privacy since our room faced the hallway so you had to keep the blackout curtasin closed. The electrical controls for lights were difficutl to see. Our hallway was hot and gloomy.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé, hôtel très propre et confortable. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique.

Le seul soucis c’est qu’il n’y avait pas de personnel pour nous aider à faire monter nos bagages en chambre lorsque nous sommes arrivés et pour les faire descendre le jour du départ. Nous étions une famille de 5 (2 adultes avec 3 enfants). Ça aurait été parfait d’obtenir une aide pour cela.

The wifi. You had to sign into Hilton Honors, and they insisted ona STATE and ZIP ciode. I will not stay again in a hilton if they can not accommodate Canadian preferences.

The hotel was beautiful, modern, and very clean. The room was comfortable and well designed, and the location in Yorkville was perfect—close to great restaurants, shopping, and easy transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming.
