I had a ground level room with patio doors - nice BUT someone can knocking on the window about 1 AM - he/she eventually went away - guessing someone drunk and lost their way.

This was a great easy location, our room had a sliding patio door which we could park right out side. Coffee was great.

Wish the breakfast had bacon instead of just sausage.

It was ok.

Needs a cleaning up and front desk poor communication. The floors were dirty!

Place smells like wet dog and the best is by far the worst thing I have ever attempted to sleep on. Holy guacamole was it ever hard, lumpy and noisy.

Worst customer service. The front desk agent was so rude and was trying to over charge me. I didn’t end up staying here.

Requested ground floor but didn't happen. The hotel should have an elevator for handicap.

It was quiet and the staff were very nice. My room was very spacious and comfortable. I could not hear anything coming from ajacent rooms so that was vary nice as well.

The door wasnt very good at blocking out noise and light from the hallway, which did wake me up a few times both nights of my stay. The carpet in the room was a terrible texture on bare feet.

Comfortable room

Nothing. From the moment we walked in the door, I knew it was a wrong decision.

There was a party outside on the balcony so I said I would be complaining after 10. They did go to bed. The carpet was soaking wet and the staff wasn’t helpful.

Stayed one night, arrived late, no issues. Bed, hot water, breakfast, all were fine. Rate was reasonable. Worked for me.

Overall ok for the money

Easy to find and fairly well organized. Breakfast was OK. Staff was friendly. Walking distance to places to eat and close to the highway. Beds are comfortable.

They gave me a higher rate on arrival. I showed them my confirmation and quoted rate and after a bit of confusion and conversation they adjusted to the lower rate.

Got bug bites from the stay...

Loved being greeted and welcomed by the most lovely sweetest soul at check-in, Shala. I hope I spelled her name right. A true happy soul. And you hit a home run with the breakfast wraps. I stay at Comfort Inn all over Western Canada for work travel and never seen that before.

There was nothing to dislike.

the breakfast was great. we found everything we needed. coffee was great. The rooms were good, beds were comfortable. Bathroom was good. We have stayed here several times as the location is great and easy to get to.

The staff was rude and not very welcoming. The shower did not drain properly, which made it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the breakfast offering was disappointing—there was no bread available, despite advertising a complimentary breakfast with coffee and pancakes. This was misleading and did not meet expectations.

Can't think of anything, this hotel has its shit together. One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at with very nice staff.

The rooms were comfortable and I really appreciated being able load our bags from our car into our room on the ground floor without having to go inside and around. The rooms warmed up quickly and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a decent variety but the eggs and sausage tasted like they were reheated.

When I booked with this site, I chose pet friendly accommodation. I received an email saying I had to take the extra step to contact the hotel to confirm this and agree to pay the extra fee for pets. When I checked in at the front desk, I was told that the pet rooms were on a different floor than I booked and I would need to be CHARGED more as the ground rooms were an upgrade?? Thankfully the staff member waived this extra fee since it was a surprise to me. The room was non smoking but it reeked of cigarette. The back door didn't lock so we had to change rooms (which we appreciated but it was a lot of back and forth with no assistance). The water was also not hot and didn't stay warm for very long.

Quite quiet except the one night we had a barking dog. It sounded next door and must have been a small one as it was a shrill bark

The sliding door windows were very dirty. I realize it was melting days but I thought they could have been cleaner. I thought when you cleaned up room each morning that the bed would be made. We had sort of pulled it up and nothing more had been done to it. The second morning we left it messed up and it was pulled up but not what I consider made up. My husband had made toast our first morning (2 slices) and had eaten most of one slice and I saw mold on the second slice. I had waffles but the machine does not look very good. Also we do like the night light but it was not working. On our way out I told the man at the desk what room we were in and said it was not working thinking it would be repaired but it never showed up. Also the remote for the tv did not work.

The rooms are getting out dated, dresser needs updated. Someone else had wrote “please wash me” in the dust on the mirror above the tv. It is only seen from an angle from the table. Looks like mirror has not been cleaned for some time.

Only warm water for the morning. Ran the hot water for 10 minutes but it never warmed up.

The room had a bad odor. The light in hallway was flickering really bad. They changed $3.25 for an outdated chocolate bar. They never cleaned our room once. Only took the garbage out and replaced some towels. But only left 1 bath towel for 2 of us. lol. And they over charged me $18.00 from what my confirmation email said it should be!!!

Hotel was clean. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. We had a double queen patio door which was convenient to unload/load truck. Breakfast was okay, the usual basic continental.

It’s was fairly clean and the beds were comfortable. It has a nice layout. Location was good. It was a very quiet motel. For being so close to a major highway you couldn’t hear the traffic.

Breakfast was poor and the suppose to be hot food was really cold. The selections were also very limited to pick from. The motel could use some updating as it is out of date.

The only positive thing about the hotel was the breakfast. It was adequate and as described.

The 4 rooms we booked were not as described on Booking.com. They did not sleep 2 adults and 2 children, as requested. 2 of 4 rooms with pull out sofa beds did not have matresses, just the sofa bed frame. The matresses on the other two sofa beds were filthy, with crumbs and dirt. All 4 rooms were unclean. One room had issues with the heating system and it was over 80 degrees inside. The staff was unfriendly and not helpful. They blamed Booking.com for the issue with the rooms. We would have stayed elsewhere but it was a busy weekend and there were no other rooms available at other hotels. Two of our guests had rashes after leaving the hotel. This hotel is dirty, staff are unfriendly and uncaring. We will never stay at this location again and recommend others do not either. There are better hotels in close proximity, choose those instead!

The beds were very comfortable.

The room smells of years of smoking covered up by air fresheners. All rooms are now nonsmoking. It was pretty bad. They did not have receptacles for dog poop bags so people just left their full poop bags on the ground. Litter on the grounds were not picked up. The rooms look like they need major renovations structurally.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The comp. breakfast was excellent.

The carpets on the stairs need replacing. Curtains in the room need replacing. But all in all it was a good place to stay.

Staff was rude expected a visibly handicapped person to carry out large pieces of luggage up a flight of stairs to the second floor then charge an extra $20 to have a room on the main floor. 10 PM at night on the very empty hotel with no patrons so forced to pay extra $20 to stay mean for because you wouldn’t even help to get a edge upstairs.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable and the place needs up keep for sure. Our windows were full of ice inside which then went to water. The drapes didn’t close properly with at least a 6 to 8” gap. The bathroom was okay but definitely needs a deep clean around the edges. But sink toilet, and bathtub was clean.

Room was very stale smelling as if it had been a smoking room. Very dim lighting. Breakfast was just adequate. I have stayed here for decades and it has gone down hill. It needs a reno. Wont be coming back.

Motel is dated, but for $100...ZERO complaints. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Best sleep I've had in months. Shower was new and had nice temp and pressure. Towels were soft. Breakfast area is small but there's something for everyone. Just wake the Attendant up if you need help. Why pay more if all you need is a clean room and a comfy bed to sleep in? Small fridge and microwave in the rooms.

For four people, our room was crowded once the pull out bed was in use. Fortunately, we were just there to sleep.

Very noisy all night. I was right beside the staff room and the door to the room opened and closed all night long. Breakfast room was not very clean.

We have stayed in quite a few Comfort Inns (Choice Hotels) in recent years, and this one definitely rates lowest in our experience. The hotel is old and tired. While there have been some obvious attempts to refresh (breakfast area and bathroom to be specific) some of the efforts are mere band-aid fixes (eg. new "counter tops" on old bathroom vanity and dressers/night stands). My biggest criticism would be the carpeting on the stairs to our second floor room - it was so worn and dirty (blech!) and made us question the cleanliness of our room and the rest of the hotel. The folded up and dirty piece of cardboard that was used as a door stop at the top of the stairs was didn't help. Overall, the room seemed clean though, even though the pillowcases were quite wrinkled and what few bathroom towels we had were dingy (they only gave us two bath towels and we had to ask for hand and face towels). The windows were also very dirty and the heating/cooling system has seen better days. I can live with older hotels/motels as long as they are clean - this one needs to do better. Thankfully we were only booked for one night. I would look elsewhere next time.

They were able to accommodate us with a new cleaner room after we found the pullout bed mattress was filthy and full of stains and there were bugs in the room they had initially gave us.

The first room we had smelled terrible from the moment we walked in, the pullout mattress on couch was filthy and stained with urine among other things. And I saw a huge bug which I think was a cockroach on the mirror in the bathroom.

So noisy and uncomfortable stay

Checked in and the rooms we were given hadn't been cleaned. They were disgusting. We immediately went back to the front desk and told they we would not be staying here. They told us they would credit us back for our rooms and they still have not. I can't get in touch with a real Expedia agent either.

There were flies all over my room. Receptionist had to come and view the room herself. I left and am asking for a refund.

Room was not clean. People yelling and fighting in the hallways at 3 am kept us up most of the night. Sketchy people everywhere. Worst stay ever.
