The tv wasn’t working all night. A tv is a staple to any hotel room so having it not work and no solution offered is not good service. There should be some kind of refund.

La chambre est spacieuse, propre, confortable et bien insonorisée. L'accueil est très cordial. La salle de lavage est propre et fonctionnelle. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

La piscine n'était pas en fonction. La dame qui s'occupait de la salle à déjeuner était désagréable.

Our room looked clean but smelled of stinky feet. The mattress was too soft.. worn out!

A/C cover is broken and needs to be cleaned since is too dusty and is not good for people with allergies

The facility was very clean and we found the beds quite comfortable. The breakfast was consistent with most places we stayed at and although nothing fantastic, it met the need.

The staff could be a little more welcoming, friendly but they were efficient.

The people next door to me were very loud and couldn’t sleep I went to the front desk to let them know that they were loud and did nothing

Breakfast was OK and the older lady that runs that is super sweet. Keep it clean and food filled. The pool was great for the grandkids that came to visit.staff were great. We had to move rooms because our air conditioner wasn’t working properly and it was done right away.

I really liked the breakfast. Just a regular eggs and sausage coffee. Some people even made waffles....WOW. lol who woulda thought. I liked it b/c it was fast and simple and didn't have to wait for anything, and the lady there was very helpful with everything.a real gem. We will be recommending to all our friends and relatives.

I have noticed lately that hotels/motels are using different scents and different cleaners that are more hospital orientated. As we are moving to the no scent scene that's OK, but not my preference as scents don't bother me.

My car was broken into right outside my room.. I lost all my clothes. And my wife lost 4 hrs of sunglasses.. no security anywhere.

Easy to get to

The room was a good size. I found the breakfast filling, there was hot food as well as cereal. I am glad that pets are allowed. It is nice that there is a Smittys and A&W nearby. We liked the bathroom too, nice large tub.

Just an issue with pet safety. We had a problem with one cat. The bed had a hole made likely by a previous cat such that our cat climbed in the hole and was inside the bottom part of the bed. The front desk lady was very helpful we discussed what we should do if our cat didn't come out. That really helped us relax to the point where our kitty decided on her own to come out. Probably us freaking out had kept her in hiding. We put her in her carrier for the rest of the night. Our suggestion is to duct tape the fabric such that no cat can make a hole.

Hallways very narrow, dark and patched for painting from floor to ceiling. Dirty carpets. Previous cleaning left a child’s toy on the floor! Hearing protection needed for bathroom fan and toilet seat slid from side to side when sitting.

We booked it just for the pool and it wasnt open, we asked what was wrong with it, and the person at the front desk didnt answer. Also we didnt have enough towels in our room to start off with. Along with shampoo ... its almost like it wasnt replaced. But i would stay again.

They tried to double charge, no posted material anywhere on cost of damage deposit, not even told at front desk, noisy hallways. Otherwise it was a good stay if you can get past all that.

The carpets in the hallways were quite dirty, however they are just coming out of winter. I notice most hotels in Canada have carpets in the hallway’s which would be hard to keep clean in the winter.

Breakfast was alright, sausages and egg patties were a bit cold. I would have liked more fruit options. The plates were not always clean - there was some syrup on them but this could have happened after they had been cleaned already. It was a bit difficult to get to food and coffee at times due to the set up. I did not like the disposable cutlery, it would have been more environmentally friendly to use either compostable items or reusable cutlery.

I thought the offering of shampoo and conditioner was very meagre. I think that the bathroom could have better and more shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hand cream.

Mediocore breakfast very limited on options. One couple occupied the bigger toaster until their toast was cold. Sadly the hot tub wasn't working. Our room was hot the fan was on low but felt and sounded like it was on high. I kept turning it on and off through the night. Would love a location on the other side of brandon

The people in the room next to us were up partying all night and I made 2 complaints to the front desk about the noise and she didn't care. Then before we were about to leave it started to get physical and throwing stuff around in the room next to us. We will never be back to this hotel. Absolutely horrible costumer service

Breakfast was good with decent variety of foods. They let have an extended stay to 12:30 at no extra charge.

They stole $200.00 from my credit card and would not allow me to get a printed copy in the morning. They said email only…I did not receive an email. And because I’m moving across the country right now I had no way to find out. My bank alerted me …help

We would have loved to enjoy your breakfast.

Communication. When we discovered that booking.com had booked us a room that was not pet friendly we had to cancel. Wes stopped to talk to the gal at the front desk and she told him she would tell her manager but we never received any communication from them further. We sent emails with no response. To date we have not heard from Super 8. Disappointed.

Arrived late staff were friendly and informative. Felt safe and secure. Training of new staff . I like seeing new staff learning. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and roomy. Breakfast was plentiful and hot and yummy

Room had a musty smell and the sofa was broken with sharp hazards. I ask for a room change and was denied and given a blanket to cover it up.

If youre sensitive to scents, not a good hotel for you. The cleaner they use is very potent.

The internet was terrible; poor wifi. The breakfast was basic, less variety of meal. The property is clean and the environment was good.
