Comfort Inn

Location to the Ferry was close and there were many places to eat and shop nearby.

There was no elevator and we were put on the second floor. I had requested to be on the ground floor but they said they did not get that request. This was the main reason for any negative thoughts we had.

Very nice experience! The hotel is close to everything and the atmosphere was relaxed.

Pillows were not comfortable, too soft. Very noisy during the night. Windows didnt open for fresh air. Marijuana smell both nights.

Great location. Good breakfast. Great staff.

The room was pretty stuffy, and the low humidity of the fan was annoying. Otherwise good.

Room smelled stuffy or smelly carpet. I sprayed and it was ok Gal at front desk wasn’t really friendly and seemed to be having a problem getting our room But it worked out Inconvenient to not have an elevator or even automatic or push doors; little ramp instead of curb to roll luggage

Hotel was a good value. A short drive from the ferry.

Undergoing renovation. Work crews on site are apparently staying there and they are a bit noisy. The only natural light comes from the newly replaced sliding glass door but 4’ away was the tail pipe of the car parked tight outside and across from that workers were having a party.

I liked that it was located near the ferry terminal and I liked that it was near a walmart.So I could get food late at night

My room was on the 2nd floor so I had to carry my luggage upstairs. Which was difficult because the doors didn't stay open. Also when I arrived, my room was absolutely freezing, literally set at 60°. I had to turn the heat on and leave to get food in order for the room to warm up.

la chambre ok mais il y avait construction des trottoirs autour de l hotel et nous devions passer par l intérieur et notre chambre était tres loin au bout du passage et nous avons de la difficulté a nous déplasser mon mari et moi et le déjeuner ok

The location and menu for breakfast was very good. We didn’t get cleaning service for one day, and asked the staff in the hallway if we could give them our wet linens. No one made the beds or refurbished the linens or took the trash. We only left a tip for one night vs two because of this.

Construction of ripping up cement was noisy with heavy banging and dust that seeped inside our door was not good. We paid full price for our room, and felt the rate should have been reduced to compensate for the noise, dust and inconvenience of being able to exit our sliding door.

breakfast was terrible. Absolutely no room for anybody, hardly any seating. There are no elevators so everyone has to lug their luggage up the stairs. Toilet was broke, desk manager look at it and said nothing he could do. Unacceptable. Will never stay at a comfort inn again.

The staff was amazing. The room is dated and small. The internet was very slow and the TV shows kept coming in and out. The property is remodeling, so hopefully will improve.

Quick one night stay. Room was fine.

The staff were great and dealt with the people smoking and drinking outside our room.

We did not like the fact that the construction workers were outside smoking, drinking and congregating outside in groups. We asked for a different room to get away from the noise and smoke. We had a ground floor room and couldn’t have the patio door open. Could also smell strong smelling weed.

Good variety for breakfast. Location to the area we wanted to visit was good and easy to find, staff friendly.

Not much choice with TV channels. We are use to streaming and didn't appear to have that choice at the hotel.

Property was conveniently located.

Staff was very accommodating. They gave excellent service.

Stayed here two nights, bookending the trip from Bar Harbor to Yarmouth. Nothing extraordinary, but they were happy to have our dog with us, the bed was comfortable, and it was quite handy for the ferry. Liked having a fridge in the room, didn’t really take advantage of the breakfast (had breakfast at The Shanty Cafe before the ferry; excellent food, and very nice servers).

The one thing, I did not appreciate was their asking for a damage deposit at checking . I found that , not to be very well coming, to say the least and from a elderly couple such as ourself .

Emplacement parfait, près des commodités ( épicerie et Wal-Mart, juste à côté, McDonald’s à 3 minutes, etc) Déjeuner chaud: oeufs brouillés, bacon ou sauciest, pommel de terres risollées

We stayed for a week. Service excellent, got new towels etc when we needed. Breakfast bar excellent and service desk personnel were polite, Courteous and helpful!

It was dog friendly and the woman who worked in the breakfast room was friendly and helpful.

Our A/C was broken and they were unable to help because we called to inform them at 4:00. The breakfast was offered in styrofoam plates and plastic utensils.

Lose to ferry and main roads. Walmart right in back of property so we could pick up water and supplies for our trip. Plenty of parking. Quiet. Nice that ground floor rooms had slider out to parking area. Dede t sized breakfast area. Rooms very clean and quiet

SItué en plein milieu de d'autres magasins comme Staples, Kent, Home hardware. Ce n'est pas là qu'on découvre le charme de Yarmouth. Déjeuner manque de variété.

Fantastic Stay

It was handy to everything. Clean. And staff was nice and friendly. The breakfasts were awesome I would highly recommend comfort inn for your next stay in Yarmouth.

It was reasonably priced, clean, and quiet with parking at the door, so no elevators.

Breakfast was fine. It's sad to see that someone at the top has decided to paint the bricks on the building.....to upgrade??? Painting must be done again and again, and bricks are far classier. Also covering the skylights in the front desk area is a really dumb move. Natural light is far more comfortable, healthier, and classier. The people working at the desk were excellent, but the decisions by the upper management seem strange.
