The location was good and the room was clean.The staff was nice.

Everything was fine until the air conditioning was screeching and banging at 4 am. We figured out how to shut it off but I couldn’t get back to sleep after that.

Staff...no service...no water offered...no restaurant....no bar...boring location

We ended up spending some additional days in Yarmouth after our ferry was cancelled due to the weather. The staff was very accommodating and made our stay quite pleasant.

This was very close to the ferry slip. The motel itself was very well appointed and the staff were really friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room temperature was easily regulated. This was our first stop in Canada and the Tru by Hilton set our expectations high!

We found nothing negative in our stay.

Property was near the ferry terminal and appeared to be fairly new. The room was small but adequate. Breakfast was adequate and included

It was clean, well maintained and modern. Also beds were comfortable and its was quiet.

I liked the property. A bit disappointed that there were no plain eggs , only eggs with meat as I am a vegetarian. I was unable to have even a pancake as there was no mixture. So I was unable to have any but a piece of toast. Could not use butter for toast as butter was frozen unable to use .

A nice, basic hotel, 7 minute drive from Yarmouth ferry terminal. Friendly staff, basic clean room with minimal Amenities.

The hotel was very clean, the pool was amazing, and there was a very good selection at breakfast.

Every was great. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the shower. They gave us extra pillows which we appreciated.

I would have preferred a blackout shades on the window. We were on the second floor but outside lighting shown through the window. It was light enough you could move around to go to the bathroom without putting a light on. I much prefer to sleep in total darkness.

Wow, all the little details! Extra shelving and hooks in the bathroom and bedroom. Extra plugs for charging. Elevator doors that closed promptly. Easy walk in shower with grab bar. Super fun water slide/ tunnel that the kids loved. Large variety of comfortable seating for breakfast. Electric car charger that actually worked! So many great things! An excellent update to the typical motel experience. Amazingly clean!

The bathroom lights were excessively bright. The breakfast scrambled eggs were inedible, tasted and felt like a dry sponge.

At 4:00am coffee was on, front desk was open, with a very attentive and awake staff member. Appreciated that, since the Cat ferry was cancelled and we would have to drive home.

Pillows were comfy. Breakfast had a wide selection which was good.

Very close to CAT ferry to Bar Harbour, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, nice toiletries, good size tv, decent breakfast, coffee 24/7, near retail strip

Breakfast was great and included until 10 30am rooms were quiet and clean and up to date. Many access doors which had key access. Security was great. The pool was good with a waterslide the kids loved it. The room was up to date and very clean. Having 24 hr coffee in the lobby was much better than a coffee maker in the room.

Electric vehicle chargers could use replacement at 10 years old it was a bit hard to read the screen for the qr code and there was only 2, a few other ev owners couldn't charge. The bed was a bit stiff for our family.

Very nice location and the room was very clean

We didn't care that the game room was right next to the breakfast area. Kids running around while trying to eat and get food. The lobby is poorly designed. Also need you mattress for the beds .

Sehr jugendlicher Stil und angenehmes Ambiente. Es gibt 24/7 kostenlosen Tee, Kakao und Kaffee. Außerdem gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt; inkl. Pool und Fitnessstudio.

Das Frühstück war für die sonstige Ausstattung leider gar nicht gut und viel zu spärlich. Zudem war alles nur als Einweggeschirr verfügbar. Sehr schade!

Had the grandkids with us and found out Saturday morning that the pool will be closed twice throughout the day for private functions. Will defiantly go back to the Rodd.

The staff were great, the location was great, breakfast was good.

It didn't have a dresser so you could put your clothes in and not leave it in your suitcase. No coffee machine in your room, they say you can get it 24/7 in the lobby but not the same

It's on the outskirts but no problem if you have a vehicle if not be prepared for short taxi rides.

They used bedskirts as a blanket my TV didn't work the floor was sticky the breakfast was out of everything except one piece of bread and a muffin and pancakes but nothing to put on the pancakes except for frozen butter and the pool was booked 2 different times so we couldn't use it

Smelling of pot outside/in elevator ( not really something they can fix), hard to keep a constant temperature in room- sometimes too hot or too cold. Check out time at 11 am not 12.

Asked for a crib prior to, was told it was in room but then not and not available. Paid extra for my dog to find out most people did not pay for their dogs to stay in the end.
