The bathtub and sink was slow to drain water. The first night the fire alarm went off and they didn’t even check and all they were concerned about was turning off the alarm!

Dog in room across from me barked uncontrollably while owners out. Staff couldn't do anything

the swimming pool was excellent.

The stairs were not safe. Sounded like they were going to collapse. The room was not very clean, wall by the window were worn and had grunge. Bathroom sink was worn and had moisture damage

For one all the bottom floor is rented out to people from other countries (housing for immigrants)when we pulled in we were told to drive around building park in back and go up two flights . As we drove around we noticed about 25-30 Somalians washing their clothes in buckets, and then laying hundreds of pieces of clothing all over the grounds of the motel to dry in the sun. At night, all their men came home, which were another 25 to 30 all standing in huddles in the parking lot dozens of children, running loose, kicking pop cans, beer, cans, and water jugs up against the motel room walls screens smashed out of windows, and the entire building smelled of rotted fish. The door keys wouldn’t work in the back doors so we had to walk around an entire city block to go through the front doors with all of our stuff. The breakfast was undesirable as the man making it was touching everything with his bare hands, the coffee creamer and milk was curdled and so much more . Dirty, extremely noisy of doors banging all night long. Industrial garbage cans at door entrances that stunk. Definitely not what l was expecting especially for price. In the morning all the women staying in bottom of motel filed to bus stop who takes care of the dozens of kids? Just a terrible place and nobody proper English all East Indian very hard to understand. Oh and when we checked in there was no wifi we were given a phone number to call so we could fix it ourselves (come on) I’m not on holiday to fix hotel wifi

I locali adibiti alla colazione non erano molto accoglienti e il buffet era abbastanza limitato

The room size was fine, our beds were comfortable.

Our room window was totally blocked by the roof of the lower level of the hotel. The AC was very old and very noisy, we could not sleep at nights due to the loud noise of it and also didn't keep the room cool despite working full blast. Breakfast was served on the paper plates and coffee on paper cups. Once something was finished you had to ask the one staff to give you if she had more. The scrambled eggs tasted like yellow rubber, although I never have eaten yellow rubber in my life. The staff could be a little more friendlier or courteous.

Was very dated towels were dirty would not recommend this place to anyone. Also to far from highway, also way to much to pay for a room and the crazy expensive security deposit. Will never stay here again.

Shower and location

The hotel was run down. The breakfast was unbeatable especially the coffee. The TV reception was blurry. There were no screens on the windows. The staff were not friendly. The soap was terrible. The fridge took two days to cool a soft drink. Although the room was clean. The rest of the hotel was dirty and old.

Room was was nice and very clean . Breakfast was good to have Hot food too. All tasted Excellent. No complains with the bed.

They need to stir their Water with Lemon dispenser as I could only get a Dribble ( lemons blocking spout) . This Isn`t a dislike as in the food area for breakfast they had a water dispenser .

Hotel was clean and the staff were as nice as she could be. Room was very clean. A bit small but perfect for the night while travelling.

I found the price quite high but overall was a pleasant stay at all the comfort inns we stayed at along our travels.

Convenient location

The outside wooden siding needs replacing. Many holes in the siding. The parking area was tight and limited.

It was comfortable.

There were a few minor issues with our room but nothing major.

Value for money. Clean, comfortable with some additions such as a pool, fitness room and good breakfast included.

My rating would be higher if there wasn't construction in the parking lot and a view of the pool house outside my window. The keys were a bit funky too, but this is a minor complaint as I was looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay and got it.

Property was very old and the outside build looking run down Parking lot out back was rough and felt not very secure. Room was musty, almost like it had been smoked in recently.

I booked and paid for this stay through Expedia, and was then charged for it again by Comfort Inn Cornwall. Repeated attempts to get a refund have gone unanswered. No sense of customer service and they obviously don't need return customers. Would not stay here again.

No elevator and had to lug everything up 2 flights of stairs and the air conditioners were really loud. Only other problem was placement of the toilet paper...way behind the toilet..could not filing it at first!!

Room was clean, the pool was nice and was well stocked with towels. The staff was very pleasant.

The access to and from the parking was totallly inconvenient. The card access was not available on the back side of the building where we were instructed to park. The faucet in our room was not properly anchored to the vanity.

Breakfast was not very good. Bruised fruit, powdered eggs, the eating area is stifling hot cause it’s located next to the pool and there is large tube blowing hot air into the eating area.

We asked for a change of room and the clerk could not have been more helpful.

The bed was comfy. And there was plenty hot water for showers. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning was quiet. Pool was a good temperature.

I had specifically requested a first floor room with a parking lot patio door, for easier access unloading with my toddler. It had been confirmed that they would make it happen, and then when we got there we were told we were on the second floor, which was disappointing and annoying since it made it complicated to unload baby bed and woke up my child to go through the hallways. Also the key door access are super finicky, you have to try like 5 times to open the door to come in from the parking lot. And about one hour after we arrived, we got a weird phone call from the front desk checking if everything was alright. So they woke my kid up. Again. I had just gotten her back down. Don’t know what that was about but like seriously don’t call people in their room for nothing like that, especially not a long time after check in and knowing they have a little one.

Le délai pour avoir notre chambre a été long, nous avions mentionné à l'établissement après la réservation que nous avions 2 vélos que nous voulions mettre dans la chambre.. et le message n'a jamais été lu par l'établissement.. On nous a donné une chambre au deuxième étage. Nous avions aussi écris le jours de notre arrivé que nous voulions arrivé un peu plus tôt si possible .. encore une fois le message n'a jamais été lu.. La chambre n'était pas très propre, nous avons ramassé un paquet de poils et cheveux à côté du bain et le déjeuner était catastrophique .. il y a 2 grille-pains double et une tranche d'un grille-pain fonctionnait sur les 8 tranches ! Ça causait un embouteillage au déjeuner.. La section déjeuner est très sale, les poubelles débordent.. Jamais je ne retournerai dans cet établissement. Le frigo et le climatiseur font un vacarne.

Everyone is very friendly, its clean and comfy. Kind od a small town feeling for ontario being here. Pool was nice and warm and clean, gym right next to the pool very convenient. Walking distance to an amazing wing house !!

If we have to complain about anything it wouls be Breakfast doesnt go late enough compared to other places it only goes 7 till 9 so if you want to rest in the morning you miss out on breakfast.

Breakfast was a welcome bonus offering both hot and cold items.

The overall cleanliness in the common areas with boxes of product and Wet Floor signs on display.

Front desk was able to accommodate a last minute room request change . I booked 2 rooms and forgot to mention one had to be on ground floor due to mobility issues. Request was happily made

My door opened but it had a continual buzz loud enough you wouldnt sleep so I took my key card and went back outside and the door locked tried the key card and it wouldnt open the door. It took them almost 2 hours to get my door open again after pulling it apart. It was to the point of breaking the door down or going into another unite and getting out the window and breaking the window in my room. The staff were pleasant gave me a new room, but while I was locked out all my personal belongings where in the locked room. My kids worried about what happened as I couldnt call them as there number were on my cell phone. A good old fashioned key is still the best way to get into a room. There was no credit for the inconvenience .
