Room was not clean. dog hair under the beds and around the desk and cabinets. Beds, very uncomfortable, lumpy and creaky. Mattresses seem to be breaking down order of old cigarettes in the room and probably into the walls. Toilet had forgotten to be cleaned. Housekeeper was upset that she had forgotten it and became emotional. My husband developed a cough which was exacerbated when in the room. I’m guessing an allergic reaction to the odour of smoke in the walls and the fine dog hair flying with doors opening etc. is the cause .. it also is on a very extremely highway and situated at a set of traffic lights that can make a left turn into the only entrance very close to to the traffic lights pretty unsafe.

The price was high for what we got which was not what I originally booked. We did get a room but it cost me more!! Not happy about that. Will not be booking with Booking . Com again as did not get what I wanted & booked!

only used as travelling to Toronto - it servered a purpose for sleeping and leaving early - however what i saw there were plenty of places for eating. The room was clean and comfortable and staff very friendly - given only stayed for 7 hours

Beds were all crumpled up like someone was already laying on them, a couple bugs in the room there was no Ice in the hotel at either ice machines

I arrived at 8:30 p.m., having been on the road since 8 in the morning. Long day. When I went into Comfort Inn Dryden to register I was told that they had had a problem with my credit card and when they called to speak to me the person who answered the phone told them they had the wrong number. Of course I had my phone with me in the car all day. I did not receive a call from them at all. I asked what number they had on file for me they gave me my number. I told them to call it. Low and behold my phone rang showing their number. I asked if my reservation was still good, they said no, they had given the room to someone else! My daughter and I tried every other motel in Dryden. All were booked. In fact when I booked through Booking.com the Comfort Inn only had 1 available room, and that was the one I booked! We had to drive another hour to find a room. One that was over 100% less money and was clean with very nice PROFESSIONAL staff, who didn't sell your booked room to someone else for more $$. I say this because one of the hotels I contacted, when telling them of our experience at the Comfort Inn, told me his son had worked at the CI and apparently this is quite a common occurrence.

Location and parking is okay.

The room was not clean. Spilled pop on the headboard and night tables, my white socks were dirty after just unpacking and removing my shoes at the door and just walking around the room.

It was way to hot in the hallway/stairs and having to carry 4 suitcases up the stairs to second floor was brutal in such heat.

Room was not clean you could still see the previous dog's foorprints. The beds were squeekey and overly hard. It was VERY loud until after midnight with drunken people in the halls and also yelling in their rooms. Neither of us got any sleep.

It smelt a little musty, but so did the one in Saskatoon and the one in Yorkton I think it might be an air conditioner problem

Had a pet room for one night. Extremely dirty. I got in late from travelling 13hrs or I would have asked for a new room. Entire room needed repairs. Everything run down. Horrifically overpriced! I’ll plan travel better next time to avoid Dryden all together. Have never had a good hotel experience anywhere there.

The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean

The pullout couch was barely a single, $410 for a basic room was ridiculous but the only option while traveling.

There was a lot of cold draft from the window and made our to stable the heat. Secondly, Front desk lady did not want to give me the receipt she said I booked it at booking.com & third party also stated unable to give you the receipt so ask booking.com to give you the receipt.

My husband lliked the breakfast. We were hoping for a freezer in the fridge but the staff let us use their freezer as needed. Thanks

I always receive a paper invoice after my stay even though I booked through Booking.com.. this time the girl at reception told me I couldn't have one?? Why after getting one for a couple years then a firm no??

The room was small and simple with no carpet, which was so nice since we had two animals with us. The staff was nice and super welcoming to our pets.

We were on the main floor, which again, was nice because we had pets, but I think we got the only room that didn't have a patio door. It would have been a lot nicer to take the dog in and out if we had a door right off our room.

Wry nice place. A very nice and full Breakfast included. But very pricey. Wild not stay theee because it was over $200 for two ppl. But it was a very nice place. So probably worth the cost.

Easy to find the staff was very friendly

Our only complaint is we would of liked to known there isnt large parking areas as we were towing a small camper. Also some Buses had no place to park. Maybe post on the site. Really great spot otherwise.

Located at the corner of Transcanada highway and the local road going into town. Short drive to Safeway, Dollar store and dining options which imcluded Hongkong resto. McDonalds beside the hotel was being rebuilt. Room was clean, smelled good, and good size. Hot breakfast was excellent. Our dog liked to walk on the quiet street behind hotel.

Hotel is nice except for the bed...bed like plywood.

Overpriced. Looks like sold off part of property to be next to a McDonald's drive through. This seems to be reason to now charge for parking. Staff didn't really have much interest. Cleanliness also not the best.

It was a good clean hotel with parking spot by each room making unloading very easy.

It was by far the most expensive hotel we stayed at between Sudbury and Winnipeg. There was a major disturbance requiring police during the night which interrupted our sleep.
