Best Western Plus Dryden Hotel and Conference Centre

clean

nice place. expensive but nice. the attached restaurant is nice but the service was extremely slow. she said people called off sick but it was like 2 hours for breakfast. If we would have known that we would have gone elsewhere.

Personeel heel vriendelijk. Parkeren voor de deur. Prima kamer en badkamer.

Vond het vrij prijzig in vergelijking met andere vergelijkbare hotels en motels. En die andere onderkomens waren vaak ook nog net even wat schoner.

Clean

High priced

The staff was great and the hotel was very clean

Good location, great breakfast,.

Good location when travelling out west, resteraunt on site offered a sit down included breakfast enjoyed the eggs Benedict. Had the steak dinner it was ok and priced well $35. Room was clean and bed was encased had a pet friendly room and whole family had a restful sleep. Also enjoyed hot, tub, steam room and pool was very clean. Fancy complimentary coffee machine and water in the lobby also was great!

Location of hotel was good

The room and the cost. A very small room and we were told no availability when we asked for a change. This was not our first time staying at this hotel. We rebooked based on our experience in 2025. We are in the process of moving from Ontario to Alberta and this is not the only BW Plus we have stayed at. But it was the smallest room and bed we stayed in and the most expensive. I find that hard to believe as Dryden, Ontario is not exactly a major center! Very disapointing! Our experiences at the other Best Westerns we booked have been wonderful and a lot less expensive. Based on our experience at this hotel, we will not be able to recommend it.

The pool

Staff was amazing

The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Lack of facilities at the time such as food places and such. It was Canada Day and there was only one option in town to have dinner. That was a severely understaffed Pizza Hut.

The restaurant, swimming pool, lounge spacious rooms.

Nil

Restaurant.

A very comfortable hotel in Dryden. The restaurant in the hotel is very convenient and has pretty good food. The breakfast is particularly delicious and it's great that it is served to you at the table, not a buffet. The room was very comfortable and had a seating area which was great for watching TV.

Staff were outstanding they made a mistake by doubling charging me but were very quick at getting the issue resolved. Breakfast was in the adjacent cafe and was fantastic.

Breakfast was very good

Nothing to fislike

I felt safe

How I was put far away from an exit, it was hard for me to get my stuff back and forth from the vehicle to the room.

Loved this hotel, really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna! Love the old fashioned vibe - I hope they never renovate the pool!

We had to drive to Dryden for an emergency vet appointment. We called the hotel, and Tammy was on the Front Desk. She was absolutely amazing. She did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible, giving us a room with an outside door (street level), for our dog. The room was clean, comfortable, and it was a welcome sight after such a harrowing trip. We then had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The servers, chef, even the housekeepers were so fantastic and Kind. It was a great stay, and we will be traveling there again next month. Without a doubt, we will be staying there. Thank you to ALL the staff there, for being so kind to us. You will not be forgotten!

Got double billed from booking.com and billed in person. Got billed twice for same room one night stay.

The room was clean and quiet. The restaurant was a really pleasant surprise with good food at a reasonable price. And the wait staff were excellent!

Bed could've been firmer

Breakfast was FANTASTIC. Front staff were excellent. Made sure our two rooms were close together.

Breakfast was amazing, incredible customer service, very clean.

Excellent room, clean and comfortable bed Parking was great for large vehicles Extremely friendly staff and a great restaurant

Nothing

Restaurant was terrible, sent back a steak sandwich twice and gave up - ordered it medium rare and came out of the Kitchen well done both times . Hungry ordered an appetizer which arrived with burnt hard brown cheese . Yeah - eat anywhere in town but here .

Clean, comfort and nice front desk people.

Breakfast, there was no Buffet same as all other Best Western I’ve been to. I remember one restaurant manager was rude - the order was incorrect and she was hardly accommodating.

Thank you very much!! My stay was great!! Very quiet and , the 2 gentleman were very polite in housekeeping!! Really appreciate and I will be back!!

N/A

The room was spacious and clean!

I liked the fact that you could park in front of your room. The breakfast was wonderful.. so nice to have a really hot meal of what you feel like eating. It was great. Liked how nice and friendly the staff were..

Didn't like that the pool wasn't open.

Great property with comfy beds, large rooms and a great on site restaurant

I don’t understand why this hotel is so much more expensive than other Best Westerns on Highway 1

EXCELLENT AMBIANCE

Clean room. Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast

Very busy. Staff was great. Restaurant was locked when we went to eat so had to phone in an order to takeout. ( they were at capacity and not taking names for upcoming tables)

First time we have stayed here. Great location. Very comfortable. I gave it a 3 stars because the restaurant wait was one hour minimum. I assume this was because conference participants all eat around the same time. We skipped breakfast for that reason.

Good place for boat towing trucks Good food

Needs updated and rooms are worn. Did t bother us but might others.

My dogs are very comfortable here along with us

Good

Was wonderfully comfortable after a long day of travel.

Had a great stay at Best Western, Dryden. Staff were great and room clean and comfortable. Excellent parking which means a lot to us as we like to feel safe for our vehicle and its contents. Excellent breakfast as well right. Highly recommend

Courtesy call from front desk after check-in

Restaurant was an amazing surprise. Had dinner and breakfast there all amazing!

Very busy restaurant had to turn us away

Keep up the great hotel.

Highly recommend this location. Staff was overall very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious, clean and bed comfortable. Having fridge and microwave was handy. Restaurant in the hotel was good as was included breakfast.

Rooms were very comfortable, clean and updated!! Very pleasant stay. Complementary breakfast is a must and certainly did not disappoint. Liked the sit down in the restaurant idea!! Free beverage offers all day in main lobby is a great option! Definitely stay there again!!

Another great stay at your motel. Everything was great.

Check in and Check out was wonderful, not sure of the gentlemen's name this morning but he was very personable and kind , great customer service!!

Nice

When I first arrived, I was greeted by front desk staff and was checked in, she was very friendly. I was informed of gym and pool open and close times, i didn’t use these facilities. I was also informed of the restaurant times, I went for their complimentary breakfast, i got the classic breakfast and it was great. The waitrrss I had was very friendly and checked on me, i felt taken care of. The room was very nice and clean. I really appreciated that they put me on the second floor, where I felt safe as a solo female traveler. All in all it was a good experience.

The staff were very accommodating

Clean room, friendly, easy parking

The Property was clean and well kept.excellent restaurant and a great complimentary breakfast. The only improvement opportunity was the entry door of room 218 was tight at the top. I believe the hinges need adjusting.

Need to get rid of stinky carpet, and ensure rooms have proper hot water for shower

The breakfast was awesome. Able to choose what to eat.

All good

Welcoming staff, excellent restaurant. All around a very good place for a nights rest. Some noise from the truck stop on the east…

It was nice and quiet

We lived our stay at the Best Western in Dryden. Our kids loved the pool and the dining in house was a great option. Pet friendly and lots of walking around the hotel for your dog. The service at check in was exceptional and we loved the breakfast that was included. We will make this a regular stop on our road trips from Alberta - Ontario each summer. Highly recommend for families.

The room was fine and relatively quiet. I loved the tub

The truck parked across 4 spots and the ppl making noise in the parking lot at night.

Everything was excellent. Breakfast in the Restaurant with the coupon was delicious

The laundry was on our floor just around the corner.

Everything

walking distance from elevator to room

Was our overnight stay before heading to our fishing lodge trip. Nice place, better then expected restaurant attached for our breakfast.

Very clean and modern. Great restaurant, lots of parking.

They could clean their windows more often

The breakfast is great.

Room was very clean and comfortable to relax in after a long drive into Dryden. Check in was straightforward and staff were efficient and friendly. We really enjoyed staying in our room Breakfast was included for the next day at the restaurant. The food and service at the restaurant was decent.

It was a nice relaxing stay.

Restaurant was great. Room was beautiful. Nice bigvtv

Room was clean and the experience was great we had our pet dog and he was given a treat and the food in the restaurant was great and we really were treated well

The hot tub was broken. We were tired and cold from riding our motorcycles in the rain. We were not offered a discount, nor any other consideration

Great place. Friendly staff. Quiet and clean
