Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Our stay at Holiday Inn Express Dryden was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options. What truly made our stay outstanding was the exceptional customer service. A special thank you to Tousif, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and pleasant check-in. He was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about our comfort. I was sleeping on the sofa bed, and he personally helped me set it up and made sure everything was perfect. His kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help made us feel truly valued. He is a tremendous asset to the hotel and a wonderful ambassador for IHG.
Nothing at all. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2025Every person that works here is amazing and so helpful every time I arrive at this hotel. Whether it is the people at the front desk, the people at breakfast, or the cleaning staff; its the people and their warm giving nature that will keep me coming back. They have concern about where I am travelling to and often give road tips; they are aware of the great things in the community and will give advice. Not to mention the location of this hotel is fantastic when working in the area.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2025The breakfast was great. Lots of choices and quality was good.
Picked this location based on the pool so our kids could enjoy the downtime in the pool. Upon check-in, we were notified that the pool and hot tub were closed. After sharing this information, we were told that this closure wasn’t something new. Disappointed that this wasn’t made aware to us until we were on the property. Although we were offered a free pass to go swimming at the rec center, this really wasn’t a convenience nor was it doable with our schedule. The walls looked beat up and were in the middle of being fixed up. Ceilings looked like they were also being fixed.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2024Everything about this place was good, other than the tub and curtain. Don't expect to take a relaxing bath after a long drive it's not a lay back type style, but everything else about the place made up for it. Pool is under construction. If anyone needed to know this.
The curtains! Only complaint. The light from the building across the parking lot, lit the room up all night. I've stayed in 10 hotels in the past 4 months across Canada and have to say this is the BEST place to stay. I've been dissatisfied with all my stays until I stayed here!!! Comfy, friendly, and great breakfast options. Staff on the ball with hot breakfast even came out and apologized about how fast the eggs went and that she was making more, made conversation with the clients. Was a breath of fresh air to stay somewhere, where the staff are engaged and personable
