Decent breakfast.

Awful pillows. Top of toilet tank dirty. Toilet very hard to flush.

The A/C was great. Appreciated the breakfast being served. Woman at the counter provided us with green tea bags in the evening - really liked that. Appreciated having a microwave and fridge. Towels were great

Pillows were too soft and 'lumpy'. Did not provide us with more paper cups on second day. Bathroom fixtures were not 'clean' - e.g., lots of spots on faucet. Had hoped for a different choice of egss on second day. Would prefer better cutlery - plastic knives don't work so well. Toaster barely toasted the bread even though it was set to a higher setting.

It was very comfortable stay for us. The front staff Mr. Shaju Mathew, Mr. Ayush Patel were supportive and ensures the guests are at ease and all there needs are fulfilled. The room sizes are very big, neat and comfortable including the size of the beds. Everything was to the mark and stay was very pleasant.

The hotel is conveniently located and provides easy access to and from the highway

the property is quite old and not clean. The air conditioner was also very noisy, and the staff’s attitude very so so ,Overall, the hotel could benefit from better maintenance, cleanliness, and service.

Rooms were very dirty including curtains with massive stains, mold in tub, left over eye last extension on the carpet.

It was smell of tabacco in the room. Probably somebody smoked before. Alarm sensor has LED light, which flickering very bright at night every 30 seconds. Air condidition was off. It tooks time to find that GFSI was switched off on plug. AC unit outdated and very loud. VERY NOISY ROOM (from highway). No sound proof fence or extra glass in window for barrier. I did not see efforts to allocate quests on backyard side first.

Motel liegt direkt am Highway, da wir aber ein Zimmer zum Parkplatz hatten, ging es mit der Lautstärke. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist älter, aber alles sauber.

Hotel in need of a bit of TLC and a little dated, but cant complain for the price.

We were appalled when a staff member entered our room unexpectedly and without knocking while we were inside. We have been staying at this hotel for a number of years and the quality has been diminishing regularly. Poor breakfast. The bathrooms need to be completely redone. Light and bathroom fixtures are rusting. Cleanliness was subpar. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. We found a plastic razor blade guard lying beside the sink, the backsplash of the vanity hadn't seen a dust cloth in some time. It was the same with the baseboards.

The lady in the front desk on duty wasn’t nice at all. We checked in with a toddler and attending a wedding in Kitchener. I ask the front when I checked in if I can request for late check out and I’m willing to pay the 25 dollars an hour fee and we also we also checked in at 8 pm . She said it’s ok just call tomorrow morning . I called the next day asking if I can have late check out at least 2 pm she said she can’t because our hotel is fully booked. And since I am desperate of needing to stay for that few hours coz of getting ready with a toddler for the wedding I called again and said pls can I extend at least for 3 hours she said no because it’s fully booked. Then I asked what if I book for another night she said come down and have to pay for a day fee. I said I thought u were fully booked she said I can extend u the same room for extra night but not extra 3 hours. Wow what an inconsiderate person , and I’m begging for the 3 hours coz we have a child with us. I just can’t believe how she treated us .

Pour des raisons personnelles, j’ai dû écourter mon séjour à une nuit. Je n’arrivais pas à ajuster mon séjour sur l’application. Mais MME Dippy ( Réceptionniste) s’est occupé de tout. Elle a été fantastique! Un immense merci à elle.

Bon accueil, stationnement aisé, nombreux commerces dans le secteur. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, avec réfrigérateur, pas bruyante. Petit déjeuner varié.

Une fontaine à eau dans le couloir serait un plus, en complément des machines à glaçons pour remplir les glacières.

The breakfast was better than I had anticipated , there was an assortment of choices ,i.e., toast, bagels, muffins ,yogurt, ,fruit, a waffle maker, hot items ,scrambled eggs, chicken fingers, coffee, etc.... The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were not. The bathroom was clean and the size was adequate. The hair dryer did not work but I had my own. The patio door handle was broken and the door latch was missing. There was a security bar which was adequate. I informed the front desk of the matters. The entire staff was polite and pleasant.

The room was too small for the king size bed, however it was manageable. The pillows were tiny and lumpy, however I had brought my own, my spouse had not done so.

Some things in the room were old and could have been updated. Lamps rusted, wallpaper peeling, the floor joint to the bathroom was coming off so my hubby caught his toe on it. Mind you it is an old hotel.

I was scared of bedbugs there bc there was a review from a month previous about that that was not addressed. rooms were somewhat clean but not very clean. the staff were a bit rude, and hallways were a bit noisy at night. parking was confusing.

Front desk staff treating me like a criminal over the credit card I was using sent with me by my partner. Absolutely degraded. Employees should use manners when dealing with people was very ignorant. Bring back taking a large damage deposit of 500 dollars via cash or debit not everyone who travels has a credit card. For that reason ill go elsewhere.

All in, perfect for the price, clean, with fridge, microwave, quiet, the complimentry breakfast above expectations, nothing gourmet but lots of choices & fresh.

It is beside the highway motel, bordered by lots of strip malls & parking lots. Good & bad just not scenic.

Those negative comments have much lowered my expectation here, and I was surprised by how this hotel actually is after arrival. The bathroom is super clean on everything. Well mopped floor and carpet.

The window AC is annoying as well as the passing traffic. Totally understandable given this star level and the proximity to highway, and heat warning made AC a must.

I do not think I have special favor for this hotel/inn. The facilities are just meeting our minimum expectation only. The breakfast is ordinary, nothing special. The server is not helpful though we ask for advice in preparing the waffle as breakfast.

The shower is not working too well. There is no napkin or face tissue inside the room for use.

We enjoyed the continental breakfast. Nice selection of items. Staff were friendly except continental breakfast staff. Liked being on ground level.

When arriving at hotel, grass was uncut and quite long and flower beds unkept. Gave hotel a run down look. Bathtub did not drain so when showering stood in a pool of water. Bathroom sink was cracked. Very noisy location as it is right beside a very busy highway. Found the linen to have a strong bleach smell which made it difficult to relax and sleep.

Rooms need updating. Bathroom desperately needs updating. Breakfast was bad.

The location is great: not far from the Kitchener airport and in walking distance of Enterprise Rent-a-Car office.

The room wasn’t very clean: some bed sheets had old stains and the floors were dusty.

When we arrived there were many police cruisers there and that made us uncomfortable because there were 2 different stories as to why they were there. Also the pillows were not so comfortable and made for a bad sleeping experience. The breakfast area is too small and was over crowded.

The guy who received me on checkin. He was very polite and helpful.

The sheets were not changed between guest. I saw hair on the sheets from previous guest and in the bathroom as well. Two of the pillows was smelling sweaty and I had to push it aside. The breakfast staff picked a fallen cup from the floor and put it with clean cups, she does not have friendly disposition to guest and the reception lady on departure is not accomodating.

It offers value for my budget. It’s very close to the university which is why we are there. It’s right off the highway. A lovely breakfast is included with coffee/tea available all of the time.

This was our second time and we will definitely be back, I just wish I didn’t have to use a face cloth to plug the tub. Our showerhead didn’t work either, so we had no way of washing up late at night. I called the front desk and a tub plug never came up. A kind housekeeping staff found us one after approaching him the next morning. You have to have working showers and bathtubs for your guests.

The room they 1st gave us was large , very clean, But the room smelled like curry cooking. We came back three hours later and smell was still there. We asked for another room. again not the best. Third time the room was perfect on 1st floor. staff was very helpful.
