Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Andrew and John (welcome staff and maintenance) were genuinely nice people. Took time and effort to help us and made our stay better than we could have expected. Very high commendation for these 2. Loved the bbq and outdoor space. Also appreciated the lounge/eating area for breakfast. It was large and comfortable.
Parking lot situation isn't the best. Really not the end of the world.

My room could have been cleaner. There were 2 dirty glasses in the cupboard and I felt the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. The breakfast was so- so.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026The beds were comfy and the room was quite spacious. The temperature upon arrive was nice. I appreciated the silk almond milk at the breakfast counter. However, the breakfasts could have been more fresh. We could have used more toilet paper and paper towel. It was odd that cooking utensils and pots were provided but no cooking appliances were there.

Poor breakfast choice. Power grid was down for the full afternoon, but the hotel did not have backup generator. Also, I am physically disabled, and yet the hotel staff did not make accommodations when the elevator went down due to power grid failure, and I couldn’t get to third floor, which is where they had me stay. A particular stuff at the front desk ( a male) was very abrasive when I requested accommodations due to my disability, and the fact that the power grid was out for the whole afternoon. Never again at the Hilton for me!

The bottled water isn’t offered to all guests, and the hotel is a little confusing to find — Home2 is kind of in the back.

The pillows are terrible and our body lotion bottle looked like it had never been wiped off. Would definitely recommend

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025We really appreciated this hotel being dog friendly. We have an excellent stay with our dog. We were at the hotel for a baseball tournament, and the hotel was very accommodating of your team families. We even had a team BBQ and used the hotel grill. It was great!

After a brief conversation in the car with my husband about the odd signage directing us to the lobby, I let him be right, which was wrong, and resulted in a 5 minute walk hauling our luggage to get to the lobby. Maybe the signage could be a bit better?
