Comfort Inn Pembroke

excellent waffles for breakfast! ground floor room!

Great parking, Friendly Staff, Good Breakfast and great that you accept pets with a nice area out the back to walk pets

Room not made up (beds not made, garbage not removed, bathroom not cleaned, no fresh towels) Pull out couch had springs protruding Long brown hairs found in the bed (but I'm charged for a small house trained dog to stay?) Construction going on which we were not told about in advance.

Clean ,friendly staff and good breakfast.

Noncomplaints

Clean, easy to find, near the mall and places to eat. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the pillows! Breakfast was really good with lots of variety.

Hard to get out on the road because it was so busy at times. The garden area at the back of the property was not maintained and it could be a really lovely place to sit or bbq if some time and effort were put into cutting the grass, trimming the weeds and planting a few flowers etc.

Emplacement parfait, personnel attentionnés

Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Very clean and comfortable. Thank you!

Das Personal war freundlich, die Zimmer geräumig und für sich auch sauber

Die Einrichtung ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, Möbel sind zum Teil stark verschlissen im Treppenhaus herrscht ein übler geruch vor.

Assigned handicapped parking spot in front of our room & able to load/unload our luggage was the best!

Didn’t know about the not cleaning room until 3rd day. On checkout day the eggs/bacon/sausage was very cold & nowhere to heat it up. And the waffle maker was only on low & didn’t heat up enough to cook it. Only had toast & yogurt. I prepaid our 2 night stay 5 MONTHS AHEAD OF TIME & was NON-REFUNDABLE, & paid the same as the woman in front of us who was able to get a room on a Saturday night for $183. And we paid $363. for Friday $ Saturday. We didn’t get a deal booking 5 mths ahead.

Clean and quiet

There no place to sit outside if your on the second floor

I am still waiting for my invoice

Passable pour une nuit de passage

Chambre exigüë, assez défraichie. Petit-déjeuner très limité.

Un bon petit déjeuner convivial

Location

Carpets were dirty and old Reception area crowded and uncomfortable with live in guests

Location

Food was cold

Location and first floor access sliding door access to my vehicle. No seating in the room.

Noisy neighbours, a few outdoor patio chairs but not nearly enough for each room. Cold eggs and bacon for breakfast. Overpriced.

SUPER clean!!! Staff were absolutely fantastic and friendly. A special shout out to Cindy the front desk receptionist… she went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs! You’re the best Cindy!!!! 😁

Friendly staff, quiet and comfortable room, nice breakfast.

No complaints

Good accommodation

The issue of security money ,, we should be able to use a debit card,, because some people don’t have credit cards

Le tout était comfortable

La chambre était grande

Julia at the front desk was very helpful and cordial.

The small coffee machines in rooms could be improved upon

Booking .com link did not work and when I called the reservation was not found. I emailed it over and Michelle fixed it.

Have an elevator.

Très bon déjeuner, personnel efficace

Le matelas était trop dur et la clim très bruyante

Free breakfast was wonderful. Great selection.

Breakfast was great. The space was too small. It was hard too fill your plate and not be in other peoples way.

my room was great, but the outside of the window was filthy ,It was a real shock when I opened the curtains.

Everything

Nothing

Staff were very nice at the front desk and check in was done quickly enough. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, which more than made up for the older bathroom. Breakfast was better than expected with hot and cold selections.

Bathrooms need upgraded and an elevator would have been useful for those of us who struggle with stairs. Otherwise, it was an old hotel with upgrades obviously done as needed.

Location

If you want the room cleaned you have to ask - - not fresh towels - cleaning and restocking coffee etc Noticed mud stains in the bed skirt and the breakfast bar closes at 930 am - so seemed soon to close up

Location and cleanliness

Surly front desk attendant at check-in! Cold and rubbery scrambled eggs at breakfast. Unbelievably noisy due to hockey teams tournament on Friday night. No supervision!!! Rear entrance door not accessible due to equipment fault

The room was very clean, and there was a decent breakfast included in the price.

The beds were very small, certainly not queen size. However, the worse problem was the length. They were too short and our feet were hanging in the air. We are tall, but not so tall to have that problem in other hotels. We couldn't sleep properly because of that. There was also a very strong smell of cigarettes, coming from the bathroom ventilation. The entire place was a non-smoking facility. Probably some guests were not following that rule, but it is concerning that no fire alarm started because of the smoking. We were not impressed by the service at the reception desk either.

Good breakfast with ample options. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay again.

The internet worked well and the staff were friendly. However, other guests who were staying in the first floor when we arrived left all there food and drinks on the floor outside.

Not much. Room was okay, TV poor and no guide.

No elevator to second floor with heavy suitcases. Woefully inadequate facilities for breakfast - no seats, line up for breakfast, no eggs, bacon or sausage until 30 minutes after coming down.

Our room was clean, and comfortable, could have better pillows. Even there was 2 per person, they were very soft and felt like one.

Finnigans restaurant walkable to hotel. Great food friendly staff. Had NFL on tv.

No elevator and housekeeping knocking on door at 8:30am.

the lady who checked us in was great sorry i can,t remember her name. the rooms wrer clean and fresh smelling.

everything was fine

Clean room, quiet neighborhood

Clean,,very clean facilities Staff,,,very friendly

Fast quick service

Great beds

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. We will stay here again.

2 guys on motorcycles, just worked for us .

Clean, good value for money. Breakfast included. No elevator. Inconvenient to get the 2nd floor. A few eateries within walking distance. Needs upgrade in certain areas. Overall it’s fine!

We found the bed comfy, the room clean, the staff super friendly and the included breakfast hard to beat. Would definitely stay there again and refer to friends and family :)

Overall a great value. Hotel was clean, staff very friendly.

The property was extremely clean. Right on the Main Street very easy to find and easy to get anywhere you need to go. The staff at this location were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

Our check-in was very nice. Michelle handled everything including opening our sliding door so we could bring our belongings directly into the room from our car.

Check in was very friendly, place is clean, shopping and restaurants near. Appears to be a quiet place.

Staff was excellent, rooms very clean, even usual breakfast bar was better than average. However, price booked was jacked by 50$ a night on arrival, and "corporate policies" forced desk person to refuse cash payment; despite having exact change. Will not give this company any more $ . Ever.

So so

Tv reception breaks down a lot

Nice place to stay. The bed was very comfortable. The room is equipped with a fridge and microwave which is handy. Breakfast is good with both hot and cold options. Lots of fruit options! Very convenient having a ground floor room where parking is right outside the patio door. Loading and unloading your stuff is really easy. We'd stay again!

Comp breakfast always good and hardworking Lady taking care of it. She Cares!

Food was very good but area too small, not enough tables

Size of eating area

Decent, meets expectations. Clean

The dining area was extremely small for breakfast so had to take our items to the room. Housekeeping came to door to come clean room before time to get out of room which I was extremely not satisfied with.

We were greated at reception by a very friendly lady. She was alao effecient. Our room was very adequate for.our nweds. The hotel is well maintained, however we felt the carpet o the room could have been upgraded. The bwd and bath towels were very good. Breakfast had a great variety and was well laid out

Great

Very friendly and helpful staff. Pet friendly and path nearby to walk dog. Also bar/restaurant right next door. Decent breakfast in mornings. We’ve stayed here 3 times and will stay here every time we stay in Pembroke.

The breakfast was excellent.

Propreté et bon dejeuner

Personnelle non professionnelle pas souriant et raciste
