The only complaint we have is that while we were sitting out side on the patio chairs a tenant started to smoke while sitting on their patio chair.. Friendly but the cigarette smoke was kind of annoying. Not sure of the outdoor smoking policy but a smoke pit would be advisable.

The room was comfortable. The TV had free movies and streaming services.

The room air was stuffy when I entered. That was resolved by turning on the portable air conditioner. The portable a/c was loud during the night and had to be controlled manually. There was no remote control. I guess the heat pump was not working, so the portable a/c was their alternative. Management should look into fixing small things that, if not addressed, negatively affect the guest's impression. In my case, two towel hangers, one of which fell off, were screwed to the hollow core bathroom door. The inside part of the door lock mechanism was loose. The room's door did not close completely even though it had a door closer.

We originally looked at booking the Comfort Inn down the road, but I'm so glad we chose the Super 8 instead. It is much better value for your money, and the rooms here feel way more comfortable and functional. Having the microwave and mini-fridge right in the room was a huge plus, and the smart TV made relaxing at night so easy. Plus, Shaurya at front desk incredibly polite and welcoming. If you want a spotless, hassle-free stay without overpaying, this is the spot!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff Shaurya were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made me feel relaxed and at home. I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I look forward to visiting again.

I asked for a lower floor on arrival but none available and we are an older couple. When I booked I asked for an early check in and the room was not ready..We had to wait but not for long

The room had a mini kitchenette in it. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Great motel, beds are comfortable, clean rooms, continental breakfast. All the staff is very friendly. Had a good experience. Only downfall was at time of booking that did not mention a $200 deposit. But thats refundable. Great location , close to shops and restaurants. You felt like a wanted guest

Run down. It would help to open a window or put on the A/C so when the customer arrives it isn’t hot and stuffy smelling. Not really clean but the bed was fine.

Wifi was really bad. Even our data would not turn on. The bottom of the bathtub is very 'mushy' like soft, it's dizzying!

Excellent value for money. The hotel is not on the highway, but it is worth the 5-minute drive from the highway as it is very clean and good value for money.

Breakfast was OK and location was nice because it was off the road coming to and leaving Pembroke and I would come back again. Pembroke is a nice town to stay in.

The motel location was very close to a high traffic road which made it easy to find. However it was difficult to go for a walk. All I had for breakfast was coffee and it was fine. The housekeeping staff kept the room very clean. All staff were super friendly.

Some of the exterior of the building could use a little work ie the picnic table and flower bed retaining wall. The small floor mat inside the front entrance was curled up on one side causing a tripping hazard.

Hotel is extremely outdated and priced way too high. Smell when you walk in. Staff walked in our room even though be asked for a late check out.

La salle de bain de notre chambre était très vétuste, rien à voir avec le reste de la chambre. Mais elle était très propre.

Our stay at Super 8 by Wyndham Pembroke was unfortunately far from pleasant. Upon arrival, we noticed bed bug stains on the sheets, which immediately made the room feel unhygienic. We ended up spending the night on the small leather sofa instead of the bed, which was quite uncomfortable. The in-room jacuzzi also did not function properly due to an issue with the plug seal, leaving that feature unusable. Overall, the experience was disappointing and fell well below expectations. It was a stay we would not want to repeat.

This hotel should not be a Super 8. Old. A little bit of updating has been done. Lobby was not appealing so we didn’t eat the breakfast. Turned on the heat and it smelled badly of urine or something dead. No one at the front desk when we were leaving.

Bij aankomst bleek het gereserveerde appartement niet beschikbaar, vanwege problemen. We kregen een vergelijkbaar appartement. Het fornuis bleek maar 1 werkende pit te hebben en de keukeninventaris was niet toereikend. O.a. geen waterkoker, geen groot mes, te weinig bestek, geen grote pan etc. Geen keukendoeken. Geen antislipmatje of handgrepen in bad. Alles ziet er gedateerd uit, maar je kon zien dat ze bezig zijn met renoveren, dus wie weet is het over een poosje beter.

General uncleanliness in most areas, the property surrounding the hotel is a pigsty. Sweep up, empty the garbage and clean up the smoking area daily.

Staff addressed problem with our room proactively and efficiently. Adequate breakfast. Large rooms.

Stairways dirty and handrails have screws sticking out that scrape your skin. Overwhelming cleaning product smells. Yappy dog in a room.

When we got there, there was a painting crew redoing the whole place. Very clean and well kept place. Room was huge. Breakfast was perfect. No bacon and eggs but everything else. Definitely would stay there again.

Very noisy

It was lovely and quiet, and they put me on the upper floor despite having a dog with me due to the traumatic experience I had the night before trying to sleep under guests who were bowling in their room all night. The room was very clean and had a good fridge, coffee maker, and microwave.

The hotel room was a bit dated, but it was clean and smelt good one big problem with the room. The toilet is really low to the floor. The hotel itself looks a little sketchy, but we met some nice people there. If you enjoy your breakfast you might wanna go out to eat.

Our only issue was that there was someone staying in the room above us and they were literally walking around all night and we could hear the footsteps loud and cleae

Nice to have an outdoor BBQ and patio, but one BBQ was out of propane, and BBQ utensils were dirty, YUK! Lots of garbage and cigarette butts outside and in the parking area. None of the fire or entry doors close properly. One fire extinguisher is past inspection date. Have you guys been inspected lately?

My stay was fine, my room was clean but needed some repair here and there

Les lits étaient confortables et propres, mais les oreillers étaient très inconfortables. La propreté de la douche laissait à désirer. Toutefois, le déjeuner était bon, il y a même une station de gauffres. Nous sommes restés une seule nuit pour couper la longue route et c'était convenable.
