Quiet rooms, comfy beds, free breakfast, spacious room, good value

Upon check in we were informed the pool was “closed for maintenance “. We found this strange as a) the pool was filled with water and appeared normal, and b) it was the long weekend and supposedly very busy the day before we arrived. Too bad because the pool one of the reasons we chose the place. Also the toilet in the bathroom and the tub are in need of replacement. The non-slip surface of the tub looked stained and was unappealing to use. Finally, although the breakfast was not bad, the place was obviously understaffed for a holiday Monday. The breakfast room was monitored maybe every 15 minutes by the front desk clerk who had to keep running back and forth and into the kitchen—which could be a public health concern.

Klimaanlage auf 16 grad und Fenster nicht öffenbar. Als gerne lüftende Deutsche leider ein absoluter Albtraum. Insgesamt aber sauber und nettes Personal.

quand j ai réserve j' ai payé pour avoir la piscine mais cela n' était pas mentionné qu' elle était fermé car c' est une piscine intérieure si j' avais su j' aurais regardé ailleurs

first room I was given had a bad smell and just didn't meet expectations. plus the tv wouldn't hook up to free channels so I switched rooms. second room was fine.

Bon accueil. Rapport qualité-prix assez bon compte tenu des prix actuels.

Le patio de la piscine aurait pu être plus propre. L’emplacement est un peu ordinaire: vue de la chambre sur la cour des voisins.

Le confort du lit

Petit déjeuner banal et basique.

L’emplacement exclusif et près de ma fenêtre pour nos motos. Le personnel à l’accueil et pour le déjeuner étaient sympathique et efficace.

Geen lift, dus wanner je naar de tweede verdieping moet is het koffers sjouwen. Ontbijtruimte en het feit het duur was voor wat werd geboden

The bed sheets and towels were clean.

Floors in our room could have used a sweeping and maybe a mop to clean up previous spills. Very dark room with a window facing a hallway. Although not the hotels fault but there was a ball tournament in town and the kids were out of control running and yelling in the halls. The receptionist on many occasions tried to stop this as like us with no luck.

Easy to find, clean and spacious rooms, attentive staff. Reasonable price and no issues checking in after midnight following a 700 mile drive.

It would have been better to have more fruit available in the breakfast buffet.

The location was great

That the 3rd floor could not be reached by elevator, but we were able to do the stairs. I’m sure if we couldn’t have done the stairs, we could have been put somewhere on the second or first floor. A note on the website could be placed so if stairs are an issue, the request for the second or first floor could be made during booking.

Friendly staff. Reasonable laundry price. Good breakfast. Pool.

The coffee machine in the room wasn’t clean inside, but you can get coffee in the lobby.

Het is oud, bepaalde dingen kunnen echt niet meer. Zwembad was dicht.

Sehr schöne grosse Zimmer und Grill (Gas). Sehr gutes Frühstück!

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Wir konnten ohne Probleme das Zimmer wechseln und danach hat es funktioniert.

Our room had a few things needing a bit of help, our basic TV didn’t work and the floor needed some fixing for holes and cracked floor, which was a bit of a hazard for my mom who uses a cane , the house keeping had forgotten wet towels from the last guests on the door hooks upon or arrive that we had to dispose of 😕 but beautiful art around the community!

When I opened up the fridge to put my medication in, there was a smell of rotten fish that made my stomach turn. Then the vent system had all kinds of just and crumbs in it, and there was dust all over them when I went to the bathroom, there was toilet paper in the garbage can, and the bed was uncomfortable. It is broken in They need new beds definitely update their mattresses. My back was sore in the morning. I was there to visit my sister who was in a coma. I really needed a good sleep that night. We had to check out the next morning and moved to another hotel.

Location was perfect for our needs. The included buffet breakfast was adequate, although the cooked items were almost cold.

Bathrooms need updating. A/C was very noisy. Breakfast was cold.

Location was OK.. plenty of parking.. firm bed..

No water in room.. no restaurant.. went at 9am for a hot breakfast all eggs sausage gone. I ate two rounds of toast with jam.. pillows on the beds extremely soft.. even trying to sleep on two..

The room was nice and big and had comfortable chairs and beds. The pillows were great, we didn't even turn the TV on, but it was nice and big. The pool was actually warm enough to enjoy.

We found a discarded contact lens on our floor and bedding. We had to clean under the one bed's ledge as the floors were very sticky. We needed more toilet paper, towels for our stay, and it was difficult ot get that. The fridge was so small it hardly fit leftovers, and was so cold it ruined what we could fit in there by freezing it. We called for help, but the front-end staff could not do much about it. The pictures and advertising included a basketball net in the pool area, a pool table in the pool area, a workout room, and a sauna. There was none of that. The "gym area" was blocked off and empty, the "sauna" was locked and filled with cleaning supplies, and the other 2 didn't exist. The kids were really bummed about all of that. The breakfast was not good at all. It tasted and looked like the hotel used the leftovers from previous days for eggs and sausages. We could see the muffins and bread were left out all night, as we walked past. There wasn't toppings for oatmeal, or any other offering of protein. Thankfully, the waffle maker works.

Location was great.

We waited 15 minutes for staff to show up and check us in. In our room there was hair in the tub and on the bathroom counter when we got there. The breakfast was underwhelming. Hot items were eggs and sausage (I think), which may have been reheated and sitting there for days.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and we had a very relaxing stay.

Showers in pool area were not working.

Great room overall, very easy wifi access and reliable.

The bathroom was very small and definitely needed work. Small things like the toilet paper not being secured so it would come off everytime. Tiny toilet bowl, could hardly fit on it.

The breakfast was much better than when the hotel was under the Clarion name.

There was no butter for my toast. Not a big deal.

Room was extremely dirty. Hair all over the bed, bathroom, bathtub had brown stains. Tv did not work. Was given the wrong room than what I had reserved. Extremely noisy at night with kids running around the halls. Breakfast space felt dirty as well, very limited options. Not enough staff on-site. I would not come back here…

The pool was nice and open late.

The pool was not heated and sauna didn't work.

Clerk was a very unking guy, arguing with family on the phone, swearing, no appropriate, got the wrong room at first, had to go back down and get redirected to our proper reserved room, then when our son came, the clerk did not get him served right away, but had to listen to him curse, not good

It was fine. Your breakfast though needs improvement sausages were so hard nobody could chew them and I think your eggs were instant not great at all.

Parking safe and easy

Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Bed wasn’t the greatest.

We were not happy that the tv didn’t work and the ref refused to give us a discount or anything so we had no tv at all

Had a great room with a fireplace. The pool area was fantastic and we used it .New TV service was hard to manage but front desk came to room immediately to get it going twice.. Included breakfast was just OK with some items already being gone way before the 10 AM closing. Very disapointed the restaurant was no longer operating as it looked to be on Expedia when we booked. Would stay there again? Probably
