The breakfast was ok but not more. The room is very small and the tables where not clean. There are plastic dishes used.

Rooms were large and clean. Entrance clean. Breakfast on weekends was good. Ground floor rooms allow you to load car easily from room. Free parking. Allows pets. Fridge and microwave in room.

Scratchy towels. Differences between online check-in form and at the hotel (late checkout on Sundays 3 pm versus 1 pm). Poor value for money - been to better hotels that charged less. Breakfast not great on weekdays and limited options for people with food limitations.Seemed to be purchased at Costco. Staff member seemed to be always watching and I wasn't sure the person was staff at check in.

It was close to the highway and city.

The welcome on arrival was very courteous and informative. The room was spacious and comfortable. I liked that we could step right out to our car from our ground floor room. It was also convenient to have breakfast included so we could get quickly underway. Breakfast offerings included scrambled eggs and pancakes along with the usual continental breakfast items.

Staff were so helpful. Free breakfast had a good choice of varieties.

Nothing. Seems like an old facility from outside, but when you enter the room, it’s very clean and well made. No dirt what so ever was found

Breakfast is continental, eggs, sausage, Pancake machine, as well as toast, english muffins, yogurt, etc. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Wish there was fresh fruit in the breakfast area, other than just bananas, however, hotel was not overly full so food may have gone to waste.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating for parking with a boat and allowed us to change rooms so we could keep an eye on the boat while it was parked and charging

A place to stay breakfast was good for what it was.

The staff called twice to see if we were staying the night. Which we obviously were as we were booked for the night. Confused us with prior guests. Even came to the door about it as well. In am asked us about checking out at 10am, when check out was 11, when they came to the door with requested towels. Then house keeper walked in room at 10:15 am as my son was getting out of the shower. 15 mins after they had asked about us checking out. Room was OK. Clean other then the bed side table being dusty, and heater in bathroom being dirty.

Pouvoir se garer devant le logement et entrer par la baie vitrée pour sortie nos valises. La chambre est vraiment propre et les chambres sont spacieuses avec tout ce qu'il faut. Le petit déjeuner avec machine à pancake est une belle surprise.

Un peu excentré de la ville mais nous l'avions choisi pour être à proximité du rental car donc parfait pour nous

The room was clean, warm and modern.

I didn't like: - the limited selection of in-room coffee - the limited selection of television options (no Netflix, no YouTube, no option to mirror my device to the tv) - the limited options for breakfast (cold cereal/oatmeal, toast, pancakes, but no hot options like eggs, sausage/bacon, or hash browns) - the bath tub is dangerously slippery; my girlfriend slipped and fell in the tub, striking her forehead against the side of the tub - the lack of concern from the front desk staff when I mentioned it at checkout; the clerk never apologized or even asked if she was okay; he just said that they'd had other complaints and were "thinking of putting no-slip mats in the bathroom vanities".

Location isn't too bad. Great value in comparison to a number of locations downtown. Decent variety of restaurants and shopping locations nearby to acquire necessities.

Complimentary breakfast wasn't great. Was expecting more. We came while the lobby was being renovated, so that likely impacted many other aspects of our stay.

The breakfast. Only orange juice. Not much of a selection for food, I stay at a lot of Wyndham hotels, this was not what they normally put out for breakfast. The place needs a lot of work done on it, which it looks like they may have started and it looks like maybe new ownership

When I arrived, the front desk was under renovation until the evening, so there was a bit of noise. The staff also accidentally deactivated my key card, so I couldn’t open my room door, and I wasn’t informed about it until I found out myself later. There were also no tea bags provided in the room.

It’s a value/budget stay

The cheapest institutional towels that money can buy. Breakfast was weak.

Staff were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. We had to leave early to catch the train and they made sure we had breakfast before we left. Thank you so much.

No coffee for the in room coffee maker. Bed is on a metal support that “clangs” every time you get on/off the bed. Room make up is only every 2-3 days which they said is posted on the mirror -no -not posted in our room. They started renovations on the lobby the second day of our 4 day stay. I have asthma and had difficulty with my breathing. They refused to refund our next nights stay so we could check out. We are not financially prepared to pay a night at another hotel. Horrible. Do not stay here

I don’t say this lightly, but this hotel’s staff—while understandably cautious about my initial assertion of my Thomas being a properly documented service dog for my disabilities given nowadays some folks indeed conveniently claiming this status for their pet dogs even though they can’t substantiate it—upon me producing medical attestation, have diligently and compassionately provisioned accommodations to us. So kudos for that and Thomas has been able to relax a bit so thanks for your understanding and support.
