Step down at a side door was cause of a fall. No signage to warn of step down and if carrying bags, it cannot be seen.

The room was basic, but clean. The bed was a bid hard but also reasonably comfortable. The towels and other bathroom amenities were good.
The shower curtain is too long (drags in tub), and 1 hanger ring was missing.

Déjeuner le premier matin, les oeufs en galettes rondes, PAS TERRIBLE. Le 2e matin, c'était bien (oeufs brouillés). La chambre 209 aurait besoin d'une nouvelle chaise : elle faisait vraiment pitié, elle était tout en lambeaux !

Il faut aller déjeuner tôt, car il manque beaucoup de choses si on tarde trop, même si on demande au responsable (gauffres, viandes, patates et ect).

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Convenient off the highway after a long drive. Location was perfect and had plenty of restaurants, shopping options around. The room was as expected. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly.
Our room had lots of fruit flies, but luckily we had some peppermint oil which helped get rid of those annoying flyers!

Impossible de dormir avec l'air climatisé qui fait du vacarme à chaque fois qu'elle part. Le personnel à l'accueil ne souriait pas et n'étaient pas accueillant. Nous avons choisi l'hôtel pour le petit déjeuner inclus et il manquait de tout donc nous avons dû aller déjeuner ailleurs. La chambre etait propre mais le lobby et le corridor ne l'étaient pas.

La chambre les lits devait être des lits queen et c'était des double. Ça devait être des chambres de luxe et il était plutôt standard . Et dans la salle de bain toute était propre sauf que quelqu'un avait utilisé la toilette avant notre arrivée et elle était boucher. Les lits un etait dur et l'autre plutôt mou creusait dans le centre du lit. Pour le reste c'était ok

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026L'emplacement était excellent pour le séjour à Lévis. Le petit déjeuner était à la hauteur de nos attentes et même mieux! Le confort de la chambre était très bien également.
La propreté de la salle de bain était 4/5. Le miroir de la salle de bain n'avait pas été nettoyé, mais le reste était bien. De plus, nous nous sommes fait réveiller à 23h10 par des hébergeurs. Ils parlaient très fort devant notre porte pendant une bonne dizaine de minutes. Des rappels à l'aide d'affiche pour le silence ou de modération de voix dans les corridors seraient bien apprécié!

Our toilet did not flush right. We contacted the front desk and the young man came and tried plunging it. It did not work so he was going to report it. He asked if we wanted to change rooms but we were all unpacked. It was supposed to be fixed the next day and never was. We were very upset

Chambre désuètes, odeur intense dans les couloirs soit d'humidité ou de cigarette. Insonorisation inadéquate, je pouvais entendre le monsieur de l'autre chambre tousser. Chambre froide malgré le chauffage, éclairage jaune des années 90. C'est dommage parce que d'un confort inn à l'autre les hôtels sont très différents.
