Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Loved everything about this hotel and the amenities! The beds were comfortable, the shower was amazing, great water pressure, everything had been updated. Coffee was available all day in the lobby. The breakfast was fabulous, there were many options available. The staff were extremely helpful and bilingual. The location was perfect! The ferry to old quebec was convenient and was an 8 min drive from the hotel. Can't wait to go back!!

Was very handy to major highways but a little isolated from services like restaurants , etc- was a newly developed area so no great surprise but very handy for a stopover on a long driving trip.

Dans le couloir du quatrième étage au niveau des chambres 400/401, ça sent le cannabis en permanence. J'ai signalé plusieurs fois le problème à la réception : l'hôtel est au courant et la troisime fois, j'ai eu le droit à une boîte de cookie gratuite!!! En résumé, les enfants respirent du cannabis pendant leurs vacances au Canada.... De plus aucune réponse de la réception lorsque j'ai notifié par écrit qu'en client m'a crie des grossièretés sexistes et fait des gestes obscènes sur le parking. La seule réponse orale : il passe une mauvaise journée. L'eau de la piscine est gelée.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026After 8 hrs of travel from PEI back to Ontario, it was at the right location right off the highway. The size of the room, the dark shades, the eye masks all were great to have. The breakfast had great options.
That there weren't any gluten-free, egg free, lactose free, tree nut free options in breads, pastries or cereals or yogurts or pancakes and waffles. That there was a comfy/beautification fee/levy. My $280/night for a queen room should not pay for the company to due what is required for themselves to have to pay.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026L’endroit a été rénové et c’est vraiment bcp mieux. Nous allons à cet hôtel chaque année. La propreté, le confort des lits, le petit-déjeuner qui est varié et bon. Le personnel tjrs gentil. L’emplacement.
Un tout petit bémol, et c’était la première fois que ça nous arrivait J’en ai parlé au personnel. La climatisation semblait bloqué à une température, même si nous ajustions sur le panneau de réglage.

Booking through bookings. com was a mistake as we book with pet it reserved a king bed top floor , hotel only allows pets on main floor & there was a fee not mentioned or captured at booking. Very disappointing. We would have booked elsewhere had we know we could not have king bed & other restrictions not mentioned for pets

Puis j’ai poser des questions via courriel avant mon séjour et les réponses ont été clair et rapide! Les chambres sont propres, grandes et les lits sont confortables. J’aurais aimé pouvoir en profiter plus longtemps :)

Excellent accueil et personnel très courtois et professionnel et très souriant. Hôtel très propre. Chambre très grande et lit très confortable. Douche walk-in. Excellent déjeuner et variété. Stationnement gratuit et de très nombreuses places. Sera notre hôtel pour tous autres déplacement à Québec dans le futur.
