The hotel with its indoor balconies overlooking the pool was so well designed. The staff was lovely and the location was just 2 miles from a quick ferry ride that let's you step off into Old Quebec. Parking is free. Good food is close. Overall it was a perfect stay and look forward to returning.

Hôtel bien situé. Belle grandeur de chambre et commodité. Le matelas était un peu trop ferme pour moi mais correct pour mon conjoint. J’ai adoré le spa et la piscine avec une belle grandeur. Petit déjeuner compris en prime. Je vais sûrement revenir à cet hôtel.

C’est la 2e fois qu’on y va, propre et personnel accueillant, près de l’autoroute donc pratique pour repartir rapidement quand on est sur un voyage de quelques jours

Chambres très propres et lits confortables. Belle grande chambre et salle de bain. Même les corridors sont larges pour circuler et sans vieux tapis; beau plancher de bois flottant. Vraiment bien. Piscine, spa, tout était vraiment bien. Le déjeuner inclus aussi est très apprécié.

J'ai tout aimé, sauf les fèves au lard au déjeuner. Visiblement en conserve. Je les remplacerais par jambon, bacon, crêpes ou pain doré...

I've stayed here several times when traveling between Ontario and New Brunswick. It's location is convenient right off the trans Canada highway. It is clean and quiet and even has a fridge and microwave. There are good restaurants near by and if I arrive in time I'll visit the park on Rue William-Tremblay to look at Quebec City across the river.

... Can't think of much. The view from the window overlook a busy street and had a bright light shining on it but the room had black out curtains and I was just there for one night.

Beds are comfortable and my kids and I sleep well and got the rest we needed for our trip.

Missing an updated coffee maker in the room. The room was clean except I had to wash the walls they were dirty by the beds.

L eau du spa était degueulasse on ne voyait rien a travers ca levait le coeur Ma salle de bain n était pas nettoye il y avait une gomme dans ma toilette a notre arrivée et je m en suis rendue compte qu apres avoir pris ma douche. Ca aussi ca m a vrm deplu et dégoûtée.... Je ne sais meme pas si mes draps ont été changé....semblerait que c etait une nouvelle employe....

We loved the pool. It was a nice atmosphere and the temperature of the water was very comfortable. Very close to the highway, and it was nice that there was a gas station/convenience store in the same parking lot. Staff was also very nice

Bathroom heater was cranked to max heat. We didn’t realize there was a radiator in there and my daughter went in a touched it and almost burnt her hands. If I had a suggestion, it would be for housekeeping to have the heat turned down low for the safety of pets or children

A pleasant hotel with fairly comfortable rooms. The lobbies, in particular, were very nice and well maintained. The main drawback is its location. It is quite far from the centre and the historic Old Town of Quebec City, so if you want to explore the city, you will need to drive. This is not always particularly convenient, and getting into the city can take more than 30 minutes. The hotel has a swimming pool, which is open until 9 p.m., as well as a jacuzzi and sauna, all of which are quite decent and enjoyable. The staff are generally friendly, although not especially attentive or proactive. The hotel itself is clean and offers a simple, discent breakfast. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable option, particularly if you are travelling by car and don’t mind being a little outside the city centre.

Very convenient access to the highway. Our room was huge. Bathroom was roomy with lots of counterspace. Had a good magnifying mirror. There was a large jacuzzi tub that we didn't have time to use. Would have preferred a larger more modern shower. But everything was clean and in good working order. No complaints.

Breakfast good have been better. Things were a little cold and greasy.

I come here every year on my drive to Nova Scotia. It’s a very relaxed and clean environment.

Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. The rooms were great. Good value for money. Good location for our trip from Ontario to the Maritimes.

The room had a rotten fish odor.

The breakfast was good. Croissants very tasty as was the apple strudel. And the eggs. Bed was very comfortable but the pillows a little flat.

Only one elevator which created a lineup when checking in and trying to cart our stuff to and from the room when checking in and out.

Chambre coté rue avec beaucoup d espace mais aurait besoin d être rafraîchie. Lit confortable. Piscine bien agréable les enfants ont apprécié s y baigner. Spa défectueux à notre arrivée mais réparé rapidement par la suite. Déjeuner moyen correct pour un court séjour de passage. Personnel bien gentil.

Forte odeur d humidité probablement dû à la proximité de la piscine… Chambre aurait besoin de rafraîchissement.

Close to the highway so made it easy to continue our trip. It was also a 10 minutes drive to the ferry to Quebec City and a large inexpensive parking lot. Next to the hotel are chargers for electric vehicles. There’s also a gas station and convenience store. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

There’s no restaurant in the evening at the hotel, we went to a large busy and noisy restaurant for dinner.

La chambre était spacieuse et le lit, très confortable. Le décor autour de la piscine et près de l'entrée était fabuleux, sans oublier la présence des deux perroquets insépérables dans une cage.

Le déjeuner était correct, sans plus, en ce sens qu'il pourrait y avoir plus de variiété dans les fruits et les pains offerts.

J'ai apprécié la tranquillité des lieux, la propreté de la chambre, en particulier celle de la salle de bain bien équipée (serviettes et shampooing) et la qualité du service. À mon avis, sur ces aspects, l'établissement s'est avéré parfait !

Le matelas m'a paru un peu dur et les oreillers un peu mous, mais il est difficile de trouver dans un hôtel ce que l'on a chez soi. Le déjeuner nécessiterait d'être rehaussé sur le plan de la qualité. Il m'a suffi, sans vraiment me satisfaire...

De badkamer was niet proper, het bad was kapot, alles was wat stoffig en het hele hotel kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Ontbijt was basic en niet van heel goede kwaliteit. Personeel bij check out was totaal ongeïnteresseerd

Le professionnalisme des réceptionnistes. L'existence de la piscine et spa, le jardin était joli bien que vieux et poussiéreux. L'emplacement est pratique pour prendre la sortie vers l'autoroute.

Immeuble obsolète, système de ventilation extrêmement bruyant, impossible de dormir, j'ai du porter mon casque de musique anti bruit toute la nuit! On a demandé à changer de chambre, et dans la nouvelle chambre le bruit était tolérable mais on devait accepté le bruit de la circulation, fenêtre non insonorisées. La salle de bain est vielle et a vraiment besoin de renouveau comme le reste de l'hôtel sûrement. Le petit déjeuner industriel, pour un hôtel 4 étoiles ça laisse vraiment à désirer!

Breakfast wasn’t very warm, the eggs were cold and I got them as soon as they were brought out. The machine for making toast really didn’t work….found croissants, so at least had something. And they were good!

Great pool for the kids and a spacious room.

The staff were nice but weren't very helpful about the area and sharing information about sight seeing. The room wasn't as clean as I would expect, we had to clean the mini fridge on our own. Breakfast was horrible and the staff at the breakfast wasn't pleasant at all. made faces whenever people asked for more of something and right at 9:30 when they ended it they turned off the light so people would go as fast as possible.

Les chambres sont vieille avec une odeur forte de renfermé. Le lit est inconfortable et on ne parle pas des oreillers.

We liked the pool and room size. We liked that the facilities were well maintained. The staff were friendly, bilingual, and helpful. The food selection for breakfast was good, although there could have been more like granola.

The breakfast area was crowded, which was beyond the hotel, control. I think the placement of the tables and chairs could be improved to increase space for movement of the guests. The one elevator was sometimes slow.

Location just off highway exit, pool, sauna, large hottub, very quiet, very clean, spacious room with balcony overlooking pool area, good free breakfast. Short drive to ferry to Old Quebec and train station (day trip to Place des Arts for a matinee of Moulin Rouge!).

The pool is excellent and provides a very happy feeling as you walk into the hotel to check in -- lots of happy kids in the pool. I like that. I travel with my dogs and the hotel is VERY dog friendly and VERY clean. Staff is always lovely and very helpful. Note: I always stop here on my way to Nova Scotia from Ontario. It's a perfect stop -- beds are incredibly comfortable. FYI, I like to wind down with a beer. There's a bar in the pool area but if I get in too late, there's also a gas station right next door that (bonus!) sells beer.

En vérité on n’a pas aimé grand chose. J’avais vu les commentaires, je pensais que les gens exagéraient peut-être. J’ai pêché par optimisme. Le pire reste le petit déjeuner. C’est soi disant jusqu’à 10h, à 9h15 il n’y avait plus rien sauf des œufs brouillés qui devaient traîner là depuis 7h le matin. On a demandé s’ils pouvaient recharger un peu les plateaux vides avec quelques viennoiseries, on a senti pas mal de résistance mais on a fini par obtenir quelques mini croissants pas bons. Pour vrai, ce serait mieux de ne rien servir rendu là et de ne pas inclure de petit-déjeuner. On a fait un choix économique mais on s’attendait quand même à quelque chose de mieux et d’un peu charmant (à cause du nom peut-être), finalement c’est plus du niveau « motel » avec quand même le prix « hôtel ». Avec des enfants qui tripent sur la piscine, ça peut être éventuellement interessant mais sinon, sans aucun intérêt.

Nous sommes restés trois nuits. Durant les déjeuners, plusieurs fois les clients devaient demander car des aliments manquaient. Manque de variété de viandes et de fruits. Il n’y a jamais eu de banane, un fruit abordable. Saucisses n’étaient pas toujours bien cuites. Nous avons eu des déjeuners très ordinaires.

Le déjeuner nous a surpris par son menu. Excellent et abondant.
