Le service était moyen. Nous avons attendu un bon moment à notre arrivé pour le chek in car il n'y avait personne a la réception. Les lits était extrêmement mous et il y avait un peu de moisissures dans la douche.

Strong disinfectant smell throughout. Appreciate the need for cleanliness but the smell was too overwhelming. Also unable to open windows to ventilate.

The basics were there like coffee, needed towels and the lady at the reception the following morning was warm and friendly.

The AC was bad and not functioning properly as a result of which we couldn't sleep or relax and we're tired the next day which was the main issue. The coffee machine contained a dried pod from the last times use so the coffee machine was not cleaned. The man at the reception when we checked in was not polite.

Je ne suis pas certaine que les draps avaient été vraiment changés. à mon arrivée du travail passé minuit j’étais trop fatiguée pour supporter un room service ou un changement de chambre mais je reste avec un doute. On a bien pris soin de refaire le lit mais les plis dans les draps, d’un seul côté comme si une personne y avait dormi m’ont laissé dans le doute. Il y avait de longs cheveux bruns par terre.

One of the worst hotel experiences ever! We stayed in a 6-person Deluxe Suite, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we checked in. On the first day, the bathroom lock was not working. Later that night, when we opened the sofa bed, there was a strong urine-like smell, and the bed itself was in terrible condition. It was extremely uncomfortable and clearly not properly cleaned or maintained. Around 11 PM, we called for fresh bedsheets for the sofa bed. The security staff who came to assist us said it was his first day and he didn’t know where anything was. This was incredibly frustrating, especially so late at night. Even worse, when we went to take a shower after checking in, there was no soap, shampoo, or body lotion—the containers were completely empty. When I called reception, instead of immediately resolving the issue, I was told that they didn’t know where the soap was. Seriously, before giving a room to new guests, aren’t these basic things supposed to be checked? Cleanliness, working facilities, and basic toiletries should be the minimum standard for any hotel. We paid good money for this stay and received an experience that was absolutely not worth it. A complete waste of money. ❌ Poor cleanliness ❌ Broken bathroom lock ❌ Sofa bed smelled like urine ❌ Uncomfortable bed ❌ No basic toiletries ❌ Poor customer service ❌ Staff were unable to resolve basic issues I would NOT recommend this hotel and will NEVER book here again.

Pas insonorisé du tout, personnel pas agréable à notre arrivée. Nettoyage sur demande ce qu on ne savait pas! Attention à bien fermer la porte à clé car elle s' ouvre seule. Pas mal pour deux nuits mais pas plus. Point positif : parking gratuit et moins 20% au restaurant à côté

Je ne sais pas si je recommanderais pour un séjour romantique dû à son emplacement. Ce n’est pas un coin très joli. Mais pour l’hôtel et son confort oui.

Bien que quelqu'un soit venu déboucher le lavabo j'ai noté par la suite que le bain était également bouché. Le personnel était souvent absent du comptoir de réception. Dans la salle de bain il n'y a pas de comptoir pour déposer nos choses.

Belle accueil et propre sauf pas de stationnement réservé pour le deuxième étage .

Nous avons changé de chambre 3 fois car ce n’était pas propre et même la 3ème chambre, c’était sale mais l’établissement n’avait pas autre chose à nous proposer. J’ai voulu parler à un responsable et ce n’était pas possible. J’ai essayé de les contacter par la suite par téléphone et toujours impossible. Donc payer assez cher et pas possible d’avoir un dédommagement ou rabais. Je n’irai plus jamais dans leurs établissements

I had booked a room with 2 beds When I arrived the receptionist said I had booked a single bed. I showed her my booking.com but she said no. I said I have a common name is that the issue. No. So I had to pay a second time and was told to deal with booking.com to resolve. This took an hour. It was not bookings issue. Eventually the receptionist said there was two reservations made by two different David Smith’s. I’ve tried to get a receipt from the hotel but when I call I keep getting disconnected.

Un groupe de plusieurs jeunes ont fait le party sur le stationnement devant notre chambre. Bien qu'on ait averti la sécurité de l'Hotel, ils ne sont pas partis avant 2h00 du matin.

Room smelled like piss, and there were very bad stains on the sofa bed. Had to cancel and find another place to stay for the night. Worst part is I only got 6.49 refund when the room was clearly not in the condition to be rented and we were promised a full refund.

Don't judge the motel by the lobby, which looked a bit run down. The room we were in had been updated.

The phone is not working, no tv remote and staff has to find from another room, no hand soap, second night the keys not working.

Staffs should have informed us if we wanted the room to be cleaned, we must inform them or put the same sign on the door.

Management was supposed to refund me for one night of my two night stay. They have not returned calls to booking.com nor myself on this. There is no status update from bookingcom nor Repotel Levis. The supervisor is never at the location, staff can never reach her when I requested to speak with her.

La chambre était correct; bonne grandeur. Équipement de base OK. Nous avons surtout apprécié le rabais accordé si nous mangions au resto Normandin, voisin de l'hôtel.

The room was clearly not cleaned. There were crumbs on all surfaces, hairs left in the washroom and a dirty qtip was left out on the open on the floor which makes me think they didn't clean the floor either. I complained waited 30 mins and no one came to clean. I had to go get cleaner at the front desk and wipe down the room myself. After a long travel day, this wasn't what we hoped for.

L’insonorisation absente de la chambre. On entendait ´ télé du voisin comme si elle était dans notre chambre.

Hôtel mal entretenu; manque de produits dans la salle de bain;

La chambre était grande et les lits principaux confortables.

Le canapé était extrêmement taché. Les draps avaient été changés mais le plan de travail était collant, le ménage avait était fait rapidement. Côté rue on a entendu les voitures et camions toute la nuit. Le canapé lit était très usé, matelas en creux avec les ressorts dans le dos et un bruit horrible dès qu on bougeait un orteil.

Reception was more than excellent! I was very impressed with her friendliness. Hotel is a little sparse but very clean. I would say it has everything you need and nothing you don't. I would definitely recommend it for a shorter stay.

Très bruyant, mal isolé, on entend les voitures passer. Il faisait chaud, donc obligé de mettre la climatisation mais très bruyante. Donc mal dormi la nuit. Le prélèvement de sécurité a mis 8 jours a m'être recréditer! Je n'ai jamais réussi a avoir quelqu'un que me répondent au téléphone, ni par courriel ni par Booking. Très décevant. Je ne recommande pas du tout.
