הצוות נגיש ועוזר, חדרים מפנקים מאוד, נקיים, מיטות נוחות מאוד מאוד. מיקום מעולה, ליד האגם ושוק הלילה. ממליצה בחום. חזרנו אל המלון פעם שנייה מרוב שאהבנו, הם פינקו אותנו בקערת פירות וכיתוב על המיטה welcome home. חשבו על כל פרט העיקר שיהיה לנו טוב. ארוחת הבוקר שהיתה טעימה בקומה 11 על הגג ,כיף לאכול ולצפות על כל האנוי.

Gostei de tudo. Para quem quer ficar na Old Town, é uma localização perfeita. Os funcionários são ótimo; dou atenção especial a senhorita Peoni, que fez da nossa estadia em Hanói um momento inesquecível. E dou essa dica para os próximos hóspedes: façam os passeios para Ha Long Bay e Nim Min com as indicações do hotel (você mas mim agradecer por essa sugestão)

Breakfast was good, with lots of choices. The location was great too, with good massage places and coffee shops nearby. The whole staff was friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. Overall, we had a really pleasant and comfortable stay.

This is my third time at Aurora Premium and it keeps delivering. Consistency is rare in hospitality but this property has it in spades — the standard never slips. The rooftop bar with panoramic views over the Old Quarter remains a highlight, and the team remember returning guests and make you feel genuinely welcome. The location on Hàng Bè is ideal — central but quiet enough to sleep well. If you are looking for a reliable, well-priced base in Hanoi, look no further.

Back again for my fourth visit and this time in the lake view suite. Honestly spectacular — watching Hoan Kiem Lake from your own private suite is something else entirely. Romantic does not begin to cover it. If you are travelling with a partner or a lover, book this room immediately and thank me later. Aurora Premium continues to be my Hanoi home. See you next time.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely unbeatable – you are right in the heart of everything, with a huge selection of restaurants, massage salons, and historical sites just a short walk away. It made exploring the city so easy and convenient. The breakfast was another highlight; it was truly delicious with plenty of fresh options to choose from every morning. However, what really set this hotel apart was the staff. They were incredibly attentive and always ready to help with a smile. Whether we needed recommendations or assistance with bookings, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

Nothing could have been better

After a few days in Sapa I came back again to the Aurora Premium because the staff were friendly and super helpful, the room was modern, well maintained, quiet and very clean. Importantly the bed was huge, plush and comfy. The property is located in the heart of the action in the Old Quarter. You won’t have to walk far to have fun!

Nothing I didn’t like - it is great value for money.

We paid for a big room and it was spacious. Aurora Premium stands out among many boutique hotels in Old Quarter, Hanoi. We stayed for almost a week. Staff were friendly. While breakfast section was not big, it was good enough, the hot food section changed daily during our stay. The decoration and details were beautiful. The bed was comfortable. It's only a few minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and the weekend market also a short walk. The room was quiet with very minimal street noise. We slept well every night.

The bathtub has shower heads but the water easily splash outside and wet the bathroom floor. I don't know how many people would enjoy the tub in a hot & humid weather. A walk-in shower would have been practical. The shower temperature was sometimes unsteady, since the weather was hot, we're fine with it getting cold. The air-conditioner works well but it blows directly to the working desk, it's too cold to sit there while using my laptop. I could raise the temperature but other parts of the room would feel too warm. On the other hand, at least, it does not blow directly to the head of our bed. A few nearby restaurants were priced higher than expectation and the provided food did not match the money we paid. We found more tasty restaurants at cheaper price when we walked out further.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig in der Altstadt und man ist direkt mitten im Geschehen. Die Straße gehört zu einer der ruhigeren, wenn es Nacht wird, sodass man auch gut schlafen kann. Aufgrund des Fahrverbots für große Busse können Tourveranstalter Gäste nicht mehr direkt am Hotel abholen. Die Lage ist aber so günstig, dass man nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß gehen muss, um zu einem Treffpunkt am Rand der Altstadt zu gelangen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, schon beim Check-in fühlt man sich direkt wohl. Das Frühstück gibt es in der 11. Etage mit einem tollen Blick über Hanoi.

Mir ist nichts negatives aufgefallen.

Great location, lovely rooms, pretty quiet even though it’s located in the main area. Good breakfast (until 09:30). Staff were really nice.

AC was very strong, and setting to low didn’t work - it was still strong. From the moment we started check out we felt very pressured by the staff to review the hotel. While we understand the importance of reviewing, it made us feel uncomfortable. Even after leaving the hotel we’d still get messages.

Booking.com told me a price for the room. Booking said the hotel would place a hold on my credit card. Later, the hotel sent messages saying I would need to present that card when checking in--but I made the reservation for other people who would not have my card. Also, the hotel said that if I paid by card, the hotel would charge an add additional 3%. In short, if you book with Booking, you will learn there are hidden restrictions and charges.

The location of the hotel is great everything is close to you, and there is puppet show which is near by it is recommended to visit if you have time. The atmosphere is also great for solo and family trips you don’t need to worry about noisy streets. The rooms are clean and will organized.

This was my second time staying at the Aurora Premium Hotel after a long while. I stayed for about 14 days for business and weekend sightseeing around Hoan Kiem. Since I stayed for quite a long time, I became good friends with the hotel staff. All the staff members are incredibly friendly and kind. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable, and the location is absolutely perfect for exploring the Hoan Kiem area. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Hanoi.

Conveniently located. Shops, restaurants are nearby. Staff were all accommodating. From airport pickup/dropoff to reception and restaurant staff. They all made sure our stay in Hanoi was perfect. Room was clean and cozy. Airconditioning unit was perfect. Bed and pillows were comfortable. They even have a farewell gift! Kudos to the whole staff!

Sadly it's our last night and day in Hanoi, one of our favourite places to explore and enjoy delicious food. I had another great stay at Aurora Premium Hotel Hanoi. The staff were always kind and welcoming. My room was comfortable, and I really appreciated the thoughtful “Welcome Home” bed decoration and handwritten welcome back letter.

If to come up with something that can be improved. The only issue was the taxi arranged by the hotel. The driver was using speakerphone and checking messages while driving, which made me feel unsafe.

So so good. Zoe so kind. Beds were very soft and staff were very helpful even late at night.

Location is super good but the tour limousine said cannot come in so we need to walk few steps to junction. Anyway hotel has provide variety of local breakfast and the staff very friendly especially Zoey. They willing to assist you once u step in the hotel with your luggage and send welcome fruits and drink cool tea in the hotel small lobby.

Is good can provide higher quality of toiletries of toothbrushes and toothpaste and also shower cap .
