Breakfast was good, but lack of seating.

I asked for a first floor room, was not told why I didn’t get one. Staff at reception very slow. And a Pepsi was $6 and did not buy it.

It was clean, centrally located and reasonably priced!

Es gibt keinen Lift. Wenn wir also im Erdgeschoss (Level 1/Lobby) ein Zimmer wollen würden, dann hätten wir zusätzlich darauf zahlen müssen. Entweder man erwähnts oder kann es auswählen. Um Hilfe beim Koffertragen wurde nicht angeboten. Wasser hätten wir vor Ort noch kaufen können 5CAD für 20oz / 5.91dl!

This place was a pretty standard comfort Inn, and probably a notch above most. Clean, quiet, a good value.

No elevator, but you know that ahead of time. It’s not a real problem.

I didn’t have breakfast but I sure liked being able to get hot!! Water for my tea and coffee I made in my room, ice when needed. Facilities were awesome , so comfortable, I slept well , soaked in the tub in the morning, I had just travelled 3000 km. I really liked having the car parked outside my door so I didn’t have to carry my stuff very far , I needed that.

I would have liked scrambled eggs for breakfast. There was a good selection and easy access, good hrs , gotta get that girl off her phone

the breakast room felt crowded and rude, but that is as much the patrons as the room.

The water pressure from the shower head came out at a trickle. The bath faucet had great pressure but barely anything from the shower head.

Very convenient location with a good breakfast provided. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

We booked on booking.com, had a reservation and confirmation number, however, when we arrived, they seemed to have no record of our booking in their system. Luckily, there was another room available but the garbage had not been emptied and there was quite a bit of pet dander visible. Otherwise, a great overnight stay with good facilities.

Location is very convenient. There is a nice park and walking pathway just down the street from the hotel. Room was a good size and breakfast is OK.

Room facing the highway and you can hear the traffic throughout the night. Would be good if breakfast didn’t end at 9:30AM, it’s a little rushed or early for the weekend.

This was a nice place to stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were very courteous. It was right off the main highway so I did not have to drive through town to get back on the road.

Room was a good size. Breakfast had decent amount of options and appreciated they had decaf coffee!

The fridge was not very cold so items weren’t kept very cold. Could use some extra cleaning in bathroom.

The room was disgusting. There was stains on the bed sheets and the towels were not clean. The overall cleanliness was very poor.

Very good , lots to choose from and good variety . Was in a convenient location from our room.

Bathroom door was squeaky . A little touch crowded with the table in room as abit too large. Could put the tv up on the wall and then have more room on the table it sits on, and then the mirror would be more visible. Or move the mirror over to the side of the stand .

Tv only worked if you only used the up down channel, room smelled like smoke, dirty..cobwebs, traffic noise, small room and small area for breakfast. Front desk was difficult to understand and I believe we were charged the taxes twice.

Don’t go, room reeked of cigarettes, they obviously don’t care if people smoke in them, it’s absolutely disgusting, one night and it felt like I had smoked for 50 years . On the plus side the lady that checked me in was very nice, sheets had a brown stain on them, not sure if they had been washed, and this hotel charges well over $200 for these rooms,

The patio door does not lock well. Could shake the door a bit and it would unlock.

I made a reservation with a cat but as I arrived, they told me to pay an extra fee just because « they moved the room ». I found it weird because I had chosen a cat room from the beginning so why wouldn’t they just charge me from the start? Don’t come here if you have a pet. Especially considering how expensive the pet fee is.

Had to climb the stairs. I’m 78 yrs old. Too hard for me.

The night of our stay a bus load of guests arrived. The staff was not prepared to handle this. The staff let the guests stay up until 2am wandering the halls and going in and out of their rooms. At 6am they were all supposed to be getting up so this resulted in the bus organizer going up and down the hall knocking loudly on the guests doors and yelling its time to get up. The staff did nothing to prevent this. Needless to say breakfast in the tiny breakfast room could not handle everyone, there were no alternative options provided for the other guests. This should have been anticipated the night before.

The location was good - just off the highway. The staff were great and very helpful. The room was great - King sized bed with patio door opening to my truck outside. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Horrible stay. The place was dirty! the staff was ok but the hotel and rooms were dirty. and the breakfast was totally lacking in food.

Beds were clean & comfortable. Most of the breakfast was very good. Loved the convenience of the parking right outside the patio door, easy loading and unloading. Plenty of ice and assortment of items available for purchase. The older lady who worked afternoon to 11pm was very friendly & helpful.

The potatoes and sausages were overdone & dried out. The room could have been cleaner, corners and top edge of tiles in bathroom need a good scrub. The floor under the bed and against the wall behind the night table were not vacuumed.

We stopped here for the night. The main floor room was great, especially the patio door which made loading and unloading all our luggage so much easier. The room was clean, had all the amenities and the staff were all very helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

Awful I’d never stay here ever again

Despite receiving two confirmations of our stay from Comfort Inn, one by email and one verbally by phone, they cancelled our stay which left us scrambling to make other arrangements in a different city as Swift Current was booked up. Both Booking. Com and the hotel screwed up.

We found hair on the blankets and bath tub, the vents were plastered with thick dust and the lobby smelt like cigarette smoke which wasn’t a great welcoming smell. The staff member kept coughing and then would proceed to touch my credit card without sanitizing which I found rude and gross. She was nice and apologized about coughing but that wasn’t a great welcome.

Breakfast was above the average for "breakfast included" stays! Coffee was very good. Staff were quick to respond to items needing attention.

Not a lot of seating options. Pretty competitive to find a place to sit (even in the lobby) during peak rush! Tub was clean, but needs a "deep clean" to remove the residual soap scum/glaze that has taken over the bottom and sides.

The staff member who checked us in was fabulous. The staff member who checked us out was not . As I explained about how awful the room was she said nothing and just looked more and more annoyed. Not even an apology....nothing!

The room was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever seen. The bathroom was disgusting!! The mirror still had dirty spots all over the the bottom from previous guests. The mirron on the bathroom door had the same but also a spill running down dried to it too. The tub still had a bath ring all around it and you could still feel how dirty the tub and shower walls were if you touched them. The ceilingnin the shower had mold spots across the top and scale build up on all the chrome. The fauvet was so loose that it felt like it would fall off when I pulled the release for the shower. The tub still had several hairs in it!!!! A clear indication that it wasnt washed rom the last guest either. The toilet was dirty where the hinge for the seat was. The sink tap and counter around it were alco white with scale, which is totally cleanable with some elbow grease. The bathroom door and walls were full of brown streaks from the shower as well. There was still dried on milk in front of the tv and dust on the lamps. I accidentally moved the lamp and the table was white with dust underneath it. The coffee maker was so thick with dust that I could legibly write my name in it. The window was so disgusting that you wouldnt even want to touch it or go near it. The floor was also dirty. Mostly white chunks but other stuff too. The beds were very clearly the only thing that was dont when the previous guests left. Iwas going to take pics but opted not to. We will not likely stay again and certainly not recommend it!!

Everything was pretty good. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding. Everything was just perfect!

When we booked before the trip didn’t realize no elevator so when we found we had a second floor room we asked to maybe change to lower floor because of mobility issues and were told no. Very rude check in person Would have left if we would get our money back

We found a live cockroach in the bathroom. The front desk staff was apologetic, and moved us across the hall. in the morning we found a dead cockroach stuck to the ceiling. Needless to say, my kid was freaked out well before we found the second one. Other than that, it was fine.

We travelled with our dog and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The requirement to pay a deposit on a credit card of 100 or a debit card of 250. We were travelling for medical reasons on a very limited budget so it did not help.

We asked for a room at ground floor and we've got it. The room has a door to patio. It was comfortable to bring our stuff into the room and upload it to our vehicle. There is 24 fresh coffee.

The sheets in the bed were crumpled.

Breakfast needs to be more variety. Eggs too dry. Not enough meat some times. Bucks appears to be a problem all the time. Sheet unsure whether they're really changed from previous customers as they appeared never been iron out. So cringe abd appeared ugly.

Bucks always appears. Summer time flies everywhere and one staff seems to think it unmanageable. One Indian receptionist is not very nice all the time at front desk. She never smile inhospitable seems to think she owns the hotel as she always reluctant to give extra toiletries and cutteries from the kitchen.

I liked that you could park right outside of your room if you stayed on the first floor. It would have been nice if there was a room map in the lobby so you knew where you could park as I originally went to the wrong side of the hotel. The room wasn't as clean as I would like one to be but it was fine. They provided lots of fluffy towels so that was good as well. It's an older hotel. The bed was fluffy for anyone who likes a big soft mattress. Would stay again.

The hotel in general, is a little on the dated side, but like a comfortable old shoe… The carpet was not clean, with noticeable detritus. The bathroom was clean, shower was great. Breakfast wasn’t great, but passable for hotel fare. Coffee was decent, hot and plentiful. Biggest issue for us was the noise from the highway traffic that never ended. It carried thru the windows. Solution : ask for a room on the back-side of the hotel! We want to thank KIM, our check in rep for taking the extra time in taking care of finding a room for us, that didn’t smell of room fresheners or chemicals…..even had the window ajar for fresh air! She was fantastic!

I booked this for my employees, and it was a great stay for them.
