Home Inn & Suites - Swift Current

Location close to hospital

Maybe one of the usb outlets worked. You couldn’t adjust the temperature. No extra blanket so I asked for one and a nice guy brought it to me. I felt unwelcome and like ugh what a total bother to all but the blanket guy.

Tipical no surprises

Zero

Very nice

Close to our family

The walls are paper thin. The price is too high. The breakfast wasn’t very good.

Good location for our needs. Room and hotel was clean. Air conditioning was excellent.

Breakfast area is small when hotel is fully booked, very busy. Was not able to get a seat to eat during the 3 days we were there. Some guests sat and had coffee for over an hour during the busy breakfast…this could be managed better by the hotel. Several times there were empty trays with no food prepared and guests had to wait 10 - 15 minutes until filled again. This could be better managed.

Bright and clean rooms. Friendly staff

I'm a celiac so travelling can be a challenge when it comes to continental style hotel breakfasts. The kitchen staff was well informed about my food allergy and was very professional when it came to preparing something for me. They also had access to a binder with the ingredient lists for all their products so she was able to check on specific items. Well done!

Location was good. Check in was good.

Bathrooms shoukd have a grab bar by the tub, for safety. Mattresses were too soft. Skipped the breakfast.

Very spacious newly renovated room with a kitchenette. Great location in Swift Current. Hotel was very quite and comfortable. Would recommend staying here

Friendly check-in . Comfortable beds.

A bit far from downtown.

Everything, it was clean, well organized. The staff were amazing, the pool is awesome, breakfast was great with real dishes and cutlery.

Very nice clean rooms . The breakfast was very good as well.

Pool was a bit small. The bathtub had no bars to grab when exiting the tub.

Clean and convenient

Nothing

It was nice and quiet. It was walking distance to shopping and casino.

It wasn’t too big easy to find things

We stayed in a suite with a kitchenette, which came fully equipped with kitchen supplies and a cooktop. The room was very clean with comfortable beds and ample space for two people.

The hot tub was closed for maintenance while we were there, but the pool seemed to be well used by families and included a waterslide. Breakfast seemed to end around 10am, though that was not a problem for us.

Tidy and close to the casino.

Nothing really.

The whole time I was there construction was being done. Staff was friendly. But the inconvenience of ice machine being out and constantly walking around construction workers was not fun

Good choice of hot and cold food for breakfast. Great pool for the kids. Comfortable,, clean and convenient. Good value for money and very friendly staff.

It was all good.

Quiet. Breakfast included. Ample parking. Free WiFi. Comfortable beds. The pool! Good variety of hot and cold choices for breakfast. Large room. Clean.

There was nothing we did not like.

Very conveniently placed. Easy to find. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very good.

All good

Location and continental breakfast. Family room for six

This is my third time staying at this hotel for business and each time I've been greeted warmly, the pre-check in process is great, and my room has been wonderful. I used the fitness centre and it was clean & functional. Breakfast options in the morning were more than adequate. For anyone wanting to have a meal, the Casino & restaurant are right across the street. I would certainly recommend this location as a place to stay.

It was clean , bright , ergonomic, and a nice setup easy to get around and practical .

Swimming pool is a little bit small or undersized for the amount of people using the facility.

Very clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Beds very comfortable and pillows were excellent. Not too thick for ease with neck issues. Good breakfast free with stay. Reasonably priced 2 minute walk to casino where you can get a good meal reasonably priced. And play if so inclined. Swimming pool looked inviting but didn’t use I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean. The staff very friendly and efficient. This was our third stay at a Home Inn & Suites, second time in Swift Current. This will definitely be our #1 choice.

Convenience, pool, continental breakfast, bedding and comfortabke beds, clean, and value. Will stay again.

Nothing.

The breakfast, the pool, the location.

Nice motel. Clean.

The beds are amazingly comfortable, and the staff all fantastic!

The TV'S could be bigger.

It’s always consistent and the staff is always super friendly and helpful if you have questions.

Always a great place to stay with the pool ,waterslide, great complimentary breakfast and very friendly staff always

Room was great my husband complained of an uncomfortable bed but I had the best sleep ever! Didn’t use the pool or hot tub so no comment on them! Just passing thru on our way to Okotoks! Enjoyed our stay!

Overall good. Breakfast did not have much selection. Mattress a bit saggy.

Girl at check in had zero personality & was not helpful at all. Didn’t welcome me I had to ask if there was a breakfast then she rudely said I already told you.

Room looked like nobody had been in there for sometime. There were spiders and webs in a number of places.

Overall the property was good.

Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Quick check in if you completed the online pre check in.

Very clean and well laid out room. Bathroom lighting gave cozy feel. Bed super comfortable and little bedside light a great idea. If in Swift Current again would definitely stay

Thoughtful touches. Good breakfast.

The property was close to the casino, which was the reason for visiting

Clean room, quiet friendly dtaff

New and good location, just behind the Casino. Clean. modern rooms

The pillows were soft foam. not very comfortable

Room was nice but they placed us as far away from elevator as possible.

Breakfast

Staff were very kind and welcoming. Very happy with quality and comfort of room.

Really nice staff Comfy beds.

Cleanliness excellent only complaint was noise not very sound proof

Pool area was great! Beds were comfy, room was comfortable & clean.

The only thing that stood out to me was the lack of sound proof in the room. You didn't hear talking, but heard every footstep in the room above us - & those people walked around a lot 😂. And the fact that housekeeping isn't every day, so being there for a weekend, we had no housekeeping at all during our stay. I hate making my own bed in a hotel... and had to go ask for more toilet paper - a roll & a half is not enough for a family for a full weekend. Only had 2 pods for coffee - we were there from Friday to Sunday. If you're not going to offer housekeeping, at least leave enough of everything in the room.

The only thing I can think of that could make it better is a shower caddy to hold soap and shampoo. Everything was topnotch.

Breakfast and cleanliness of hotel

No bad things to say

The property itself is in good shape top to bottom. Had problems sleeping due to noises from foot stampede above and other noises. The breakfast still has a long way to go… totally bland and I have never said that about bacon before.

Stay was ok. Check in was a bit slow because front desk was on a round when we arrived. I called front desk a few times so phone would ring to try to get someone to come check us in. Room and parking were good. Bed was ok but dipped in the middle. My husband fixed the curtain so it would close properly. Breakfast was cold and not good. Staff were friendly. I think we would stay again, but would eat elsewhere.

Enjoyed our stay again. This is our goto place in Swift Current

Good

All good

Very clean, comfortable.

Amazing top notch will definitely make it our favorite hotel.

We loved that it was directly by casino. Walked over, had a lovely dinner and won some money

Comfortable stay and good breakfast options.

Very clean and comfortable. My 3 year old loved the pool, and the continental breakfast was really good

Could not get the WiFi to work despite putting in the room number and last name as stated. There was a number to call but didn’t feel like being put on hold forever so just used my phone data

Wonderful stay

I had put in a request NOT to be put on the floor level, due to personal reasons. However I was put on the first floor which I figured they just must have been low on vacancy so I let it go. Got to my room, it was clean and excellent. So then I left to go out for dinner and whatnot. Returned to my room at near 2am and there were bugs all over the ceiling and walls. I slept in my car that night. Returned to let the front desk know that I wanted to cancel my reservation as I was due to stay there for a few more days but my reservation was non-refundable so I had no choice but to take their offer to switch rooms. So then I was put on the second floor, thankfully there were no further issues with that room. I never got a compensation or an apology for my uncomfortable, sleepless first night.

Will always recommend this property. Great staff makes you feel at Home! Front desk, housekeeping, all had a friendly greeting each time. Wonderful breakfast. Rooms were nice, and always quiet each of the three nights stay.

Proximity to good shops and restaurants.

Bathroom quite small and worn.
