Staff were very helpful

Everything was great. Nice spacious room. Check in was fast and he was lovely, even though I had a mistake on my booking. My cost on my account came up as 209.00 - in Euros! which I did not see so when he gave me the check in and I saw the price I questioned it his total as too much. I looked at my booking and did see the Euro sign this time. I will look closer next time and apologise to the clerk for questioning him. We had a drink in the bar, lovely staff. We also had breakfast and the food was very good. I have stayed here before and I knew I like the hotel. It is a little worn in areas but still pretty nice.

As we had to change our plans quickly we were lucky to find this hotel during the wildfire evacuation. The room was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly in the restaurant. The food was very good.

My TV worked only the first of 3 nights and when I called to have it fixed, staff did a reset (which didn’t fix the problem) but did not follow up to see if it worked. (It didn’t). The fridge froze everything we put in it and there was no way to adjust temp. While the rest of the hotel looked clean and updated, the rooms were clean but dated. Had better value at newer hotels. Didn’t understand why the place was so expensive as the amenities didn’t match the price paid. Having said that, the breakfast was very good, and restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We had problems with the shower and the room plugs. When we notified the front desk they sent someone to verify the problems instead of fixing them. It made us feel as if they did not believe us and the person they sent was no use to us at all. We ended up changing rooms after unpacking and were not offered any assistance.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The pool was amazing, and the poolside food and drink service was excellent. The location is perfect, with all the shops and grocery stores within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again!

My husband and I have been coming to the Coast Capri for many years now. We first started visiting with our children, who now have kids of their very own. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable, and the pool is really nice too. The staff are so friendly and accommodating every single time we stay, and they truely go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The Coast Capri is also close to the downtown core and to many of the lake swim spots that we love. We have made so many wonderful memories here over the years, and it honestly feels like a home away from home for our whole family. Hopefully we will keep enjoying our trips here for many more years to come. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kelowna.

My Husband and I have been coming to the Coast Capri for many years now. We first came with our children,whom now have children of there own ❤️ The Rooms are very clean and comfortable,the pool is really nice too! The Staff are always friendly and accommodating. The Coast Capri is also close to the downtown core and many of the Lake swim spots. Hopefully We will enjoy coming here for many more years!☺️☺️

A good location just off the main road through Kelowna, route 97, also known as Harvey Avenue. The location is good for other local restaurants and shops, and it is a short walk to the farmers' market too. The hotel is suitable for family groups and business use, with a relaxed atmosphere - dogs are also allowed. Our room was very good, large enough with a decent shower and a room safe and fridge. We were facing Harvey Avenue and it can be noisy with the traffic but were were not troubled but this if the door is closed. The hotel was spotlessly clean, we enjoyed several breakfasts and dinners in the restaurant and the service was very good. There is a decent outdoor pool in the centre of the hotel which has a deep end 10 feet deep. Overall a good stay.

Our room had a distinct urine smell from the first time we entered it. When we told staff about it and requested another room, they said they had none available. However, we appreciated that they came to investigate and had the carpets cleaned the next day. The carpet cleaning helped reduce the smell but did not eradicate it completely. The room was also quite dated and not worth the cost in my opinion, especially due to the smell and considering we were not offered any form of discount/compensation for this issue.

Another elevator would be ideal. Being on the opposite end of the 4th floor for multiple days was tiring. A/C does not go low enough in room.

The outdoor pool was great. It was clean and the chairs and towels were plenty.

My double queen room was small We had no place to put our clothes and suitcases. The King room was huge. There was a chair and ottoman plus a big dresser.

Perfect room, super clean. Excellent staff, specially front desk. We brought our dog for the trip and she received special treats. Next day I saw her name at front desk as "pet of the day". I loved it. All the facilities are really good: gym, swimming pool, parking lot. We stayed just one night, but we will come back for sure!

Room was clean. We had free parking and the location was good to access groceries and local attractions.

The staff were quite rude. The lady at the bar was very sarcastic and unfriendly. We chose to walk away rather than stay for a drink.

We stayed in room 334 and had to run the hot water for about five minutes before it got there.

This advertised as a 3 star but I think it should be rated higher.

Staff was great. Check in was very smooth. The roam was clean, and housekeeping was on top of it every day. Breakfast and the snacks from their pool / bar were great too.

We have stayed here before, it has a great outdoor pool and is close to downtown. However this time the AC barely worked they told us it’s motion activated so it turns off at night. It’s not the best sleeping in +26 inside. We complained and they didn’t even offer a fan or anything. We will not be back. They shouldn’t offer AC when the wind is blowing like bad breath.

This hotel suffers from lack of security personnel. There are people hanging out in and around the hotel who are blatantly dealing drugs.

The rooms were clean, and the best part was the location. It was close to everything—the beach,downtown, grocery stores, breakfast spots, A&W.

The most amazing experience. This is a perfect oasis in Kelowna with all the services you could want: a fantastic pool, wonderful restaurant and bar, clean super comfy beds and THE best employees anywhere (shout out to Amber and Joni!) This hotel is attached to a mall with all the conveniences of grocery, drug store, postal outlet, dollar store and liquor store. Close enough to the lake and downtown to walk and I cannot recommend enough. Just book it!

We had a very enjoyable stay and were impressed by the friendly and helpful service throughout the hotel. A special mention goes to the receptionist who checked us in and out. She had clearly taken note of the message I sent before arrival and had thoughtfully prepared for our stay. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a wonderful first impression and were greatly appreciated. The hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I was able to meet a friend and spend time catching up in the lobby area, which had plenty of comfortable seating and was an ideal space to relax. Our room was well positioned and, as requested, pleasantly quiet. Both the evening meal and breakfast were delicious, with a good selection of options and excellent quality. We also enjoyed the addition of the coffee bar and appreciated the screens showing the World Cup in various areas of the hotel, which created a lively yet relaxed atmosphere. Overall, a very pleasant stay with excellent service, comfortable facilities, and thoughtful touches throughout.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Coast Capri Hotel. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved the pool area; it was well set up with lots of lounge chairs and tables for dining. The beds in the room were excellent and very comfortable. The hotel is situated in an excellent location and close to shopping, amenities, and lots of dining options. We will definitely be back here again with our family.

We are retracing the steps of our honeymoon 45 years ago and are happy to say the Capri is better now than it was then. We booked a larger room because we remember how small our room was in our honeymoon and even though we couldn’t enjoy the balcony because of the traffic noise, we were satisfied. I found the pillows impossibly overstuffed and firm, but our room on the 7th floor was quiet and we slept well. The hotel surprised us with a dessert for our anniversary and we also enjoyed drinks and breakfast in the restaurant where the service was friendly and prompt. I wouldn’t really say the lake is walkably close, but a $10 Uber ride gets you there quickly and the lakefront is a great place to wander. All in all, our walk down memory lane was a success.

We just had the BEST experience at the Coast Capri Hotel. The client service is exceptional. The wheelchair accessible room is among the best I have ever had, and when there was a small issue they dealt with it immediately. We have now rebooked the room before our return flight. The outdoor pool is gorgeous and warm and the breakfast in the morning at the restaurant was good - and affordable. Really recommend.

Nice room with comfy beds, but it’s definitely showing its age. The air conditioning unit was loud and couldn’t be turned off. Otherwise, I had a great stay. I didn’t get to make use of the pool, but it looked gorgeous. I would stay here again!!

Arrived as party of 4 (2 couples) . On arriving early one of the adjoining rooms requested was not quite ready so our friends were allocated an upgraded room . We asked if we could therefore be upgraded to remain near them told no unless we paid for the upgrade !! But ok not a problem it’s a one night stay. However, on arriving at our allocated room we were more than disappointed . We felt we had been put in the domestics cupboard , it was tired and extremely small . Ground level next to carpark , so noisy night. Room had a full range of totally unnecessary empty kitchen cupboards , taking up a major part of the room and just enough room to walk round the bed . Nowhere to put your luggage without having a climbing event to get to bed , made going to loo in middle of the night interesting . None of the rooms had safes, apparently you only get one if you are in the penthouse , us poorer folk have to carry our valuables round !! In a destination where most people are travelling I found this very very poor. Good points - restaurant staff were absolutely lovely and the rooms were clean. Overall my review …. Rooms clean but tired and would swap the large kitchen area for a safe . Very very disappointed ,by far the worst room we have had while travelling round Canada and we have stayed in a few - I’d say give it a miss or avoid room 107

when I checked in they couldn't find my reservation when i finally found my confirmation number they said on your form sent in was just P for the name. Which was unexpectable.

It was raining, so we didn't go in, but the outdoor pool looked super clean and nice. Location was great and the team was super friendly and welcoming.

Seemed a little pricey for what it was, and we were only there for one night, but it was very comfortable.

The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was comfortable, lobby and hallways were wide with plenty of room. We got an upgrade upon arrival. The restaurant and lounge area was well laid out with multiple fireplaces lit for ambiance. The breakfast was excellent!

I always stay at the Coast Capri Hotel whenever I’m in Kelowna, and it never disappoints. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The location is super convenient — close to everything you need, with easy access to downtown, shopping, and restaurants. It’s just an easy, reliable place to stay every time. It may not be ultra-modern, but it’s well maintained and great value for the price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and will definitely keep coming back!

Great hotel for business travel. Full service amenities, but at a very competitive price, with not a lot of extra fees that one expects in this type of hotel. Nice to be able to charge my meals to my room so accounting is easy when I get back to the office. Vintners restaurant was great for all three meal periods. Fitness centre is small but has all the equipment I needed (was surprised to find a stair climber!), and while I didn't use the outdoor pool, it definitely looked inviting. Staff were exceptional, and location is ideal.

I found my stay at the Coast Capri Hotel to be very comfortable. I strongly advise calling the hotel directly to make a reservation. I tried one of the booking sites and they recorded me as my last name first and when I had to change my dates, the hotel clerk couldn't find me at first. She was patient, professional, and friendly, and finally straightened it out. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. When I arrived, there was a gift basket waiting for me. It contained a couple of cookies and a ten-dollar coupon for the restaurant.
