FH55 Hotel Calzaiuoli

In jeder Beziehung absolut top

Great location and friendly staff.

The shower was awkward to use. Drain cover was loose. Shower doors difficult to use. Shower head did not work properly

Personnel accueillant. Service voiturier parfait.

Great location.

Bathroom is super super small. Pillows horrible.

Brilliant location Lovely staff Good size room

Need phone sockets / plugs near bedside Shower was small and needed to be careful water doesn’t leak outside on floor as now shower tray

Great location close to points of interest. Safe area, lots of shops and restaurants. Comfortable bed, good breakfast and good shower.

Nothing

Great location, very central. All the major attractions within walking distance. Staff very friendly and would definitely stay again if returning to Florence.

Nothing

Zentrale Lage. Super Service. Schöne Zimmer. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffett. Sehr nettes Personal.

Polvere fatta in modo approssimativo.

Perfect location, clean and spacious, great breakfast and very friendly staff

I don’t usually leave reviews. FH55 hotel Calzaiuoli deserves my rating. We had such a good experience in terms of cleanliness, staff being nice, amenities (free drinks and refreshments in the afternoon), location and beautiful room. We booked 2 rooms, the triple room and city view. Triple room was beautiful and beyond our expectations. my only concern in the city view room is the bathroom, the shower/ slider doesn’t close and seal properly so it ends up flooding the bathroom floor. Another than that, everything was perfect.

More option on breakfast food.

Location

Konumu, kahvaltısı, temizliği resepsiyon ve kahvaltı servisi yapan çalışanların ilgisi

Housekeeping yardımsever değil, odaya konuşacak basit 3 şişe küçük suyu hergün hatırlarttık..

Wonderful central location yet peaceful inside.

Nothing

Las habitaciones son muy completas

No puedo decir que haya algo que no me haya gustado

The desk staff was fantastic

Nice location, good value for money, the reception staff are very friendly and helpful, very good breakfast spread for us [as Muslims]. Really adds value to our first visit to this stunning city.

That room 302 cannot be locked from inside.

The hotel was very clean and well presented. We were very happy with the staff, breakfast and the location.

If I could say one negative it would be that the lobby was very small and this applied because the hotel was very busy at times but this didn’t change our experience.

Absolutamente td

Nothing

Great location, easy to walk to attractions. Great restaurants nearby

Perfect location, extremely attentive and happy staff (Habiba thank you for your kind and exceptional attention), comfortable beds, free Prosecco from 17 every evening at the reception, a very nice attention, excellent breakfast, free water every day. Recommend strongly!!!

All was perfect

Beautiful hotel, lovely room with comfortable beds and everything we needed, including great coffee machine, lovely toiletries and plenty of fresh towels, all replenished daily. Really delicious breakfast with lots of choices. Really friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for exploring Florence, near all the main sights.

Loved everything about this hotel and its location.

Location

We were there in Aug and every day was 37,38℃. But the AC wasn’t strong enough for us.

Location - central. Room great Beds very comfy Grateful for air con as it was hot !

Excelente atendimento da equipe / localizacao excelente

Location, perfect

A localização é fantástica, isso é inegável. Funcionários gentis e quarto OK. Café da manha OK. Valeu, mas nao repetiria.

Estrutura bem antiga, banheiro bem pequeno, cama afundava, porém travesseiros ótimos.

Amazing location, super friendly staff and beautiful rooms

Nothing was a disappointment for us

The hotel location and all the staff we had contact with. All very nice people, very helpful with everything. We loved the well preserved atyle of the rooms.

Locația superbă. Personal foarte amabil. Mic dejun la nivel.

Bliskość centrum, dobre okna tłumacz doskonale hałas.

Ciasna łazienka.

Loved it! Great location and warm staff. Recommend highly!

Perfect location. Close to everything!

We liked the location, the food, the staff, the design of this beautiful hotel.

Clean and best location

The only positive about the establishment is its location. It felt like a tourist trap. The walls of the rooms are thin; you can hear toilets flushing. The bathroom is one of the smallest I’ve ever witnessed. Italy doesn’t have criteria, by the looks of it, because the bathroom size isn't legal!! Will I stay there again? Not a chance! Absolutely zero value for money. They are busy because of their location, so the staff doesn’t really care what you think!

As mentioned above, a proper tourist trap establishment

Staff were excellent, accommodating, thoughtful, helpful and proactively looking after each guest as an individual. I have stopped at literally hundreds of hotels and never encountered better service throughout the hotel.

Rooms are not the biggest in terms of space but we were a 3 sharing; the room though was fab and excellently stocked

Great location and the absolute best staff. Hotel was clean and modern and comes with breakfast. Loved where it was at and the room was quite even when centrally located

Has no gym and no pool but is common in a city center

Very neat and clean. Great location.

A bit on the expensive side.

Lüks ün tanımı burası sanırım.Konum mükemmel Her yere yakın.Adimiza genel müdür imzalı hoşgeldiniz yazısı var Öğleden sonra ücretsiz verilen sular değişmiş Oda lüks ötesi diyebilirim Kahvaltı çok lezzetli Resepsiyon sıcakkanlı

Great location and excellent staff and service.

One of our bathrooms shower needed a deep clean.

Location was ideal, between Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio. Reception very helpful.

Bathroom rather small.

amazing hotel - beautifully renovated and perfect breakfast buffet in the morning. the location is supreme and our dog was treated like royalty. valet parking available. this truly felt like a 5 star experience - thanks to all the lovely people that work there as well!

The location incredible on the centre of everything The staff was so amazing and helpful The bed was very comfortable

The room was a bit outdated in style The price a little high

Good location. Comfortable rooms.

After a long day of travel we got to our room which was extremely warm. I checked the thermostat and it was set to 30°C (86°F)! I couldn’t turn it colder. The phone didn’t work ether. I immediately went downstairs to let the front desk know. When I returned a couple of hours later the front desk guy blamed me for hitting the button. I had no idea what he was talking about as I didn’t hit any button. I tried to explain that but he raised his voice and kept blaming me. As I was with my family I just walked away. Turns out there is a button in the wall ACROSS from the thermostat that turns the power off to the whole room. He could have explained that instead of getting angry at me. Clearly the cleaning staff turned the power off and set the temperature to 30°C.

Nvt

We loved the location a the guest rooms were very nice.

The lobby was extremely small. The check out process was not up to 4 star serve. Certainly still very good, but just not super warm and inviting.

Quiet, elegant hotel a block from the Duomo and Piazza Signoria! In the heart of Florence, but apart from all the craziness of the crowds! Arrived late, but met by friendly & helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with attentive staff. Perfect place to stay in this beautiful city!

Location was amazing! Beautiful and clean rooms that were a nice size. Breakfast included was lovely. Staff were very nice and helpful

It’s right at the center of Florence.

The hotel is old and the rooms are not comfortable. The breakfast is very basic.

Great Location

Cleaning, manner af staff

Everything from the staff to location were amazing.

Nothing.

I liked the central location and that you can’t hear the noise from the street. Breakfast was great.

Some rooms are smaller but overall a good value for location and breakfast.

La ubicación excepcional.El trato recibido extraordinario.

Me gustó todo

posizione top, personale super, camera e letto confortevole

Excellent location, very friendly staff, amazing breakfast, good car parking service . Highly recommend this place. I would return to this place if I will be back to Florence.

No complaints
