Casa Wilson Inn

The property is located in an old historic building with a lot of character. It looked nice before I discovered that my room was full of cockroaches. The staff was nice and helped me return some left behind things.

Cockroaches!! The room was full of cockroaches - big, small, in the bathroom, in the bedroom. It was awful. I left at the first opportunity and reported to the reception. No one came back to me. This is a safety concern and it is sad no one cares about it. I asked for a compensation for the nights I didn’t spend at the property and no one came back to me.

Excellent location

There were some mosquitoes in the breakfast area.

Great location close to a lot of things. The room was comfortable and AC worked well. Breakfast was convenient too

I was on the first floor right below the stairs and you could hear everything when people went upstairs. My room was also directly next tot he pool area, thankfully no one used the pool but one of the windows didnt fully lock which made me uneasy as a solo female traveler

Clean, great bed, perfect location, friendly staff. Let me in early as well.

Nada

It was so cute and cosy, and it was perfect for 2 girls traveling together as we felt super secure and safe in the area plus the hotel. There were 2 security doors to enter and that just made things so much more comfortable.

Unfortunately this charming place is not trustable

They do not read the message sent through booking.com, they did not gave us the room we had booked. Still need reimbursement for the half the full amount since they had sold the room we had booked and we had to split our family in 2 rooms other than what had been booked

Desayuno increible

Sauberkeit ,personal ,Lage ,frühstuck und preisleistung

Das Zimmer ist etwas zu klein.

Breakfast

Wasn't clean enough. Air condition didn't work good.

I really liked that it was a smaller property and felt very cozy. The breakfast was super delicious.

I have previously read that the WIFI is very strong however, I could not maintain a stable videocall therefore couldn’t work from there.

The staff and location

I stay in room #10 the bed had a awful squeeze sound horrible. Ants came thru the balcony door

Everything was good.

The place is very well located in condado which is easily walkable. You can easily get food, drinks or just take a walk to the nearest square. Also, the staff is nice and are always very helpful. I also appreciated the AC and the smart Tv.

I couldn’t avoid noticing how dated the building is. Not that it’s destroyed but it shows that the owners stopped investing in the property a while ago. The shower handle didn’t work, the curtains in the room were so dusty and also falling apart. The pool felt slimy, it didn’t feel clean at all, just full of bleach. It is very dirty between tiles in all of the bathroom floor (black). We also didn’t get any body soap, the hand soap dispenser is in the shower which was a bit confusing.

The same breakfast every day was not good

Breakfast Not even local programs on TV

Everything was great and in proximity to cafes, bars and the beach! Also walgreens nearby walking

The location felt safe. The hotel was secure by using private codes to access the front door and room. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The pool was small but perfect for refreshing after a hot day of sight seeing.

The water in the shower took a long time to get hot, which felt unfortunately wasteful for an island experiencing water problems.

Bed was comfortable

Location, too much loud traffic at night. Breakfast was bland. Shower head water flow was bad. Refrigerator wasn't cold enough Too few towels No drinking water in room

Nada a reclamar

Excellent location, close to beaches, bars and restaurants. Beautiful decoration. Art everywhere. Comfortable bed. Yummy breakfast in the outdoor courtyard. Excellent showers with fantastic water pressure. Warm and welcoming staff. We ended up having to stay longer then expected in PR, and chose to stay with them again because we had such a lovely time.

Habitaciones sustancialmente limpias y espacios adecuados.

all of it the staff, the pool, the room the space and the breakfast! the owners and the set up, most importantly the included breakfast

Breakfast was ok. Place wasnt clean. Breakfast area had dirty floors. Super polite and helpful staff. Safe area and place. Place is cute but it needs more care.

Dirty floors.

Very accommodating for a last minute booking.

Pool was very small

El desayuno y la ubicacion

...

L'emplacement.

Nice place close to beach amd other hotels. Great breakfast. Clean and comfy. Easy Uber to airport or Old Town.

Easy walk to the main tourist street.

Breakfast was a bit limited, but what was there was well prepared.

The location was excellent, the staff was nice and courteous. The building and the breakfast area were attractive and seemed taken care of. I would say that altogether it was a good place to stay, would consider again.

The room could be cleaner, significant dust buildups in the corners and on objects. The bathroom also needed a deep clean as many of the tiles were covered in muck. Further the rooms were a bit tight on space. More suited to a single person than a couple. Also the Tv had no inputs and if you didn't make a samsung account, it was rendered inoperable.

Breakfast waffles and coffee were great! Good location with easy access to free bus and sights.

No onsite parking. Pool was small.

No amenities. El secador viejo y roto. Desayuno muy básico.

Staff, cleaness, space.

The location was great, walking distance to beach and restaurants. The included breakfast was a nice perk

The room description stated a room with a city view, that was not true. Our view was the side yard where people eat so we barely could open the window bc there’s people sitting right out side of it. The description also said seating area but the room only had one chair at a small desk. And overall we wish the room was cleaner. There were webs in the corner, faucet continued to drip despite being off, the whole bathroom in general could have been better.

Excellent location, staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was simple but a great addition to the mornings 😊.

However the room was not quiet during the mornings and sometimes in the afternoon as construction was going on.

Derrick was excelente and professional. Thank you.

Perfect location and the staff was very nice and friendly

Not a lot of variety with breakfast, but it was cooked to order amd plenty of it. Great location, just 5 minutes walk to the main tourist street, lots of bars and restaurants.

Nothing worth mentioning

The staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice, excelent location and very charming villa.

There was no cable TV

Breakfast was very good

No lift so difficult to carry luggage to the first floor as building is over 100 yrs old and steps are quite difficult

Clean, quiet and comfortable small hotel which we prefer. Friendly staff and morning breakfast we enjoyed. Central location to main attractions and easy walk. We would stay again!

hand soap and glasses in the room would have been nice. We had challenges using the shower to keep the same temperature.

I love location. The breakfast was very good as well and the plunge pool was fantastic. I like that they store your luggage for a check out as well. No issues.

If the outdoor shower was fully functional, that would have been nice, but not dealbreaker

It’s pretty, the pool is nice, breakfast is good and we liked the location.

Nice family owned place. Great pool to freshen up after a long day.

Nothing is good Everything is bad and disorganised

The bed is full insects and they have bedbugs too

Ubicación

Presión del agua en la ducha insuficiente

It was clean, mostly quiet

No parking and Ubers were not always sure where to find us

Localização

Diversas faltas de luz. Mesmo tendo gerador, a queda fazia tudo desligar e recomeçar

Casa Wilson was in a great location in the Condado area. I liked that there was a breakfast at this location it also had a small pool and seating lounge area in the back. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here

I didn’t like that the hot water in the shower wasn’t hot enough it seemed to be lukewarm sometimes and warm other times

Loved this property could stay weeks in there beautiful property and amenities plus free breakfast which was great great secure entrances and access they had cubbies we were able to put our luggage in early when we got in

Nothing really

Vriendelijke mensen

Localização e varanda do quarto

I loved the simple but very tasty breakfast. The entire stay was good value for money.

Good location

The ladies that served the breakfast were excellent. The front desk guys were mostly good. One not so much.
