They were lock issues with the bath room door. Elevator need revamping. The facility used to be better once.

I liked their was an ice maker in the main guest area and a roof top. The staff hospitality was great very courteous.

First of all the entry door to our room was infested with ants crawling around it upon entry and we saw a huge water bug (cock roach) in main guest area. It didn't help that our room was also located on the same floor (first). Secondly, the walls in the bathroom didn't appear to ever be cleaned due to the amount of mosquitoes dead and stuck to them in the restroom closest to the entry door. Thirdly, when I went to shut off the lamp on the desk and reached for the cord to shut it off before going to sleep, as I pulled it up to access the on/off switch, it made contact with the make shift head board attached to the wall, and this appeared to disturb more ants hiding in it causing them to scatter. Me and my wife decided to lay our heads on the opposite side of the bed hoping none would be crawling on our feet as we slept. We had a 3pm check in, but due to our prior activities we were unable to check in till after 8pm. Due to the exhaustion from our previous activities and very early check out (2am) we decided to over see the defects and remain on site. I guess you truly get what you pay for with this location.

Nothing honestly. The beds were soooo uncomfortable, I woke up sore everyday . The sheets were dirty. We went and bought new bed sheets and a blanket . The towels wreaked in strong bleach. The bathroom door was literally falling apart, we were only given one roll of toilet paper for 4 ppl in one room, the location felt unsafe, everything was out dated . We had canceled flights to picked whatever was available but was totally disappointed in this hotel . If never stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. One of its biggest advantages is the 24-hour front desk, which made everything much more convenient and gave me peace of mind, especially when arriving late. The location is excellent, just a few steps from Condado Beach, one of the best beaches in the area for swimming. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed, a wardrobe, mirrors, plenty of electrical outlets, and air conditioning. The bathroom was well equipped with hot water, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer. The hotel also has great common areas, including two lobbies with tables and chairs where guests can relax or work. On the top floor, there is a small rooftop with a beautiful view of the beach, which was a nice place to unwind. Attached to the building is a café that serves food and drinks, making it very convenient to grab a meal or a coffee without having to leave the property. Another feature I appreciated was the shared restroom in the lobby and the laundry room, where guests can wash and dry their clothes. Overall, the hotel offers an excellent combination of comfort, convenience, and location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The only downside was that I was required to pay a **$200 pre-authorization/security deposit**, which was only communicated to me about 24 hours before check-in. It would have been helpful to know about this policy earlier when making the reservation. A few electrical outlets in the room were not working, and there was no daily housekeeping service during my stay. At night, I could hear people walking through the hallways and talking loudly. I think having quiet hours or a nighttime noise policy would make the experience even better. The outdoor shower near the entrance, which is intended for guests returning from the beach, was also not working during my stay. Other than these minor issues, I had an excellent experience. The hotel's location, comfort, and amenities made for a very enjoyable stay, and I would still recommend it to others.

When we arrived the night desk manager and security officer were really friendly and helpful. The room was good, beds comfortable and bathroom was good.

The part of town it was located in was not good. There was no parking so we had to wait for a space to become available. The pictures were not a real representation of the property. When we went to check out, we had decided not to stay another night and the desk manager at the time was rude, unprofessional and made the process more difficult. He was reactive towards my son, defensive and argued with him. My son had to leave so I and my other son could deescalate the situation. He and the other staff member made it difficult to get our 200 dollar deposit back. We did not cause any damage to the room, didn't even use the shower. When I called later to discuss the making sure that we received a credit for the $200 deposit, it was difficult to understand him being on speaker phone, which distorted his voice and he hung up on me. When I called back 2 times he continued to hang up on me.

Good beach access and plenty of food options and stores close by for daily items. Staff were helpful and friendly. Air conditioning was quiet and worked great.

Cramped bathroom due to odd toilet location. Also, It was strange that even though there was no payment needed until my arrival, they attempted to charge my credit card as I was flying overnight and caused my bank to decline the charges. Then emails were sent to me stating the reservation would be canceled if I didn't respond in 4 hours, which I could not respond to while flying. This is inconsistent to information provided on Booking.com and should be addressed.

El aire acondicionado de la habitacion funciona bien. El personal es agradable. Es un hotel para jóvenes, yo diría mas que un hotel, un hostel. Paré allí por una noche pues está cerca de la terminal de Cruceros y tenía que tomar uno al otro día. Es para gente jóven, está a 50 mts de la playa.

El hotel está mal mantenido. La habitación es mala, la cama es durísima, el baño es standard. El mantenimiento de las zonas comunes es malo, el ascensor está con el marco de la puerta totalmente oxidado, al igual que los marcos de las puertas de las habitaciones. En suma, descuidado.

the location of the hotel is nice, its right on the beach and the staff was really nice.

they hotel does need some major upkeep, it states that there is parking available for 1 car but they do not. we had to find street parking which is hard on the weekends, or pay which was $27 a day.

This place is literally right on the beach. There is an attached restaurant and plenty of places to eat nearby. A rental car is not required as there is plenty of Uber and little scooters to rent. The staff was very pleasant and allowed us to store our belongings before check-in and after checkout.

I think we literally stayed Ina old maintained closet the drop ceiling looked like it was about to collapse,tv didn’t even work - the cleaning closet and front desk were steps away from our door and they were vacuuming and talking at 6:30 in the morning - I don’t think we slept the bathroom had pubes on the floor and sink it was very deceiving and felt like I was taken advantage of we found something way better for even less checked out the flowing morning after we checked In at 3am the staff was every kick and understanding

NO ONSITE PARKING and NO BREAKFAST. The hotel blamed it on Booking having incorrect details. After we arrived with a rental car and found no parking, we had to arrange daily parking at the Marriott. It wasn't hard, but it was an extra cost and hassle that we weren't prepared for after a long day of travel.

Facility needs a serious facelift. Start with a decent, less "scary" elevator!! Room could use some painting, hallways as well. Feet washing station right at the entrance is not a good idea. It keeps the front entrance and lobby wet and slippery all the time. Consider moving it further away into the balcony perhaps. Get a better TV for the room

It was clean. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The manager was quick to respond and nice.

My granddaughter was shocked in the shower when she touched the shower head while taking a shower. Not a safe situation. There were not enough garbage bags in the unit. The cabinet door fell off due to rusty screws. The unit needs new cabinets. No paper towels. One dishtowel. There was no silverware for preparing or eating food. No toaster. The unit needs a broom and dust pan. It was too small of a place for four adults with one suitcase each. I thought it would be larger. Only warm water, no hot water. No luggage caddy racks.

The only positives about this hotel were the convenient location and the friendly staff.

Unfortunately, the room itself was one of the worst I have ever stayed in. There were stains on the bedding, mold on the walls, and the bathroom was so small that my knees were pressed against the wall when sitting. The room also had no view, and the bed appeared to be broken, which made the stay very uncomfortable. I ended up checking out earlier than scheduled because of these issues. The staff told me I would be refunded for the remaining nights, but I was still charged the full amount, which was very disappointing.

Stayed one night before our cruise. It’s a great location right on Condado Beach. Simon at the front desk was great! We were able to store our luggage until our room was ready and change and head to the beach. Our room was ready early, it was clean! A/C worked great! Perfect for a short visit. Will stay again in the future.

Shower was never very hot. Poor quality rooms, entrances, elevator, etc. Need upgrades.

Staff was great, locked up luggage after checkout because flight out was not until 8:00pm. We spend day at beach came back retrieved luggage and cleaned up before heading to dinner and airport.

At night it was very loud ( actually louder than during the day), we could hear a TV, talking and doors. Not sure who or why this "quiet" time was not a consideration for the person/s awake.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff made the experience even better — especially Iván and Jesús, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Their service made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The check-in and check-out process were both fast, smooth, and stress-free, which I appreciated after traveling. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. The location is literally perfect — close to everything, easy to get around, and convenient for both exploring and relaxing.

It would Be unfair to ask for more.

Property definitely needs updating and needs to be more clean. Good for 1 night stay if your going on cruise but not for a long visit vacation type style.

Right next to the beach and various restaurants in condado. It’s a decent place for what you pay right in the heart of all the hustle and bustle! Don’t listen to others complain about it not being fancy etc, the price explains that. It was clean, staff was okay, a little nerving when checking in and wouldn’t hold my luggage. (Not a huge problem) fyi it’s a local party scene at the beach here, if you prefer quiet area, beach etc, this is not the spot in San Juan. Overall decent place and area for the price!

The beds were firn, clean, generally good. Staff was very friendly and informative. Breakfast at restaurant was very good and servers very responsive. Location for proximity to beach was super. Appreciated the foot shower at entrance.

The decor and general hotel finishes are tired and need some pick me up. A regresh is long due and will go a long way to increase ratings. The exterior signage is lacking as local taxi did not know where hotel was at night. Security on balcony was not helpful for directions.

This hotel needs to be imploded and rebuilt. The pictures are just a facade. As the saying goes you get what you pay for. The only good thing was Ms. Dianne the desk clerk was professional and hospitable. The air condition system worked perfectly. This property is just for an overnight stay. I had an issue with the toilet in which it did not flush because there was no chain attached. I reported it to the front desk clerk and it was still the same way when I returned from an outing. The bathroom is for a very short person. If you have a rental there is no parking, however you can park across the street at the Marriott hotel parking lot for $26 a day.
