There was no breakfast. The only breakfast there was for a private party.

The shower didn't drain/drained very slowly. Too much money on the mirrors in the upgrade, not enough on basic aspects of the room/

Very clean and comfortable and good location.

No kettle provided. Had to use coffee machine for hot water which then tasted of coffee!

Didn't have a working phone in our family suite. The bed had indentations from previous heavier sleepers. Housekeeping didn't empty trash or give us towels daily.

Front doors were difficult without handicap/automatic doors. Parking was challenging. Spaces were limited but I understand there was work being done on underground parking.

De locatie is perfekt. Om de hoek van de West entree van Yellowstone en in de kleine stad zelf zijn genoeg restaurants om goed te eten na een lange dag in Yellowstone. Ook veel souvenierwinkels voor wie dat leuk vind. Het hotel is groot, heeft veel faciliteiten en de gratis was/droogservice is perfect. Kamers hebben goede bedden en badkamers om weer op te laden.

Voor sommigen kan het hier te toeristisch zijn.

Las habitaciones son amplias, las camas y almohadas son cómodas. La ubicación con la entrada del parque está justo al lado.

Que no ofrezcan desayuno, llegar de noche es una pesadilla porque no hay nada de luz en la parte del aparcamiento, hay farolas pero todas apagadas….

Es ist ein Motel, ziemlich Altdorf Betten sind mit Ziegelsteinen unterlegt. Die Matratzen könnten besser sein. Die beiden Betten stehen in zwei verschiedenen Zimmern!!! Getrennt durch die Toilette. Das WC ist in Kindergrösse gehalten. Saftiger Preis ohne Frühstück. Sehr schlechtes Licht.

Lage zum Yellowstone NP gut. Der Verkehr kann stocken auf dem Weg in den Park wegen waipiti oder Rehsichtungen.

It was spotless. The room was better than expected. The laundry room was useful on a road trip. I appreciate stars are based on facilities it’s a shame as in every other respect it deserves 4 stars. Its proximity to the Yellowstone entrance is also a plus.

Arnaque nous avions déjeuner compris et qd ns avons demandé à la réception à notre arrivée on nous a dit qu’il n’y avait pas de petit déjeuner à l’hôtel. Le lendemain nous avons redemandé et miracle le petit déjeuner était bien compris dans un hôtel à 500 m. Très bien mais surpris 70 euros pour 4??? Tout s’est arrangé mais la forte impression que bcp de touristes non insistants se font arnaquer .150dollar pour 4personnes et 2 petits dej c’est un fameux gain pour l’hôtel et son partenaire.

From super friendly check in to a spotless, well equipped room to free laundry, Gray Wolf Inn in West Yellowstone was way beyond what we hoped for. We travel often and this is one of the most welcoming places we've stayed in quite a while.

Everything was even better than expected.

There so much to say that is great. The staff Megan, is very friendly, the whole place was extremely clean, well maintained and you can feel that everyone is committed to doing their best.

Its not what I didn't like but a few slip through the cracks. The first floor rear entrance, the lights didn't work or were not on.(maybe auto on/off) Its a safety issue, not what you would be thinking but the walkways are tiered. We actually misstepped and caught ourselves from falling. There is a sour rag smell in the bathroom I didn't realize this when we got there because we dropped our luggage off and went to eat dinner. When we got back, I soaked in the hot tub and the smell on chlorine blocked my senses. The next morning we got up early, I didn't take a shower. I went down to the front desk on our way out and let them know about the sour smell and it might be the shower curtain. We came back that night, the bathroom was cleaned, neat but the sour smell was still there. I jumped in the shower and notice the hot water was taking a long time to arrive and the tub was filling up. I giggled the stopper and it was open. My sisters didn't tell me that the tub drained slowly or I would have let you know before. That is probably the source.

Nice comfortable clean room near a Tesla Supercharger and the West Gate of Yellowstone National Park.

Luandry room was too small and no place to sit while doing clothes.

Beds had no springs and walls were thin. We could hear the guests next door talking until 11:45pm and then starting again at 6:25am.

The location right next to the park entrance was a super hit. The hotel staff also were very friendly and did help with the best eateries around! The property being renovated was super neat and clean

La ubicación en West Yellowstone muy cerca de la entrada al parque.

La habitación era vieja con mobiliario viejo y con olor a moqueta sucia. El WC se atascó con el uso normal y cuando vinieron a arreglarlo, se llevaron las toallas y no las repusieron. Solicitamos toallas varias veces y no vinieron a traerlas. No sirven desayunos en el hotel.

The lift was broken. The handle of a piece of luggage snapped off trying to navigate the stairwell.

Staff was amazing and the location was ideal

The suites were very poorly stocked. We had dero bowls, only 3 forks for a family of 5, no strainer, pot holders, mixing bowls, one pan and pot and one tiny dish towl. Staff never emptied dishwasher or provided more dish detergent. We had no shampoo. At some point a random lamp appeared in our doorway with no explination. When we asked for these things, the front desk staff did their best but you could tell theybwere not given appropriate resources. Laundry room said see front desk for detergent but they had none.

When we entered our room, it smelled like smoke or something of that nature. The bathroom smelled like mold and I’m pretty sure that the shower curtain has not been changed out recently.

Pas d’eau chaude dans la salle de bain. La réception a promis un rabais sur le prix, au final rien n’a été remboursé sur notre carte comme cela avait été promis.

Struttura nuova e pulita, appartamento con tutto il necessario e bagno nuovissimo. Non c'è la colazione, bisogna attrezzarsi ma è andata benissimo cosi'. Lavatrice e asciugatrice gratuiti, con 1$ ti danno anche il detersivo. Rapporto qualità prezzo impensabile rispetto alle altre strutture in zona :)

Value and close to West entrance to Yellowstone.

Kids running around in the room above our first floor room. My wife had to wear earbuds to sleep. Lots of noise after 9 pm makes it difficult to get up early to see parks.

Very convenient for exploring Yellowstone NP. The room was comfortable, there are washing maschines available for free, which is a nice bonus.

Breakfast was not included, although it is better to skip it anyway so as to get to NP as early as possible.

Very nice clean hotel with great staff.

Bed left much to be desired for comfort. Mattress was too stiff for my liking. Also would be nice if laundry was available past 9. Glad they provide it, but would've been nice to wash bathing suits after the pool closed.

The hotel is newly remodeled and very clean. It offers free washer and dryer facility for guests, which was very helpful.

Très bon accueil lors du check-in. Bonne réactivité de la maintenance pour régler les petits soucis dans la chambre (réfrigérateur, TV, ampoules). Piscine et spa sur place. Machine à glaçons. Lave-linge et sèche-linge gratuits à disposition.

Les enfants/ados sans supervision parentale qui prennent la petite piscine pour un parc aquatique où on peut plonger et jouer à la balle, alors que l'endroit est prévu pour la détente uniquement. Le prix d'une nuitée... mais on est à Yellowstone !

De kamers zijn ruim en het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum. We werden heel goed ontvangen bij aankomst en er waren heerlijke verse koekjes bij de balie. Verder ligt het direct aan de west-ingang van Yellowstone. Echt top!

Jammer dat er geen ontbijtmogelijkheden waren.

Posizione vicinissima all’ingresso del parco! Ritengo West Yellowstone strategica per accedere al parco, ci sono anche molti locali per colazioni e pasti. L’albergo non è una struttura di lusso ma molto funzionale, camera pulita, lavatrici e asciugatrici free molto comode! Non è prevista la colazione. Piscina interna piccolina e non bellissima ma per i bimbi può andare bene!

Struttura accogliente, pulita e molto vicina sia all’ingresso del parco che alla via principale con i negozi e i ristoranti. Camera spaziosa e comoda, con i servizi necessari (microonde, mini frigo, bollitore). Molto piacevole la presenza di una piscina e di un hot tube. Ottima la disponibilità dello staff, in particolare di Megan, sempre gentile e efficiente.

Piccolo dettaglio : il Wi-Fi a volte andava e veniva.

Zeer kleine oude frigo. Geen handdoeken en zeep nadat kamer gekuist werd. Piepende deuren. Zeer veel lawaai van aangrenzende kamers.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti. Appena arrivati ci siamo accorti che il bagno non era stato pulito: la vasca/doccia era piena di peli e capelli dei precedenti ospiti, una situazione davvero disgustosa. Abbiamo subito segnalato il problema, chiedendo gentilmente che venisse risolto il giorno successivo, senza pretendere un cambio di camera immediato. Ci è stato assicurato che avrebbero provveduto, ma il giorno dopo i capelli erano ancora lì e anche i letti erano stati rifatti in modo molto approssimativo. Essendo l’ultima notte e rientrando stanchi da una giornata a Yellowstone, abbiamo evitato di chiedere il cambio camera. Resta però il fatto che una simile mancanza di pulizia è francamente inaccettabile.

The communication from the hotel was exceptional. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond! The facility was very clean and very convenient. Laundry facility was awsome to have!! And the hot tub was huge and perfect temp.! Great after a day of hiking! Overall it was a good experience and I would happily plan to stay again when in the area.

The issues... I had booked a ADA room and then was told later on that could not be accommodated. We had already planned the rest of our trip by then so we had no choice but to take the room that was available. It was communicated to me by the hotel so not sure if this was the hotel or booking.com that the issue developed bc of ...I was offered a refund if I choose that versus the room also. Ultimately it worked out but was a bit difficult for some of our group. Very limited ADA parking was a bit tricky too. And the pool was FREEZING, unbearable cold!
