Hotel molto carino, posizione comoda. Stanze pulite e spaziose. C'e' sempre a disposizione del caffe' caldo e il pomeriggio vengono offerti dei buonissimi biscotti, molto graditi al ritorno dal parco di Yellowstone Spazio esterno con sedie attorno al fuoco, molto suggestivo sopratutto la sera

Lavanderia troppo piccola e orari ridotti. Alla reception mi è stato detto che non fornivano la colazione, ma che c'erano degli hotel in cui farla a pagamento. Ho fatto notare che la mia prenotazione invece la includeva e solo allora mi hanno fornito dei coupon per usufruire gratuitamente della colazione presso l' holiday inn , poco distante dalla struttura. se non avessi insistito avrei dovuto pagarla...questo non mi è piaciuto molto

L’emplacement

Le petit déjeuner ne se faisait plus dans l’établissement alors que booking me les a facturé. La seule solution proposée était de se rendre à un autre hôtel pour le prendre. Le choix s’était porté sur celui ci car le petit déjeuné était proposé je ne l’aurai pas choisi sinon donc je ne suis pas satisfaite du tout .

Avevamo prenotato con colazione inclusa e il hiorno della colazione ci dicono che non era inclusa. Poi il giorno dopo ci danno i vouchef per il giornonprima e per il giorno stesso da usare in un altro Hotel...un pó disorganizzati...peccato perché il nostro voto potera essere migliore.

距離黃石公園西門很近，飯店舒適便宜，泳池有螢幕有度假感，離熱鬧區域不遠方便用餐。但城鎮超市物品不多又貴，建議還是先在外採買再到西黃石。

預訂時含早餐，現場沒有早餐，經過網站用部分退款方式處理（金額低），但已經造成不便。

Tutto perfetto. Bella struttura in posizione eccellente a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e a 2 minuti in auto dell'ingresso del parco. Camera ampia, pulita. Soggiorno molto gradevole. La colazione dal 2026 non è piu' inclusa ma avendo io prenotato a fine 2025 quando era inclusa ci hanno consegnato dei voucher da utilizzare in una struttura vicina del loro gruppo: ottima colazione.

We booked the accommodation because breakfast was included. However, upon arrival they informed us that they no longer serve breakfast. Upon request we did get vouchers for breakfast at the Holiday Inn nearby but knowing this we wouldn‘t have booked the hotel.

Les chambres sont faites n’importe comment. Un lit sur 2 est fait. Le lendemain aucun des deux .. les savons ne sont pas remplis. On choisit cet hôtel pour le petit déjeuner inclus mais ils ne font plus alors on est envoyé dans un autre hôtel et ce n’est pas bon ..

Close proximity to local restaurants and shops (10 minute walk) and to Yellowstone National Park (5 minutes drive, but a 30 minute queue each morning). Lots of parking at the back of the hotel (limited on the front).

There was no breakfast on offer, even though they had a restaurant and the room was advertised with breakfast (local restaurants are expensive so this was a $200 hit to our family of 7 for the two days). Apparently this is only offered for bus tours and arranged in advance. The rooms are basic and a little dated.

Close to Yellowstone entrance and visitor center; overall pretty clean. Comfortable beds. Pool was nice.

No breakfast was served, which was one of the reasons we picked this hotel - for easy mornings. There was also no communication that breakfast was no longer included, which was frustrating to find out when we arrived.

Lors de la réservation il était indiqué sur booking qu’il y avait un petit déjeuner compris . Mais à l’accueil on m’a dit que l’hôtel ne servait pas de petit déjeuner. Il faudrait mettre à jour les conditions de l’hébergement car j’avais entre autres choisi celui ci pour ça. Très décevant

Great location and well-kept facilities. Overall good choice for a hotel near Yellowstone.

Our reservation included breakfast, but at check-in we were firmly told that the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast. Fortunately, I remembered it was included and had to spend time providing the reservation info before we were given vouchers for a nearby place they work with. The arrangement was neither convenient nor transparent and could have been handled much better.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich. Check in schnell und freundlich. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht , aber im Hotel war kein Frühstück mehr verfügbar. Wir konnten in einem naheliegenden Hotel frühstücken, das Frühstück war unglaublich lecker und gut , Buffet mit sehr großer Auswahl. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut , McDonald’s in der Nähe . Zum Einfang West Yellowstone ca 10 Minuten mit dem Auto . Würden definitiv wieder kommen .

There was no breakfast as advertised. There was trash from the previous customer. All of the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and tissues were empty. They only gave us 3 towels for 5 people. The shower made an awful scream sound while using it. In the morning the maintenance man and housekeeping knocked on our door even though we had our do not disturb out. Bathroom sharps container in community area was overflowing with needles. Uneven flooring could not allow the bathroom door to open all the way. Bathroom would not lock. Beds were extremely hard.

When we called to see about a possible early check in, we were told there is a fee of $25 per HOUR for early check in!! Check in is at 4pm and we were there at 1pm so that would have been a $75 fee. No way! We went into the Park instead and got to the hotel at 6pm. No breakfast either.

We stayed 4 nights and they never did our beds. Just they changed tge towels. After first we remain without shower gel, tell to the person who was in charge but never replaced. Jacuzzi was not working during all the days.

Fairly large comfortable rooms, a pool & hot tub, as well as small laundry room. We had been traveling for over a week, so were glad to have the opportunity to wash clothes.

They do not provide breakfast, just coffee & tea.

La ubicación es muy buena ya que te permite ir caminando a zona de restaurantes y tiendas. La habitación esta muy bien, con camas cómodas y mucho espacio. Lo mejor, la cercanía a la entrada de Yellowstone, desde la puerta del hotel a la entrada en menos de 5 minutos.

Estuvimos solamente una noche y no tuvimos ninguna experiencia negativa. No pudimos hacer uso de todo lo que ofrecía el hotel para poder valorar otras cosas.

Can't give this place 5 stars because the facility itself doesn't warrant it (facility is like 1 star) but it's a good place with decent pillows to rest your head before heading into Yellowstone Park early in the morning (literally minutes from the entrance). The woman working the front desk in the evening shift is a gem (can't remember her name - she's a bit younger and recently moved to Montana) and we're so grateful to her for telling us to get to the park before 6am -- we had NO idea (even though we did a ton of research) and she really saved us from waiting in 3-aisle car line that seemed to be about 100 cards long waiting to get in around 10am to the park. The rooms definitely have a ... smell... but the windows open so we aired it out. Shower curtains smell like mildew. But all in all, clean sheets and a place to rest your head before heading to the park. Not a place I'd stay longer than a night in, but it did the trick for us.

Hôtel parfait très bon rapport qualité prix ! D’extérieur l’hôtel n’attire pas trop comme les bâtiments en bois ou les lodges à proximité mais à part cela nous sommes ravis ! La chambre est grande et propre. Ils distribuent des cookies chauds pour le goûter! Le petit déjeuner en partenariat avec le restaurant voisin était vraiment très bon avec de bons produits La piscine n’est pas très grande mais à le mérite d’exister Nous avons pu faire nos lessives à l’hôtel c’est offert il y a même des sèches linges Nous avons pu faire des chamallows grillés le soir sur les braséros de l’hôtel

The room was clean and tidy. It's located very close to the entrance of Yellowstone National Park, in a quiet area. The free laundry facilities were a pleasant surprise.

Breakfast is served at a different hotel, so you will need to travel there.

Great place near Yellowstone! Our room was spacious and clean, and the location is perfect—just a 5-minute drive to the west entrance gate. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodated all our needs. Loved the beautiful lobby, historical photos, and the outdoor fire pit. Having guest laundry (2 washers/2 dryers) was a huge plus!

The only thing I would note is the bathroom facilities, which could be upgraded to match the hotel's otherwise high standards. The tub could have better handles to hold onto, and the shower head is a bit outdated. Additionally, the water pressure could be better. Twice during our stay (of four nights), there was no hot water. Lastly, it would be nice if the hotel offered breakfast.

The stay was comfortable, everything was clean. Location was perfect. Bed was super comfortable.

In the booking they mentioned about free breakfast. However, they only had Juice and coffees. I found it misleading

Staff was friendly. Asked for restaurant recommendations and staff was more than happy to help. Hotel was clean and updated. Perfect stay would definitely stay here again. Also loved the cookies.

Our stay at the Yellowstone Park Hotel was good overall. It is as advertised. It is close to amenities and Yellowstone Park. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed using the arcade. There is free laundry facilities but, they were in use the whole time we were there. Lots of parking. The walls are thin and we could here our neighbors above us throughout our stay. The inside of the rooms need a light resfresh. I would recommend staying there.

Small pool and spa, underfunded fitness room but mostly our room was not cleaned 2 days in a row and despite our complaints no one from the hotel contacted us. We felt so sorry for the young inexperienced staff who had to be the face of the hotel as management were nowhere to be seen. Very poor indeed and we will never be back!

我们住了三晚，作为一个便捷酒店，也算不错的了。

They bake fresh cookies and put them out in the lobby, the decor was pretty cool and capitalized on history with old timey photos. The room itself was really big which was nice after some cramped stays elsewhere on the trip and honestly, the bed was the most comfortable bed we slept in on our whole trip out of 7 different hotel/motels. Also, it's super close to the park entrance and anything you'd might want to do or eat in West Yellowstone.

The bathroom was large but dated - both the toilet and the shower/bathtub could use an upgrade or replacement. The toilet was iffy on flushing. The shower pressure was fine but it made a crazy squealing noise every time we used it that could be heard out in the bedroom. It was one of our more expensive stays but I guess that's inflation and the season pricing.

No fault of the hotel but the towns facilities cannot deal with the volume of visitors be prepared to wait a long time to get a table in many of the restaurants

The staff was friendly. The game room, laundry and all the services were great. The location is good.

The hotel is pretty old. In our stay of 4 nights, the toilet was clogged twice. However, the staff came and fixed it.

I was upgraded to a private cabin from the double queen room that I had reserved. It was a nice surprise.

The only downfall was the fast food drive-thru behind the cabin. We could hear people talking through the walls late into the night and early in the morning.

Pool was closed for a portion of the trip. The hotel advertises continental breakfast but there was only coffee available, this was disappointing and had to make alternative breakfast plans and expenses!

Es gibt seit diesem Jahr kein Frühstück mehr. Das war eine Überraschung weil wir mit Frühstück gebucht hatten. Es gab aber eine Lösung 😁 wir haben Voucher für ein Partner Hotel bekommen

Sehr nettes Personal und alles sehr sauber . Leider muss man zum frühstücken woandershin. Für den Preis sollte das im Hotel sein. Lage aber sehr gut !

Would have liked free breakfast at the property. It was a little harder getting in and out of Yellowstone at West entrance vs staying in the park. Wish restaurants in West Yelllowstone stayed open later.

The hotel is very close to the west entrance of Yellowstone and it was easy to find. The hotel was in a very quiet area. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the fresh cookies that were offered in the late afternoon. Even though we didn’t get to use a swimming pool and hot tub, they both looked very clean and we like the fact that they were options. Our reservation included breakfast so we were able to get breakfast during our stay, but I understand that they have since done away with breakfast at the hotel. (Breakfast are served at another restaurant down the road and it was very good.)

False advertising! They say breakfast is included. But when you get there you learned they stopped providing breakfast. Room service was terrible with there Green program where they state cleaning crew won’t enter your room to clean. I ask for every other day didn’t happen.

My first room was located near the Game Center and I quickly noted that it was going to be loud. The front desk team was gracious and helpful in finding me a better location immediately

Overall it was ok. The staff very pleasant helpful. I found our 2 Queen beds room to be uncomfortable. Beds were fine but seating was unacceptable. The desk chair was like sitting on concrete. The other small chair is so out dated I haven't see one in 30 years. There is a small bench against a wall you could use for dressing but nothing else. We found the bathroom shower to be dangerous especially for seniors its extremely slippery lacks any anti slip strips or finish. So I rate it as average. Would I stay there again no.
