Great location, decent, clean stay. Friendly staff & ample parking. Rooms need upgrading especially the bathrooms but clean and quiet.

Bathrooms are old and room smelled a bit old.

Room in the Grizzly was excellent. It’s the newer building and felt like it. Breakfast was fine. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Maybe have more fruit with breakfast.

Location: just an entrance on Yellowstone park. As would every hotel in this city. Beds are co for table.

We’ve been there mid September when nights are chilly. But it was still hot in the room with loud AC. Breakfast? Regular breakfast as in any American motel. We just waste time there and went to have breakfast in the city anyway.

The location is excellent, just a very short drive from the West Entrance of Yellowstone, which makes it extremely convenient for exploring the park. Our family room was nice, and the breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. Having a good breakfast before a long day in Yellowstone was a real advantage and made the mornings much easier. Overall, we were happy with our choice and felt the hotel worked well as a base for visiting Yellowstone.

The family room felt a little tight for four adults, and the price was quite high. The hotel also feels very tourism focused, and the staff sometimes seemed a little tired or less welcoming than we would have liked. West Yellowstone itself is also very touristy, which was not really our preferred atmosphere, although that is true of many hotels in the area.

Everything was perfect

There’s no connecting pathway from main building to second building that covers you from the outside elements. After going to the pool we have to walk outside cross the parking lot in order to enter the building in order to enter our room.

In generale tutto! La stanza era arredata in legno stile baita di montagna. Il.lavabo posizionato all'esterno del bagno è stato molto funzionale essendo noi in quattro. Al piano terra c'era una saletta dove si poteva stare anche a mangiare il cibo da asporto. C'era anche la piscina, non molto grande ma con due vasche, una di acqua calda con bocchettoni dell'idromassaggio, e l'altra di acqua fredda. La colazione è stata sublime, con grande varietà e bevande fresche e caldo che di potevano liberamente consumare durante la giornata.

Location is great for Yellowstone entrance. Room was comfortable and the fact that towels were changed each day without asking is good.

Pillows need to be sized to the bed and beds need to be flipped or changed out. Not that comfortable for the rates being charged.

Love the decorations. Rooms were lovely. We checked in on an evening. Staff was ok; not as "friendly" as other places. Although I took no offense and smiled and carried on.

No room for the breakfast line. Another older patron actually slapped my 12 year old daughters hand away from the toaster when she was trying to put her food in... I'm assuming the older lady thought she was taking too long. I didn't see it right away and my daughter told me later. The seating is awkward as we didn't realize right away that there was another room to sit in. So we took our food to our room. But I did remember after I saw it that I was told on check in. The elevator needs some updating. It creeks and almost makes you think it might stop mid floor! Overall despite these things we would stay again!

Super convenient for Yellowstone National Park, and to walk for dinner in West Yellowstone. Spacious room with lovely wooden floors, great air conditioning. Reception staff very helpful and lent us bear spray. Filling breakfast included, with fab automatic pancake machine!

First trip to Yellowstone was a success! The rooms and amenities were better than expected. Attendants at check in Derek and vereni gave us all the tools to enjoy our vacation!! Would definitely stay at the Kelly inn again!

Good size room for four people, lovely clean wooden floors and air conditioning worked well. Slightly chemical smell when we first went into the room but it passed away fairly quickly. Good, filling breakfast and amazing automatic pancake machine.

Appreciated the quality of furnishings, easy check in, fire pits outside and continental breakfast. Especially loved the bunk bed set up in our family room!

An excellent hotel at the gate to Yellowstone! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and cozy! West Yellowstone is a nice place to stop before visiting Yellowstone. I love it there.

Visited Kelly's Inn last year and just finished making our reservation for next June '27. This is an amazing hotel with amazing staff and services. It is next door to the west entrance of Yellowstone. It is within easy walking distance to all tge spots in town including the homemade ice cream shop. We enjoyed the Chop Shop restaurant; amazing fried chicken. The town is fun and be sure and visit Earthquake Lake and museum just west of town; another beautiful drive. The roads are all great. It is about a 90 minute drive through the Park to Grand Teton Park; and the views are amazing. Soo much to do and see. You'll enjoy every minute there and find great restful time at the hotel.

The Kelly Inn is a charming accommodation, well decorated, very clean, with a friendly staff! It is just outside the west NP entrance, and walking distance to many restaurants, the Yellowstone museum zone and Grizzly Bear and Gray Wolf Discovery center! A bit expensive at peak season, but so are all the accommodations in the area! I would stay there again with my family!

Great breakfast. Our room was cleaned and the bed made every day. The staff was very helpful and professional. The room was a little small and did not have enough room to store our clothes. The room was quiet.

It’s the perfect location right outside the west entrance of Yellowstone. We were in the newly renovated building. It was exactly what we needed after a long day in the park. Four adults in a double queen bedroom with plenty of room for us all. Two of the adults were my kids. They used the gym, pool and jacuzzi all of which were indoors and very clean. The breakfast the next morning was delicious! That surprised me. Would highly recommend and stay again.

As a professional tour manager, I have regularly brought large tour groups into the Kelly and never have we had any issues that weren’t immediately handled by their front desk staff. This time it was Vereniz and Derek who went above and beyond to make our tour passengers feel welcomed. From their initial greeting of the group, to their spot-on local dining recommendations to their friendly, out-going personalities, they really made my tour company look good for choosing their hotel! Francisco and the luggage team are so efficient and kind, they are always a pleasure to work with as well! Great location, staff, and vibe. 🤜🏻🤛🏻

We had the best stay ever at the Kelly Inn, and we truly have Beth and Manny to thank for that! From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We had friends staying at the Grizzly Cabin while we were initially given rooms in a different building. Manny immediately stepped in and not only gave us a complimentary upgrade, but personally walked us over to see the room and make sure it would work well for our family. We were originally booked for two queen beds and were upgraded to the Grizzly Cabin with a queen and twin, so he wanted to make sure we were completely comfortable with the setup. But he didn’t stop there. Manny went the extra mile and arranged for an additional single bed so our son could have his own comfortable sleeping space. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made a huge difference for our family. Both Manny and Beth were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. You could genuinely tell that they cared about making sure their guests had a great experience, and that level of personal service is something you don’t come across often anymore. Our room was comfortable, the location was perfect, and the hospitality was truly exceptional. (P.S., the all-day hot cocoa and coffee was a huge hit with the kids and for us with the long and early drives into the national park!) We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely recommend the Kelly Inn to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be staying here again! Beth and Manny seriously deserve a raise after how well they took care of us, Kelly Inn, take care of these two!! Thank you both for making our trip so special!

We were guided by Vereniz and Derek and we were surprised by their professional and warm-heart hospitality. We had great time in Yellow Stone with great room and staffs.

We have a great stay at Kelly Inn! The hotel is in a very convenient location, especially for visiting Yellowstone, and the breakfast was really good too. Vereniz and Derek were both super nice, welcoming, and helpful. We needed to leave a day earlier than originally planned, and they were very understanding and told us it was no problem at all to check out early. They made everything so easy for us and were incredibly friendly throughout our stay. Really appreciate the wonderful hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here!

2nd time staying here and it was just as good as the 1st. It was nice to see familiar faces at the front desk. Derek & Vereniz once again treated us like family. Coffee & hot chocolate 24/7 is so appreciated. I'm sure we'll be back.

My friend recommended the Kelly Inn for my Yellowstone vacation. Now I can see what he was talking about. From the moment we checked in with Vereniz & Derek we felt like VIP’s. I can’t say enough good things about those 2 and the property.

We were in a separate building, no one at desk with a note telling you to check in At other building which was no problem for us- Basically the only complaint were the front desk people. Need a class in being friendly and welcoming. Acted as if we were an inconvenience. A reminder that the guests do pay their bills! Would stay again! It was actually our 2nd stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Kelly Inn. We stayed 5 nights. The room and the amenities are great including very convenient and generous parking, good continental breakfast and also very important, 24 hour free coffee. we've stayed here many times and it only gets better. The staff here is great especially Sue, who worked very hard to get us just the room we wanted. And Manny was great too and he tried to help us in any way. I highly recommebd staying at Kelly inn for all your overnight needs in the Yellowstone area. Just the best.

Great place to stay and it was clean. Nice breakfast but the pancake maker was out of batter. It is super popular though. The location was great for the west part of Yellowstone’s. Pool is very small but a nice way to cool off.

Got knocked at one night saying doors are making too much noise. You have such heavy doors with iron tables on the back of the doors which add to the noise and poor insulation. Cant be the guests fault. Other than that we enjoyed being in the park

Perfect location, fabulous room arrangement for 6 people, wonderfully stocked shower with shampoo and conditioner, clean cafeteria where we could enjoy our own charcuterie late dinner that we purchased at a grocery store, and easy access to Yellowstone NP.

ארוחת בוקר סבירה בלבד. מגוון לא גדול של מזון אבל בסה״כ המזון טעים. בחדר מכונת פנקייקים אוטומטית , שזה נחמד אבל נוטה להתקלקל והצוות לא מספיק מהיר לתקן או להוסיף בלילה.

Walls are PAPER THIN. You can hear literally everything on every side of your room, the stomping on the ceiling was ridiculous. Very little sleep every night due to loudness of other guests. Doors leading into hotel are not locked, so anyone can access the hallways at anytime without a key. Security lock on exterior door of room was hanging on by 2 screws - was missing a couple screws and looked like it had been busted during a break-in attempt. The interior door’s deadbolt didn’t work, so both doors leading into our room were missing a security feature. Breakfast was good the first day, but every day thereafter was terrible. Yogurt was out and the rest was all meat options. Great location, they accept pets which is nice, but super expensive.

Absolutely the highest rate in the area. Absolutely the worst comfort in the area. The beds we had felt like they had to be 50 years old. You would think that for that cost the mattresses could have been replaced. This place enjoys high ratings but reality will catch up to them.

The juice machine and multiple coffee dispensers available all day were good.

The breakfast was basically prison food. The rooms are very dated, and in a little bit of disrepair. The WiFi was horrible: unreliable and slow - wouldn't allow my email to sync.

It was very convenient to the park. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The hotel rooms are in need of renovations. Easy walk to the downtown area for shopping and restaurants. It was a bit pricy for what it was!

We stayed 4 nights, had an amazing experience with everything from our room to amenities, to hotel staff interactions, to pool w jacuzzi, free breakfast etc. Front desk staff Verenice and Derek made a huge difference to our time there! They truly made us feel welcome and cared for as if we were a guest in their home! They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for our excursions inside the park, even though that's not even required of them! They offered us binoculars and lent us a beach chair for my elderly mom to use in the park. Breakfast has tons of variety with different main course menus daily - pancakes, cereal, eggs, fresh oatmeal, yogurt parfait, fresh fruit, muffins, bagels, toasts....you name it....!! 24 hrs tea, coffee, hot cocoa, laundry rooms on 2 floors, 24 hrs free ice and drinking water refills, rooms have microwave, fridge w freezer, very spacious and clean, beds very comfy, room furniture is rustic wood with wildlife themed decor. Lobby has vending machines for drinks and snacks, internet workstation with printer, tea, coffee, hot cocoa etc. Stayed in many other hotels both large chains and small family owned, but found Kelly Inn staff to be the most friendly, warm and welcoming, especially Verenice and Derek! They also helped locate and retrieve our shoe that mistakenly went with housekeeping to their laundry area. Whatever we requested for our room was sent to us very quickly. Housekeeping ensured our room was cleaned and fully stocked daily! It is these small, kind gestures that make hotel staff stand out because guests leave happy and their vacations become memorably sweet!

The stay at the Kelly inn is always convenient the rooms are extra spacious. Vereniz and Derek at the front desk are there to take care of anything you may need! Breakfast is always nice. We will keep using the Kelly Inn as our home base for yellowstone

We came here for a great Yellowstone experience and I will honestly say this stay has been the greatest I’ve ever experienced. Vereniz and Derek are the two primary staff that we dealt with and they have been beyond great. They really pulled through with getting us great rooms at great pricing and not to mention gave me a great deal for being a Military Veteran. The rooms were in great shape, the king bed we had was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is only minutes from the West entrance into Yellowstone which fits perfect to explore as much of the Park as you want to.

I love everything about this place! Someone did an excellent job of paying attention to the details with everything from, 24/7 fresh brewed coffee (which is #1 on my list), an extra sink in the room a coat rack, shoe cubbies the list goes on. The queen rooms have all the amenities you need. The rooms were so clean and the hallways smelled so fresh. Also, i would like to mention the 2 hosts Vereniz and Derek. Very attentive and accommodating and genuine. I highly recommend the Kelly inn. We thank you for a wonderful experience

We rented the king suite which wss exceptional. The breakfast was good with different options each day. Located right in town near all restaurants and shopping. Nice outdoor areas by fire pits to relax and have a drink.

My family & I come here every year! From the moment we arrive we’re treated like family Derek & Vereniz always go above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Derek always shares great tips for the park and the rooms are always spacious, clean and very maintained. We love relaxing by the fire pits in the evening and the hot tub stays open until 11 pm which is a huge bonus! If you’re looking for a place with hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere this is it! We can’t wait to come back next year.

A lot of options of breakfast. Nice and clean sitting area. You can use those area during non-breakfast time too. This is one of the few hotels that offer bunk beds. Location is perfect. McDonald next door and walking distance to restaurants, gift shops and icecream stores. Staff are nice.

There is some smell in our room on the first floor.

I booked this property through bookings.com and clearly added 6 people and bookings.com showed a room for 6 - 4 adults and 2 kids which i booked. Firstly i want to say that the hotel is very nice. But my stay and sleep at night were very uncomfortable for 6 of us which includes seniors citizens as well. I expected that bookings.com shares details accurately that 6 people room is big enough for the group and with a rollaway we all are fitting in comfortably. I had to pay extra as well for a rollaway. My price should have included for 6 even if it was with the rollaway. I want bookings.com to look into this matter. Otherwise the hotel and staff were great and my family had a good time outside of the sleep time at the hotel.

It was great resting place after visiting Yellowstone Old Faithful. Very clean. Staff was helpful. Loved the hot breakfast. Breakfast area was nice to gather. It seemed like other kids liked pool area. Very close to West Yellowstone gate. Loved it.
