Good assortment of breakfast food. Great location. Friendly and helpful employees. Although the room overlooked the street, it was still very quiet. The air-conditioning worked well.

Tight bathroom space and not a fan of the frosted glass walls.

Het enige wat goed was, was de locatie. Je bent kortbij de wallen en winkels.

1) bij de receptie werd er totaal geen Nederland gepraat, een echte schande!! 2) de kamers zijn heel klein, er is geen nachttafel voorzien (je kan dus geen wekker of gsm naast je bed zetten) 3) het ontbijt was echt niet lekker 4) geen parking waardoor we de auto kilometers ver hebben moeten zetten want de Q-parking nabij het hotel was pokkeduur (>50€ per dag!)

WestCord City Centre hotel is in a great location. The public areas are bright and airy. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the breakfast was great. The complimentary coffee and pastries were much appreciated. It's also very secure as you need to use a key card to move through the hotel.

We stayed in room 103 which was depressingly tiny. The bed had only access from one side. Although the room was generally very clean, the carpet had seen better days and was stained. I felt that the room was a stark contrast to the rest of the hotel.

Westcord hotel is fantastic, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is central to everything in Amsterdam, have stayed here over 10times and next time i go will stay here again. Never had a bad experience here.

This is our second visit, we love the atmosphere, the friendly helpful staff. We will definitely come to your hotel next time we are in Amsterdam. The location is perfect. Breakfast is all we need

Ottima la posizione. Staff cordiale e disponibile a venire incontro alle nostre richieste. Colazione varia e gustosa. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo apprezzato i Waffle di benvenuto e l'area all'ingresso dove sono sempre disponibili giochi da tavolo, caffè, te, acqua aromatizzata e frutta, per passare piacevolmente i momenti di riposo.

La camera era un po' piccola, ma i letti erano comodi.

chambres assez vieilles qui nécessitent des rénovations, les chambres standards ont une vue depuis leur fenêtre sur un autre mur (rendant la chambre oppressante avec des odeurs de renferme), les chambres avec vue sur la rue en revanche sont très bien éclairée et n'ont pas d'odeurs bizarres (moyennant supplément de 12e).

2 nights in a confortable hôtel with a central position , ideal to explore the City. Employees are kind and professional . Very good contact with customers. Very good breakfast with a lot of choices.

Ottimo hotel vicino alla stazione centrale e a piazza Dam. Colazione continentale nella norma. Unica cosa particolare è il bagno vetrato, per me non era un problema, ma a qualcuno potrebbe non piacere. Nei dintorni c'è Tulsi un ottimo ristorante indiano e un buon tailandese Maenaam. Hotel molto pulito e personale gentile.

Excellent location. I was first allocated a room on the top storey - noise was coming from the air conditioning units on the roof. I drew attention to this and was allocated another room - my complaint was taken seriously - well done.

La posizione è comoda e la struttura nel complesso è molto carina. Il letto era davvero comodo e la colazione buona e ben fornita. Staff molto simpatico ed eccellente il servizio di noleggio biciclette, di cui abbiamo usufruito con molta soddisfazione.

La pulizia è stata davvero scarsissima e inaccettabile. La stanza, pur essendo piccolina e mediamente confortevole, non era bellissima ma soprattutto è stata pulita malissimo. L'ultimo giorno, sistemando le nostre cose, abbiamo trovato delle mutande non nostre sotto il letto. Trovare la biancheria intima di altri ospiti non è assolutamente normale né tollerabile per uno standard alberghiero.

Good location, clean and very helpful staff. Breakfast really nice and free tea, coffee and lemon infused water available in the lobby 24/7. Definitely value for money and really close to the train station so good for commuting from the airport and to surrounding areas.

The room was expensive for what it was. I payed a premium price expecting a larger tripple room with a big picture window and view of the city as the picture suggests. The room was a small double with a camp bed and an A4 size window. Very disappointing and over priced. On my trip, the following week, a 5 star hotel stay in Venice was less money and far superior.

La habitación es pequeña, el baño pequeño. No había frigobar, dejan solo shampu y jabón en el baño y si necesitan algo lo solicitas en recepción… solicité acondicionador y no había. El personal de limpieza, entro y no limpio … el baño están igual. Solo hizo la cama. El día del check out 11.50 hs vino housekiping a tocarme la puerta y decirme que me tenía que ir… muy muy caro para lo que es y lo que el hotel ofrece. Es un 2 estrellas. Lo único bueno es la ubicación y tiene asesor.

Perfect location 5 min walk from Amsterdam Central station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included . Buffet breakfast, small layout but with plenty of choice. Room was comfortable and clean. We didn't have a nice view but it didn't matter as we were out all day, but the staff were so nice I'm sure they would have sorted something if we had asked. Coffee maker , hairdryer and safe in room the room. They gave us a free stroop waffle to welcome us on arrival which was a nice touch. Offered free apples and water in reception. Overall a very good stay.

One of the bathroom walls and the door was frosted glass. With no way of locking the door.. It was ok for us and I'm sure ok for couples or families.

Within walking distance to the city center. There is a double door security system that can only be accessed by room key or the reception desk. We were greeted as soon as we entered the lobby. It was a hot day and before we were able to check in, the receptionist invited us to a glass of cold water. There is also a coffee machine nearby. That was a surprise because we do not have that courtesy in US hotels. The receptionist was friendly and our check in was quick. Our room looked over a pedestrian walkway but no noise could be heard. The room was well lit and there was a space to do computer work. The bathroom also was well lit and immaculate. Nice shower and good water pressure for a relaxing shower. This hotel offers breakfast at an additional charge but there are many options close by for any meals. Highly recommend and will keep this hotel in our file for future trips.

Excellent hotel with friendly, helpful staff. All areas of the hotel were lovely and clean. Lovely decor. Brilliant location, close to train station and central to attractions and places of interest. I would recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again.

Been staying at the Westcord City Centre Hotel for over 10 years now and never had a reason to complain. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are always clean, breakfast has a huge choice of cooked or continental and the location is great. My wife is wheelchair bound and the hotel and staff cannot do enough to help. Would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Amsterdam Centrum

Very close to the Central Railway Station which is in the heart of Amsterdam. Easily walkable to many attractions and so many eating establishments to choose from. Even though you are in the "heart of the action", the room was quiet.

The best hospitality in Amsterdam!! Offered me a drink while waiting in a long check-in line. Kind gave my wife a birthday treat with nicely written note. Will definitely book there next go around! Walking distance to many sites. Cheers

Emplacement parfait, dans le centre, à 10 minutes à peine de la gare. Plusieurs lignes de tramway juste devant, ce qui permet de sillonner la ville plus facilement si on veut éviter de trop se fatiguer. Également beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Chambre confortable et bien équipée, personnel charmant, petit déjeuner bien fourni. J'étais au dernier étage (6e avec ascenseur) avec vue sur les ruches... Calme.

We stayed at Westcord City Centre hotel for 4 nights. It's location was excellent, less than 10 mins from Amsterdam Centraal station, few mins walk to the beautful Jordaan district and Dam square. There is a tram stop just outside too. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, staff were very helpful, giving us tips of what to do as it was our first time in Amsterdam. The triple room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of food. Overall very good value for money.

Great location with access to train n ferry as well as bus/tram service. Excellent breakfast n friendly staff. Rooms n hotel is very clean. Lots of shopping n restaurants close by

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at this hotel, the location, staff and hotel itself are perfect for exploring Amsterdam. The rooms are clean tidy and quiet, with good air conditioning, just what you need in a busy city getaway. The lobby always had plenty of ice water and occasionally pastries which is a really nice touch. We were celebrating a birthday whilst away and without any request, the hotel staff left a small note on our door whilst we were out exploring stating ‘something was down at reception for us’ when we went to reception we had a lovely little macaroon assortment, a lovely hand written card and some fresh bottled water. This was a really nice touch, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are exploring Amsterdam, I will certainly be back.

We loved the central location and the cleanliness and friendly staff.

The shower head in our room when switched on kept moving to the side so you couldn’t stand under it. We tried fixing it but was impossible. Apart from that it was lovely.

Really confortable, breakfasts were great and everything worked perfectly. Absolutely recomended
