I booked a double queen beds and paid for it for $180, ended up giving us worth $130 that wasn’t fair as they told us they got overbooking to which not our fault, did not compromised nor gave us our refund for the excess charging. Staff said that the supervisor will let me know but did not even bother sending a message to alleviate what had happened to my booking. They stay was not even comfortable as we only shared one bed for three people.

The property looks very new. It is modern and clean. Staff were very friendly.

It is just off the highway but a couple of kms from town.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were efficient and made check-in a breeze, they offered great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The free breakfast was very good.

Really new place - everything was clean and new. Location is near both Trans-Canada highways, pretty convenient if you only need a place to spend the night without driving into town. There's a cheap gas station outside that adds to the convenience. Decent breakfast.

Nothing really. Room is slightly small but all newly built hotels are like that.

Great location! Bannock for breakfast was delicious! Hard working friendly staff! Especially the kitchen ladies during breakfast.

Pool Dated(old), COLD & no hot tub to make it tolerable. NOT Dog Friendly!! 75$ to allow our dog to stay in room while 3 humans paid only 135$!! Put us in a room at end of hall nowhere near any access to outdoors(emergency access door only) for late night/early morning dog needs! No warning of 75$ fee until day of arrival in an email while we were travelling so not seen til’ advised at Check-in. Too late then to look elsewhere… When expressed my dissatisfaction, staff were unconcerned, would pass along my feedback but no effort to improve the situation.

Great breakfast, free coffee and tea anytime nice.

Our room was stinky as was the hallway. The front desk gal didn’t want to let us check in early even though the rooms were ready.

Lovely staff members. Great breakfast and 24/7 hot chocolates + coffee. Very spacious and clean rooms with nice toiletries.

The wooden construction was a bit creaky going up and down the stairs. You could also hear your neighbours if they were talking loudly.

Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice (even Bannock!). Lots of staffing on at breakfast, so everything was well-stocked and clean. Pool was clean and a great temperature. Beds are comfortable and room was clean. Plenty of parking. Great location only a few minutes drive to plenty of restaurants and less than a minute off the main hwy. Quiet area. Full serve gas station next door.

Excellent Breakfast! Clean and quite.

Pool was cloudy but the hot tub was great.

Breakfast was fine. I personally prefer actual sausages and scrambled eggs not just the rounds but the convenience and the taste were fine.

I didn’t like the type of shower that are in the rooms they end up getting too much water everywhere

Elevators were dirty, not really fault of property, most likely from other ppl at hotel Pool closed early - 9 pm and we arrived at 840 so unable to use

The comforter was too “complicated” and hot for us, everything else was fantastic.

Breakfast was good. Typical hotel included hot breakfast: scrambled egg patties and sausage patties for me. Juice and coffee. Coffee urn in the breakfast room seemed to be available 24/7. Good coffee in the room. Location was on reserve land across from an artificial lake. Pleasant scenery and very quiet.

Can't think of anything. It's not within walking distance of any restaurants but we just ordered a pizza.

The greeting we received on arrival was genuine and very helpful. Room spacious.

Noisy air conditioner

Friendly service at check in. Our first room was over the pool and was very noisy. The second room was much better. The breakfast at Smitty's was delicious. We ate there thanks to the coupon we were given at check in.

The noise! There were kids (aged 9 to 11 or 12) running up and down the hallway all evening. Some knocked on our door and ran away. No adults in sight. Kids ran to the front desk in their bathing suits upon check in, yelling for towels. A bit of discipline would have gone a long way.

Pool could have been open a bit longer in the evening. By the time I got back from work, it was closed. Breakfast selection could be a bit more inspired - not a big issue - just a suggestion.

Clean rooms, probably the best breakfast you can get when included. Lots of room for parking even with a trailer on.

Not so much didn't like but noticable. We get multi rooms while traveling for work. Most times while staying here you can send in 1 guy to check in all rooms early. But there is 1 girl that will not allow this. Everyone has to leave the jobsite , come over and check in 1 by 1. Again not a dislike but a bit of an inconvenient thing for us as ever other person at front desk does it.

Since the location is a bit off center, we are not expecting much, but we're completely wrong, lobby is very welcoming, room assigned to us is spotless, its really clean and very comfy. Would love to stay longer but we have to drive early in the morning.

First room the heat didn't work so Matthew at front desk first tried to fix it and then moved us to a lovely warm room very quickly

A little off the beaten path but that was ok

The prop was very reasonable the parking very good. Location excellent wonderful view. And the bannock was a nice touch.

The things I dislike was the eggs for breakfast. Just don’t like those eggs that taste like they came from a box. Would have been better with salsa. The shower had rather dirty grout that made me uncomfortable. And the lobby could have an update on furniture and maybe a bit more of a waiting /sitting area.

Our was wheel chair room no side table for sleep app machine vanity in bathroom to tiny to put a shaving kit
