We had a last minute change to a ball tournament schedule and she kept us on a waiting list and got us a room when a cancellation occurred which we more than appreciated. We met her at check in and she was super friendly and helpful!

But the staff super 8 kept their composure with customers who were rude and upset with things being out of the staffs control. My family and I decided to stay the entire weekend and had a fabulous time. What you give you get back and that is was the staff did for us. Highly recommended.

The staff are pleasant and helpful, but aside from the small breakfast room, there is nowhere to gather or sit in the lobby. The rooms are clean, but need updating, and there should be sheer drapes as well as room darkening ones, especially on the main floor. My room felt dark because I didn't feel comfortable leaving my drapes open.
