Room was confortable and clean.

There are other options in town for same price range with a pool. The pub at the hotel do not accept kids. We forgot our bag of clothes in the room and called reception a few hours later to get it back. I was told nobody found it.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich veraltet und verbraucht. Ältliche Möbel, abgetretene Teppichböden etc. Im Bad gab es keinen Fön, einige Glühbirnen waren defekt.

Very comfortable and the breakfast was good. I think they actually used real eggs! The hotel accommodated our dog.

The room was one that we could have our dog in, however, the view out our window was that of the fan/cooling system. We had no other view. When the system kicked on it could get a bit noisy, but there was no noise at night and we slept well.

Kamer was prima, personeel aardig en prima locatie aan de doorgaande weg. Hotel ligt iets hoger daardoor mooi uitzicht op omgeving.

Ontbijt was slecht. Er werd niet aangevuld. Koffie was al vroeg op. Het was niet echt een ontbijtbuffet. Er was gewoon wat op tafels gelegd. Het leek wel alsof iemand die dag had bedacht ik moet voor het eerst een ontbijt regelen.

Breakfast wasn’t very good. Requested a room clean and was guaranteed it would happen while we were out but it didn’t.

The staff were friendly, and the included breakfast was basic. Beds were clean and comfortable.

The facility is showing signs of wear in both the restaurant and rooms. Carpets are stained, and our room hadn't been vaccumed. Staff did vacuum upon our request.

The pet friendly suite is great. We could keep the dogs in one room and sleep undisturbed in the bedroom. The large fridge with freezer was a bonus as we could buy groceries to take home. Breakfast was great- nice to have eggs and bacon rather than just a muffin and fruit.

The AC unit is pretty loud (but definitely glad to have it). It's a bit of a trek to the back door to take the dogs for their constitutional.

A bigger breakfast.

We stayed here for just one night during our road trip from Vancouver to the Yukon. We booked the hotel only about an hour before arriving, and everything went smoothly. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was a convenient place to stop for the night before continuing our journey. Breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus. As a European, I have to admit that North American hotel breakfasts are usually a bit disappointing compared to the continental breakfasts we're used to, but it was perfectly adequate for a quick start to the day.

The only downside was that our room was located right next to the elevator, so we could hear people talking in the hallway quite clearly.

The room was good and comfortable. The staff were efficient and friendly.

The elevator is too small for a hotel of this size. The dolly barely fit in the elevator. There was no hot breakfast because the staff slept in. I was hoping for a hot meal!

Toiletries were of an unusable size. Faucet in bathroom sink did not function properly. Toilet paper holder broken and hanging from the wall.

The breakfast is poor, with unpleasant presentation for the ‘Ramada’ hotel brand. Coffee jars are old and shabby.

the breakfast was great, and even included options for gluten free which my girlfriend really enjoyed.

Our hotel room didn't have a shower curtain, and after informing the staff we were woken up at 11pm to be asked to either change rooms or not worry about a shower curtain. when asked to get one for the morning, we never got a phone call or follow up.

- Disrepair - almost everything is not maintained - We were told that the pool and hot tub were broke for many years although the website said that the pool and hot tub are included in the amenity list - The front entrance stairs were cracked and broken - The old carpet in the hallway and in the elevator were dirty and stinky (smells like cigarette and shit) - The shower head was squiring unevenly - We had to listen to the loud noise from the drunk woman all night long

This was a pet friendly room but was just as clean and very comfortable as any other room (rm #111 with 2 queen beds). Tile floors with zero pet smell and clean, pure white bedding (no dark bedding that hides pet dirt/stains). If they keep pet-friendly rooms like this I’m sure the “regular” rooms will be to the same standard. The “continental” breakfast was a full on bacon, sausage, eggs, muffins, bagels, toast, fruit, cereal, yogurt etc etc buffet. It would have cost us $40 to eat like this in a restaurant. Great BONUS. Next time I'll try the Indian food in the restaurant.

Could hear the occasional door closing in the hall, but it was really not bothersome. It’s an older hotel but has been maintained and updated well. Hot tub was out of order but we wouldn’t have used it anyway.

For the price, it could use a bit of updating, replacing stained carpet and broken tiles in the bathroom showers. Overall it was clean just needs a bit of tlc.

I didn’t like the tight, steep parking lot, room was outdated and hot.

On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent. There was a great variety of options, everything was fresh and very tasty, and it was quite generous. The staff member in charge of breakfast did a really great job.

I recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Williams Lake in room 106, and unfortunately had several issues with my stay. The window latch was broken, making it impossible to open the window, which affected ventilation. In the bathroom, there was a missing light bulb, resulting in poor lighting. I also had no hot water during my morning shower, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the jacuzzi was out of order and closed to guests, which was disappointing. To top it off, I found a large black spider in the room. I did inform the front desk about these issues before my departure, but no compensation or discount was offered, which was disappointing. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

Hotel is dated. Old toilets sinks cabinets windows pictures carpet. There was burns and tape on the windows ledges and mold in the coffee maker. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls. The TV was 13 inches. There is an pub attached so its also loud at night with drunk people screaming in the hallways. Recommend staying at th e Bedt Western or possibly the Super 8. This hotel is old and tattered. Williams Lake, DO BETTER.
