Nothing what I expected. I did get to swim and I like that part

I didn't like the diner Denny's at all. I don't like the idea of walking steps. It has no elevator at all. The place looks old. Separate entrance to second floor.mire steps to walk up. I walked to the lobby via parking lot. No disability parking no disability access to the building. It said free breakfast included but it's not true. There was no hot tub.

Location was fine.

This place was horrific. Room smelt bad, visible stains (blood/dirt?) on bed sheets, hair all over pillow cases. Generally conditions of the room was very poor. Would absolutely not stay again.

there are 2 changes which would have made my stay a little better, decaf coffee available in the room, and fridges with small freezers, I travel with a cooler and ice packs. the staff are very accommodating as they allow me to put my ice packs in the staff freezer,

Reception staff were friendly night and morning. Room was clean and comfortable. Good value.

There was remodeling in progress and the contractors seemed to think guests were an irritant. Blocking corridors and making it difficult to move around. The internal layout meant a long walk from reception to the parking lot if you turn the wrong way out of your room. Signage not great.

The entire place is under renovation. I don’t know why are they even open. All the time noises and no services at all. Even after telling them to refresh my room everyday, they never did it. No fresh towels, no shower gel, no trash pick up. It’s just useless. Never stay here.

The suite and bed were really comfy.

Das Waschbecken ist außerhalb vom Bad. Dabei handelte es sich um ein Durchgangsbereich. Sehr klein und schmal. Auf der einen Seite das Waschbecken und auf der anderen Seite Gaderobenstange und Ablage und irgendwie dazwischen (wenn offen) die Tür zum Bad.

I found the property is in run down condition, they are doing some renovations which aren’t done yet but it needs a lot of work. No elevator, the stairs to get to your rooms are unsafe in my opinion. Our room it self was below average, the tub faucet was leaking like a siv flushing the toilet sounded like it was going to come up through the bathtub drain, the tv was very hard to operate and the picture was horrible.

There were a lot of sketchy people wandering the parking lot.. we had all our camping gear & bikes in the back of our truck.. the attendant told us when we checked in to bring our bikes in to the room.. we ended up bringing most of our things in as people kept walking past the truck & taking pics !!

Room was clean, staff were great and helped ensure our bicycles were stored safely indoors

AC was noisy, painting work started early in the morning right outside our window and there was a vehicle break-in to other guests' truck in the parking lot that night.

Very old hotel . Nothing like shown in the pictures shown on the website. Staff is very good but hotel is very outdated. Not recommend it

It was all good.

The people and front desk check in was very nice and friendly but you can’t hide old and run down. The space in the suite was great. Had the things you would expect in it. Very quiet. The pool was a plain rectangle in a basement room with a tiny shallow end so our little could t really swim without adult help. With a little renovating this place could be great. We needed this room and it served our purposes

We left pretty early so didn’t have time for breakfast. The room was large and had a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable.

Parking was very tight with limited options for anything but compact cars. The property seemed to be in the midst of a major remodeling, so there was some construction activity. Not a problem though.

Drapes didn't cover the whole window. Streaks on the TV. The hotel & our room are dated. I was glad to see they are currently undergoing renovations. It needs it bad!

Home away from home

Went to shower: was about to shower,: shower handle adjustment fell off - bit off burn on my hand as couldn't turn off water instantly...another room was offered BUT that should not of happened as I PAID for a room should not of been any issues....spending my earned money for Sandman services is important for me. Remote for TV not able to figure out...poor tv quality Battery for remote (AC) not working

Close to highway

Pool under renovations we booked the hotel for the pool after driving 8 hours we were looking forward to a swim. It sure have been posted that the hotel was under renovations we would have chosen another hotel. High bath tub no access bar to get in and out of tub.

Looks like they are renovating. We booked a king room and got a suite, so that was awesome. Lots of room to spread out.

I was very unhappy I asked for around floor as I have a hard time with stairs I didn't get it also it said it had a pool they could have told me it was closed would have booked where I would have been accommodated

Check in was easy and Dorian at the front desk was very helpful, going above & beyond. Everything is within walking distance with Denny's next to the lobby. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Parking was tight for larger vehicles, had trouble maneuvering at times but we manage.

The room had broken things in it (closet door for example). There were missing lightbulbs. It wasn't that clean, and generally felt unsafe. For $150/night that's a lot of negative.

The front desk clerk was amazing Dolian I believe his name was excellent service .

It was a bit outdated and my room didn't get cleaned or tidied the days I stayed at all.

The location, the staff and the price

Hate to say but the renovations happening puts a bit of a damper on comfort level.

Front desk staff were friendly and quick to check in and out with. The room was very clean and I like that soaps and shampoo/conditioner were provided. Housekeeping staff were friendly as well. Great location, within 5 min (walking) of restaurants and shopping.

My room was very close to the entrance so I heard loud banging from people coming in and out all night. In my online booking, I had requested a room not on the ground floor, and technically I had to go up a few steps but it didn't really meet my expectations. The entrance and hallway look to be under construction, with missing baseboards and confusing signage on the door (said not to use this door but I was directed to it by staff).

No breakfast and hotel is under construction the room was redone and updated but the inside of the building had no carpet or dry wall

Une cuisine avec des placards désespérément vides. Même pas 4 fourchettes ni assiettes assorties… une réception incapable de compenser le manque. Il faut aller au fast food pour avoir des couverts en bambou. C’est abusé Piscine de l établissement HS. Nous avons pu aller à la piscine de la ville qui était très bien mais tj agréable de l apprendre avant d arriver sur place après avoir fait de la route. Le service n’est pas le même Une pique au plafond de la SdB absente avec des fils qui pendent…

The location, dennys restaurant and they let us check in 2 hours early.

It said this was the only place with a pool so i cancel reservations at a hotel that was cheaper and had bigger comfortable beds, and a bigger room with couch and table. So super disappointed my kid couldnt go swimming. Also there was haiir all over the bath tub and bathroom looked like it wasnt cleaned.

It was clean and a nice place
