Easy to find. Near restaurants

Old. Leaky shower that dripped constantly. Breakfast was poor compared to holiday inn or best western.

La camera veramente datata, moquette che si sollevava, spazio insufficiente per 4 persone (impossibile aprire le 4 valigie), phon non funzionante nel bagno, tenda rotta che non consentiva di avere il buio in camera. Spazio insufficiente per fare colazione negli spazi comuni. Cuscini con alcune macchie.

It had everything I was looking for in a stay, free parking, free wifi, ac... I just needed an overnight while traveling

Not much. The staff was pleasant.

Not sure where to start. 1. Facility was Super Old 2. The Breakfast was Awful. It couldn’t even classify as a continental. There was an open bowl of “fresh” ? Fruit with no serving tongs and fruit was not washed. The oranges looked like they were picked a few months ago. No cereal choices. Not sure about how fresh the milk was, didn’t dare smell it. 3. The bed was at least 20 yrs old, not joking. 4. The washcloth I started to use, mind you was white at one time, I’m sure, but wasn’t! It looked like someone wiped their shoes with it and then let it air dry and was not washed. 5. All the towels were old and dingy. 6. The old, outdated heating/ac unit rattled so much that every time the ac kicked on, it woke me up. 7. THERE WAS NO ELEVATOR AND WE WERE ON 3rd FLOOR and we’re old!! 8. The front desk lady said they were full and had no rooms on first/second floor. Couldn’t tell it by parking lot. I truly question this. There were very few cars. 9. TV didn’t work 10. Outdated room - no data plugs at all. There actually were very few plug ins.

When i first arrived I was given a room that was a joining to another. The room was nice and clean, however I could hear everything going one in the next room. I asked the young man at the front desk to move and he was happy to accommodate. I was upgraded to a much larger and comfortable room. I really appreciated that my concern was heard and something was done for me.

The location of this hotel was good. It was very dated with carpet lifting in the hallway. The room was well set up, but bedsdid not match, the frame on the bed was sticking out and definitely a shin hazard. The couch had holes in it. The furniture was really worn.

Unclean and very outdated m

One of the most comfortable beds I've spent in in years. The staff were lovely. While the breakfast was provided, which was handy since there are no restaurants within walking distance, most of it was standard, and the egg products were premade and not very palatable.

I think the breakfast could of had a little more variety, like add hard-boiled eggs.

All good. I felt that was $181 was a little expensive for seniors and wyndham reward. This was without a pool or an elevator. My husband and I probably won't return, unfortunately because we have never paid this much. Breakfast was good.

Front desk staff were welcoming, warm, and friendly. The night desk staff member was exceptionally professional. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of variety—the egg bites were delicious and a unique offering I haven’t seen before. Coffee was great.

The property is rundown and needs repairs and maintenance. Carpets are old and the walls could use a paint job. Chairs in the breakfast room have duct tape on them. The charging block and outlets in my room didn’t work, and when I mentioned it at the front desk upon check out, the staff member said, “oh, yes, we knew about that. A previous guest reported it.”

The bathtub drain was plugged and when we began filling the tub with water for a bath, previous old debris floated up. The room was very old appearing and the phone did not work to contact the front desk. The front desk did offer to change our room because of the tub. However, the other room shower faucet level did not it work properly and only half the pressure was coming out as water was still filling the tub. This tub drain was also nearly plugged. So I was standing in ankle deep water while taking a shower and there was debris floating around d from previous occupants. Not at all what I expected.

Continental breakfast was good.

Upstairs room was a bit loud above us but ok. Beds are a bit hard.

Extrem hellhörige Zimmer. Man fühlt sich, als wohne man im gleichen Zimmer wie die Nachbarn.

Pleasant experience

Good budget option - room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast in the lobby was above expectations. This was the cheapest option we found so that is part of these expectations. It is over a 3star hotel? - no. But it does well in its budget category.

Ok condition with very small rooms. No elevator. Breakfast options very limited in a tiny room can only host 4 small tables. Breakfast coffee is purely tinted water

Good daily housekeeping

We always stop at this Super 8 when travelling between Kelowna and Smithers as it’s half way. Clean pet rooms and the BEST breakfast going!

Only minus was being on the third floor without elevator. Both seniors and stars were somewhat challenging. We were happy with all other aspects of our overnight stay.

Really gross shower head. And the sheets were thread-bare. The towels were also tread-bare. We thought the sheets were stained but them realizes we could see thru them. Very disappointed as we've stayed at Super 8's quite frequently. Definitely, not what we're uses to...

We asked for a king bed, we had a large load of luggage on the dolly and found there were stairs involved in all the king rooms. Not a big deal for sure, but we are seniors and had just arrived from a lengthy drive. Everything else was fantastic.

Pet friendly, staff was professional,breakfast was early.

Check in was quick. Staff are very friendly. I had asked for a ground floor room and we got one. The hotel is older and could use a few updates but the room was clean and had a small fridge. The shower head has seen better days and would definitely benefit from some CLR cleaner. If I was in the area and needed accommodation I would stay there again.

No elevator so had to hump luggage up stairs. Shower head needs to either be replaced or soaked in CLR because of the calcium buildup. No long mirror in hallway, no Kleenex in bathroom, window was filthy, no sheer on window just a drape, bed was horribly uncomfortable it was so hard, breakfast was toast or cereal, no eggs or bacon. Never would stay here again. Gross.

The staff were great. I locked myself out of my room several times and it was never an issue. Lol. Breakfast was decent and the coffee was on all day long. The room itself was adequate.

A little more expensive than some hotels of the same quality, but it was packed with bookings so I understand the reasoning.

Dated and the bathroom is not as clean but I have high standards of cleanliness. It was good for the overnight, passing through stay. Third floor is only accessible by stairs.

The plumbing seemed old and the staff dropped off a plunger rather than fixing the issue themselves. It was pretty quiet for being next to the freeway and had lots of food options nearby. There was also a nature park nearby that was fun to explore.

Easy to access. Wendy’s and pub next door. Edges of room could have been vacuumed. Room smelled musty.

Good location, reasonable value. We stay here often.
