Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet und bietet für Eltern etwas fürs Auge und eine sehr hohe Qualität. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wer Erholung mit hoher Qualität nicht mitten in einer belebten Lage sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Leider ist die Temperatur im Kinderpool viel zu kalt (kälter als der Hauptpool). Weiterhin besteht eine zu große Rutschgefahr dort, da dauerthaft Wasser austritt vom Pool in den Liegenbereich. Viele Kinder sind ausgerutscht, dort gibt es Nachbesserungsbedarf. Weiterhin fehlen auf den Toiletten Reinigungsbürsten. Im Gym gibt es für den Abreisetag Duschen, wenn man nach dem CheckOut einen späten Rückflug hat. Leider reicht der Bewegungsmelder nicht bis in die Dusche und vor allem bei den Frauen steht man dann in vollständiger Dunkelheit, da es kein Fenster gibt.

Helpful and friendly stuff. We asked for a lunch box cause we checked-in after lunch ended and it was very delicious. We had full board - food was tasty and each day was something new. Fast WiFi - I was able to had Zoom calls. 15 min walking to the beach but the road is easy and was always in shade.

Gym has no AC. No free water at lunch and dinner. Some stickers in the dinning room did not match several times (for example it was said empanadas with tuna but they were with vegetables) or were absent. Not tasty shrimps and claims.

The breakfast buffet was easily the highlight of my 2 nights stay. Fantastic selection was massive both a hot cook-to-order egg station and fresh local pastries that tasted bakery-made.

It was clean, and the reception staff were attentive. The housekeeping staff were excellent. The pool was well-maintained. The breakfast and dinner were ideal and varied.In general, the local people were very warm and considerate everywhere.

Lunch was perfect on the day of our arrival, but they stopped serving it from the following day onwards. The café didn't offer much variety, and since there were no restaurants nearby, we had to wait until evening for dinner. It would have been better to have lunch available as well—something we hadn't known beforehand

Localização excelente, muito perto da praia e facilmente se chega ao centro da cidade para conhecer. Todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos. A comida, no geral, era bastante boa e variada de dia para dia. O espaço das piscinas era muito agradável e tranquilo. O ginásio estava praticamente nas vezes que fomos e tinha bom aspecto, parecia cuidado na sua maioria.

Na nossa wc, faltava um piaçaba.

O atendimento - todos foram muito simpáticos - desde a receção até ao pessoal de restaurante e bar no rooftop. Principalmente a menina que nos recebeu na madrugada de 13/09 e que tinha preparado um jantar frio - uma vez que tínhamos regime de meia pensão. A localização - uma área calma, a 10min a pé da praia e com oferta de transportes públicos. Pequeno almoço extremamente rico e variado. O rooftop no 10º piso é muito agradável, com cocktails a 10€. Foi possível fazer late check out por 10€/hora , deixar a bagagem na receção e ainda usar os balneários do ginásio antes de sairmos ao final da tarde - o que é uma mais valia para quem tem voo ao final do dia. Todo os espaços comuns agradavelmente decorados.

O elevador, muito lento, como ficamos no 2º piso utilizávamos com frequência as escadas. A sala de PA/jantar estava incrivelmente fria - optávamos quase sempre por comer no exterior. O quarto, apesar de ter tudo o necessário achei um pouco impessoal (muito pela luz branca /fria que possui). A toalha da piscina, é cobrado 2€ por cada troca que realizam.

Bývali sme v staršej izbe bez balkóna ,doporučila by som skôr izbu s balkónom .Ja som objednala poslednú izbu, takže iná možnosť nebola.

Room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. Beds super comfy. Walking location to the beach is perfect. Swimming pool is super nice, always had free sunbeds. Staff always friendly and happy to help.

The gym is too small for such a large hotel - needs more cardio machines. There is no designated area for rental bikes / a bike stand. More healthy food options when ordering at the pool bar.

The hotel was clean and always smelt amazing ! Great location to get the tram into the centre of Alicante in 15 minutes. The rooms were a great size with a nice sized balcony. The rooftop bar was incredible and we really enjoyed the cocktails up there. The swimming pools were a great size and clean , we would definitely stay here again.

The pool bar was busy and short staffed , I would suggest another member of staff would really help or even qr code to order to the subbed

Tout était parfait. Les professionnels sont tous bienveillants et très sympathiques. La formule demi pension était très bien, le buffet est varié. Nous avions passé un excellent séjour.

Segunda vez en Port Alicante y hemos vuelto a quedar encantados. La habitación, el buffet y la cocina, todo genial. Nos hizo mucha ilusión que varios miembros del personal nos reconocieran del año pasado, y mención especial a Noelia por su amabilidad y cercanía. El último día, aunque ya habíamos hecho el check-out, nos dejaron ducharnos en las instalaciones, un detalle que agradecimos muchísimo. ¡Volveremos!

La amabilidad del personal y la calidad de la comida así como su elaboración. Los arroces especialmente nos encantaron! La azotea es encantadora con una pequeña piscina más tranquila y un bar con personal encantador que nos atendió de 10 en todo momento.

Reservamos una habitación para tres personas y la cama individual era plegable y enormemente incomoda, el colchón muy delgado y podías sentir toda la articulación metálica de la estructura. Pese a ello tampoco teníamos artículos para tres personas en la habitación sino para dos (vasos, tazas...) En la azotea, donde hay una piscina y un bar, no hay ningún rincón con un mínimo de sombra (no siquiera sombrillas) lo que hace desagradable pasar más de un par de horas, siendo el sitio con más encanto del lugar.

The shower in the room was amazing. The bed was comfy. The location was perfect. Nice air conditioning. Good breakfast. Great staff.

There’s no conditioner (to be fair, there’s a notice that said to ask them for toiletries and I didn’t) in the shower. Walls were sometimes a bit too thin. No duvet, just a fleece blanket.

Reservamos una habitación para 3 y la tercera cama era un sofá cama muy incómodo que sonaba mucho si se movía. Era para mi madre que es adulto mayor. Eso sin duda no nos gustó. Además el hotel se describe como 4 estrellas y si es 4 estrellas una parte. Dónde estaba nuestra habitación no estaba tan bien mantenido y había mucho olor a humedad en el pasillo

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable and very pleasant overall. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. There is free street parking available nearby, which was very convenient. Breakfast costs €17 per person, but the selection is really good, with plenty of options, and the food was fresh and delicious. The pool area was one of our favourite parts of the hotel – a lovely pool with enough space to relax and enjoy the sun without feeling crowded. Another big plus is the location: a very large and beautiful beach is just a 5–6 minute walk away. The room was comfortable, the hotel had a nice atmosphere, and everything was well maintained. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Quizás el servicio de la cafetería que eran un poco lentos y los cafés estaban un poco fuertes.

This hotel just exceeded all our expectations. Very nice rooms, cool and comfy bed with the most comfortable selective of pillows. My daughter loved the pool area. Food was excellent with multiple choices each day.

There weren’t many activities for children. Most of the staff spoke mainly Spanish, and the staff could have been a little more engaging.

Very disappointing stay, especially for the price. We paid around €2,100 for 7 nights and the overall quality was far below expectations. The hotel has a newer and an older building, and most of the photos gave the impression of the newer part. On arrival, we were first given a room on level -1, basically in the basement. When I immediately asked to change it, I was told the hotel was full. After I insisted, another room on the third floor suddenly became available. That room was in the older building and was very dated. The bathroom door did not close properly and was damaged at the bottom. I later asked to move to the newer building and was initially told it would be possible, but then this changed. The only alternative we were eventually offered was unsuitable for us because we were travelling with a baby and stroller: the elevator did not reach the room directly and we would have had to carry the stroller down several steps every day. The balcony was also very small and faced an unattractive area, completely different from what I expected. There were several other problems during our stay. The very old hairdryer kept overheating and switching off. I reported it twice and was told it would be replaced, but it never was. On our last night, there was also a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The soundproofing was extremely poor. We could clearly hear noises from neighbouring rooms, which was especially difficult with a sleeping baby. One afternoon around 5 p.m., there was also no proper hot water, only lukewarm water, and I had to bathe my baby with it. Overall, the room quality, maintenance, soundproofing and service were not acceptable for this price. Unfortunately, I would not choose this hotel again.

A new and modern hotel, with very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. The swimming pool is large and very nice, and the beach is about a 15-minute walk away. Our room was a little small but well equipped, with a balcony, a large TV and free Netflix. The shower was spacious, and the toiletries were of very good quality. The toilet area is quite small and feels a little claustrophobic, although we understand that separating it from the bathroom makes the layout more practical.

Parking is available on site, but we found it quite expensive. We do not really understand why hotel guests have to pay extra for parking - I think 17 euros/night. Dinner was good, but there is an important issue if you arrive later. We came around 21:30, and although dinner officially ends at 22:00, several dishes were already unavailable and were not refilled. This was disappointing, as guests arriving later pay the same price as those coming at 20:00 and should have access to the same selection. Overall, a very good and modern hotel with excellent food, a great pool and comfortable facilities. We would recommend it.

Готель для сімейних пар та з дітьми. Є басейни для дітей а також різні забави. Персонал знаходиться цілодобово на місці і це дуже комфортно. Кухня чудова дуже було все смачно а персонал який обслуговує кухню просто як бджілки літають по ресторану та цілий час питають чи може щось треба, дуже турботливий персонал! 💛💛💛💙💙💙 На 10 поверсі є чудовий бар з басейном звідти відкривається чудовий вид на місто Аліканте. Сам район дуже тихий спокійний, близько моря. Пляж широкий, море чисте людей небагато. Дуже рекомендую сім'ям з дітьми.

Páčil sa nám hotel, jeho poloha a čistota. Personál recepcie bol nesmierne ochotný a po doobednom príchode na hotel nám poskytol uteráky na pláž a dal k dispozícii jednu už pripravenú izbu (mali sme objednané dve izby), v ktorej sme sa všetci zložili veci a išli oddychovať k bazénu. Alicante je krásne miesto a určite odporúčame aj návštevu ZOO Terra Natura v meste Benidorm.

Mali sme objednanú polpenziu, ale večera bola výrazne zameraná na morské plody a ryby. Hovädzie mäso sa nedalo jesť, nakoľko bolo nedopečené - žuvačkové a nechutné. Personál (okrem recepcie) mal problém s angličtinou, čo nás asi najviac zarazilo. Navyše jeden pán z personálu (taký tmavší) bol mimoriadne nepríjemný a jeho prejav voči hosťom nepôsobil zrovna najvrúcnejšie. Dobudúcna by som opätovne zvážila voľbu polpenzie v tomto hoteli. Pláž bola od hotela vzdialená cca 500 m. Lehátka boli na pláži dostupné za poplatok 16 EUR (lehátko + slnečník). Väčšina domácich turistov mala svoje slnečníky a stoličky. V miestnych reštauráciách bol problém s angličtinou. Personál nebol ochotný komunikovať anglicky a na anglickú otázku odpovedal španielsky (išlo prevažne o mladých ľudí vo veku 16 - 25 rokov).

Il y a deux parties dans l'hôtel : une partie neuve et rénovée, et une autre plus vieille qui ne ressemble pas du tout aux photos mises en avant. Il faut prendre en compte que si vous choisissez l'option sans vue, vous serez logé dans la partie ancienne. La clim est très faible la nuit, donc il fait très chaud dans les chambres.

Nous avons énormément apprécié le petit déjeuner et le diner le buffet étant très diversifié et excellent dans la qualité des aliments ainsi que lit pour bébé qui est très confortable.

Dans la chambre au niveau de l'appuie tête sur le lit, le bord en bois gène et la climatisation trop fort à l'entrée principal de l'hôtel.

Modern, elegáns stílusú, tágas szoba, nagyméretű medence, terasz bár, skybár medencével. Igazán csak pihenni kell itt. Az ételek nagyon széles választékúak és bőségesen állt a rendelkezésünkre. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt folyamatosan mosolygott és mindent megtettek, hogy jól érezzük magunkat.

Bar service was very poor . The staff were friendly but there’s obviously bad management and some of the staff are trying their best . It would have been nice to have some music around the pool . There’s no aircon in the hallways and it was stifling housekeeping must find it very uncomfortable to work in .

Nous avons été mis dans une annexe de l hôtel ce qui n était pas précisé dans l offre. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisé. Il a fallu s enregistrer à l accueil tous les jours pour le parking …

Todo el personal del hotel fue una maravilla, desde el primer minuto que entramos hasta que nos fuimos. Un gusto tratar con gente tan amable. Las instalaciones muy nuevas y muy cerca de la playa.

Íbamos tres personas y hubiésemos agradecido dos camas en vez de una cama y un sofá cama. Nuestra habitación estaba en la planta 4 y hacía un frío descontrolado al salir del ascensor y por toda la planta. Había demasiada diferencia con el resto de plantas

Ma drobne niedociągnięcia względem jakości wykończenia np. Luźny uchwyt na papier toaletowy itp. Lub brak zamykanej szafy ale w ogólnym użytkowaniu całkowicie to nie przeszkadza.

The hotel is very modern, tastefully designed and nice. The room was spacious and large. Three pools are really good with lots of seating space. The breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant is fabulous, great variety and really really yummy. We really liked this hotel and would go back. The beach is a short walk away, there's a supermarket nearby.

We couldn't really enjoy our balcony because of smoking from other hotel guests. As an asthmatic, this is sad.
