Personneel was vriendelijk en servicegericht De kamer werd dagelijks schoongemaakt incl beddengoed en handdoeken. De douchestraal was zelfs iets aan de ruime kant.

Uitzicht was op drukke straat Met gehorige buren. En omelet bij het buffet was 3 dagen koud. Toen ik vroeg om warme verse kreeg ik die wel direct.

We were so far away from the nice big beach. 45 mins walk away. My room was next to the main road, I was surprised how noisy it was, however, there was a sliding door that separated the bedroom which helped.

Conveniently located to Local beaches, 5 minute bus ride to the main beach and 10 minute walk to so great restaurants.

Generally was a lovely hotel, only issue I had personally was the breakfast was cold IE, scrambled eggs sat there for too Long and got cold, same with the potatoes. There is a microwave there but you shouldn’t have to microwave your food. Overall though the breakfast was lovely and a good selection.

Great location just out of the city centre. Room was comfortable and had a balcony. Breakfast had lots of options to choose from. Reception team were kind and really helpful and offered lots of recommendations.

Die Toilette war nicht wirklich fest, man hatte das Gefühl, man würde umfallen. Und was ich über nicht gut fand, am Ende des Urlaubs mussten wir für Getränke bezahlt die wir angeblich bestellt hatten. Zu der angegebenen Zeit waren wir aber unterwegs auf einer Tour. Bis heute habe ich keine Erstattung erhalten. Schade eigentlich, aber unter diesen Umständen kann ich es nicht empfehlen.

J’ai passé deux jours dans cet hôtel et j’ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié mon séjour. L’hôtel est très agréable et le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel. Un point particulièrement positif pour moi a été de trouver à la réception une personne qui parle arabe et français. Le jeune homme m’a très bien conseillé et m’a indiqué plusieurs endroits à visiter. Le petit-déjeuner était également très bon et varié. Je suis très satisfait de mon séjour et je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Exceptional accomodation! Me and my friend went there for 5 days and all the staff was excellent! I have to point out Hocine from the hotel, the guy made our whole trip better, showing us all the best spots for EVERYTHING. He made sure we always had the best time, and responded immidietly. Without him, our trip wouldn’t have been the same! The cleaning staff also needs to be mentioned, quick, professional work, huge smiles all around. Would recommend this place if you come to Alicante 10/10!

Hotel jest bardzo czysty, codziennie sprzątane pokoje. Wspaniała obsługa, wszyscy bez wyjątku są bardzo mili i pomocni. Duży plus za dostępne parasole plażowe. Hotel znajduje się w świetnej, spokojnej dzielnicy, skąd bez problemu można dojechać do centrum Alicante, jak również do plaży San Juan. Blisko hotelu znajdują się plaże skaliste.

A small, quiet and very comfortable hotel. The hotel was spotless and our room cleaned every day. Lovely pool area with much needed brollies. The staff were excellent, friendly, welcoming and so helpful. The location was okay for us. Easy bus access into Alicante and we were also able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the hotel.

Everything was good. A bit more storage in the room would be beneficial.

There was one day where we did not get our room cleaned but we left the sign on our door for it to be cleaned. We spoke with a staff member and they made sure it was definitely cleaned for the next day.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Boutique Calas de Alicante. The hotel was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had a lovely peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and well presented, and the location was perfect—close to the buses with easy access to Alicante’s attractions. The breakfast offered a great selection, and the overall service was good. Special thanks to Roberto and Miguel. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Wyjątkowy hotel ,trochę oddalony od Alicante. Cisza i spokój, widok na morze. Obsługa w języku angielskim. Bardzo dobre śniadania , restauracja na miejscu. Basen czyszczony codziennie, minus za brak dodatkowych ręczników na basen. Wyjeżdżaliśmy wcześnie rano więc otrzymaliśmy suchy prowiant. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i napewno wrócimy.

AVOID. !!! We booked this hotel, and when we arrived ready to check in, we received an email saying that our reservation had been cancelled. It happened completely out of nowhere, without any explanation, even though we had already checked in and paid.

As we were left without any accommodation, we asked the reception staff for help, but they simply told us the hotel was overbooked. It was clear that our room had been given to someone else. No alternative accommodation or any other solution was offered.

We stayed 7th July till 9th. The property is beautiful very well maintained,great air conditioning,cozy atmosphere our room was spotless,beds comfortable and had everything we needed for 3 nights.The hotel has a Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere,the staff were friendly and welcoming and the lactation is great ,from Airport by car 30min,by buss is about 1 hour with one transfer.from hotel to Alicante by buss 10.minutes.Supermarket is 10 min by walk. Breakfast was ok.Dinner very limited food not a lot choice is very basic,however if you would like nice dinner recommend go out. Overall it is a charming hotel and great place to stay.

The only disappointment was,during the hot weather,much of the food was left uncovered,which made us concerned about hygiene and freshness, fresh cakes believe should be in cold plate and covered .We believe food should always be properly covered,especially in hot weather,to ensure guests safety and maintain quality.. We hope the hotel improves this as it would make the dining experience much better.

The breakfast was the same every day without any changes and to be honest it wasn't great, the scrambled eggs were a bit weird, same with the meat options. That is the main thing the hotel could improve on, everything else was great.

The hotel was nice, always clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The dinners were delicious, but the breakfast was the same every day and lacked variety.

From the balcony of our room, we had a sea view. However, it wasn’t possible to swim there because the beach was dirty and rocky. To reach a proper beach, we had to walk for about 30 minutes or take public transport. Unfortunately, this spoiled our overall holiday experience.

Все было прекрасно,море рядом,магазины,рестораны рядом,автобусы рядом,все компактно и очень уютно,на завтрак только хотелось бы больше разнообразия,а так все было супер и попали ак раз на праздник Сан хуан(ивана-купала),то для украинцев это немного страшно потому что взрывали питарды и салюты,,глаз дергался😅,а так все было супер.Рекомендую!!!

The dinner was of a poor quality provided on the half board service, breakfast was better. There was no attempt to reduce the noise by the pool, which is immediately adjacent to the rooms, especially as there was music being played by the people themselves. The staff didn't seem to think that this was a problem for people during a siesta.

Lovely small quiet hotel, very peaceful bus stop just down the road. The staff are all very helpful and polite, the wi fi was great and the TV had English channels. You are able to have beach towels from reception which was great.And they also had umbrellas available to take to the beach.We caught the number 22 bus to Alicante and san Juan beach was was beautiful. It's was only 1.45euro per person each way. Would defo recommend if you want complete relaxation.

We went half board. The food on the hot plate wasn't very hot. Also the food could be labelled especially for the evening as we didn't really know what we were eating. Also, the coldmeats and cheeses could do with covers over them to prevent the flys sitting on the food. The food doesn't look like the pictures unfortunately. The pool was lovely but much smaller than it looks in the pictures, but the sunbeds and umbrellas were ample. There is literally one bar across the road and a little shopping centre and a bakery. The small supermarket was about a 15 minute walk ( which is shut on sundays)

La piscine, la proximité de la ville en transports, la propreté, les lits confortables, le balcon, le personnel très gentil surtout Miguel qui nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux

Les plats pouvaient être froids et pas très variés, plutôt basique. Nous avons reçu la visite d’un énorme cafard un soir, peut être mettre un insecticide pour éviter cet incident, même si nous avons bien compris qu’ils viennent de la rue et pas de l’hôtel.

Nice Hotel, clean with friendly staff.

The staff were very helpful when needed and polite. The pool was nice, clean and not crowded. The shower in the room was absolutely brilliant too. You have a safe a fridge and everything you need for a stay. The location was well placed to get to San Juan or Alicante Centre with a short bus ride.

The food served was awful. The main restaurant area wasnt open and we were served the the same old food choices each day with, rock hard paella sat for hours and very, very, very limited choice and seemed like the same almost every night. Don't bother paying half board, eat elsewhere or you will be disappointed. We travelled 20th - 24th June. DO NOT STAY HERE THEN if you value any sleep at all. Ar around 10pm, it seems that hundreds and hundreds of youths came out armed with bagfulls of pyrotechniques and it was like bombs going off constantly until 5am. Theres no earbuds in the world that will stop that. I genuinely think I would've got more sleep in a city in the Ukraine at the height of the bombings a few years ago. It was constant. The hotel has a duty to advise guests of something this dramatic, I think. Did not sleep at all any night. I think that outside of these dates, things may have been better. You use a hotel to eat sleep and relax. The relax part was great but the other elements were very, very disappointing.

Das Personal war sehr, sehr gut, sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich, hilfsbereit! Das war das Beste an dem ganzen Aufenthalt. Auch gut das Frühstücksbuffet.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bestimmte vorne und hinten nicht. Spiegel waren dreckig, insgesamt die Hygiene ließ zu wünschen übrig. Der Pool relativ klein und relativ abgenutzt.. für 150 € pro Nacht könnte man wirklich mehr erwarten.

The third bed for the triple room could be better.

Hotel is lovely and quiet. The location is perfect if you don't mind not being right on the beach. There's a little parade of shops nearby and a bus a couple of minutes walk away. You can easily get to Alicante and to St Joan beach from there for €1.45 per trip pee person. Staff are friendly, food is nice and the rooms are clean. The pool is small and there aren't so many sun loungers, but certainly when we stayed that wasn't an issue as it didn't get at all busy It's really handy having a fridge in the room too

There wasn't much water supplied in the room so we had to get a big bottle in the supermarket. This was only really an issue in the Sunday as nothing local was open so we had to get water from the bar which was a bit pricey.
