La struttura purtroppo non era molto pulita. L’appartamento non è ben insonorizzato e si sentiva tutto sia da sopra che di fianco.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Appartamento spazioso confortevole e pulito. Zona tranquilla e con facilità di parcheggio. Posizione comoda rispetto alla spiaggia Apprezzabile il cambio asciugamani e la fornitura di attrezzature da spiaggia su richiesta. Lavanderia provvista di lavatrici e asviugatrici. Delizioso il bar all'interno della struttura. Comunicare con l'hostess è molto facile, loro molto disponibili e cortesi.
C'era qualche zanzara, suggerisco delle zanzariere ma con le macchinette attaccate alla corrente si risolve il problema. Lo stendino fisso non era comodissimo, di notte ha piovuto e mi sono dovuta alzare a ritirare i panni uno alla volta senza sapere dove appoggiarli, con uno stendino mobile avrei risolto velocemente.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Bra info inför incheckning och utcheckning. Fina lägenheter och bra service samt otroligt smidig kontakt med personalen. Kort promenad till den fantastiska sandstranden San Juan. Nära till både mataffär och restaurangutbud. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka hit.
Vi åkte med två små barn och en dubbelvagn. Det blev ett tungt jobb att få upp vagn, packning och barn en trappa upp till lägenheten. Om vi skulle boka igen skulle vi nog be om en lägenhet på markplan.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026El apartamento estaba muy limpio, camas y sofá cama cómodos (además podías elegir almohada más o menos dura), toallas de ducha grandes, aire acondicionado, tv grande, nos gustó que se accediera con código en vez de llave. en la cafetería Indra desayunamos muy bien, Emil y su mujer muy amables y respondían rápido a las comunicaciones por whatsapp o mail, gratis uso de lavadora y secadora en el sótano.
Echamos de menos barandilla en las escaleras de subida al apartamento, duchas pequeñas, sofá solo para 3 y éramos 4, en la descripción del alojamiento ponía que había zapatillas y albornoz pero no era así, cocina justita (sobre todo nevera pequeña y vitro pequeña), en la terraza solo había tres sillas y en el tendedero no había pinzas.

W apartamencie zarówno ekspres na kapsułki, kawiarka, toster, kuchenka, mikrofala. Przemiła obsługa, która opowiadała na każde nasze pytanie. Po naszej prośbie o wcześniejsze zameldowanie obsługa zrobiła wszystko aby jak najszybciej udostępnić nam apartament za co bardzo dziękujemy. Możliwość wypożyczenia parasola plażowego i krzesełek na plażę w przyzwoitej cenie na ogromny plus. W tym samym obiekcie urocza restauracja z pysznym jedzeniem, tapasami . W pobliżu 3 plaze do wyboru w tym piękna plaża San Juan z deptakiem,restauracjami i sklepikami. Do centrum Alicante okolo 25 minut tramwajem/autobusem. Polecam z całego serca. Szczególnie pozdrowienia dla Pana Emila z obsługi, ktory był z nami w stałym kontakcie. Jeśli wrócimy do Alicante to na pewno odwiedzimy to miejsce.
Wszystko nam się podobało.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Obiekt dalej od plaży, dla nas całkowicie ok, byliśmy świadomi lokalizacji. Blisko autobusu, łatwo dojechać do Alicante lub do tramwaju.
Ogólnie wszystko było zgodnie z oczekiwaniami. Jednak w trakcie pobytu raz mieliśmy sprzątanie pokoju - niestety trudno było się dopatrzeć co zostało posprzątane - chyba tylko wymieniono ręczniki.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Отличные большие апартаменты. Полный набор посуды на кухне. Приветливый персонал. До моря 10 минут, до супермаркета 15. На автобусе до цента города 20-25 минут. Можно брать на прокат пляжный инвентарь. На цокольном этаже есть стиральные и сушильные машины. Обязательно вернёмся еще.
Хотелось бы что бы бесплатная уборка была чаще, чем раз в неделю. Хотя бы мытьё пола.

La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de la playa y del transporte público para poder desplazarse hacia zonas cercanas de interés. Hay un restó con buena comida y muy bien atendido en el lugar. Volvería sin dudar.
Solo sugerir que nos hubiera gustado poder hacer uso de un aseo cuando fuimos a retirar las maletas que quedaron en consigna después del check out.

Nelle vicinanze non ci sono molti supermercati.

El restaurante Indra que está en los apartamentos muy buena la comida y muy buena atención. Pude ver el mundial del fútbol muy cómodamente bebiendo y comiendo. Los apartamentos muy bonitos, cómodo y tenía todo lo que se necesita. El anfitrión es muy agradable y servicial y nos recibió y mandó el código para poder entrar en la habitación antes que llegáramos. Todo fue mucho mejor de lo que pensé. Volvería a repetir la experiencia.

Na dole super kawiarnia, która serwuje pyszne śniadania. Spędziliśmy super czas, pewnie jeszcze wrócimy. Polecam z całego serca!

Poca intimidad , los ventanales dan a la calle y se ve todo. No hay persianas y en cuanto amanece se ilumina todo el dormitorio y tb el salón si se hace uso del sofá cama, por lo que es poco cómodo para dormir y descansar. Se echa de menos un cepillo para barrer sobre todo cuando vas con niños.

Das Meer ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. In der Nähe gibt es außerdem ein tolles Café mit sehr leckerem Essen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

До центру міста їхати хвилин 20 на автобусі, але на відміну від центру тут дуже затишно і спокійно як вдень, так і вночі. Апартаменти комфортні: простора кухня з вітальною, ванна та спальня. На кухні є все необхідне обладнання для приготування їжі. Також великим плюсом є наявність пральної та сушильної машин. Окрема подяка Емілю за доброзичливість та гостинність. Він зустрів нас, усе показав і розповів як про квартиру, так і про особливості району. Справді відчувається щира турбота про туристів. Це місце - щира рекомендація!

Reviewed May 28, 2026A wonderful apartment, equipped with absolutely everything you need. Located in a chic complex and with a gorgeous interior courtyard. Bus station nearby. Beach a few minutes away. The owner, a 10-star man, helped us with quick check-in, even before the initial time. A particularly important aspect especially when you are staying with children. Cleanliness 10-star! Quick and easy access to the location! Wonderful! I highly recommend!

Reviewed May 28, 2026Lokalizacja blisko plaży, komunikacji miejskiej, cicha spokojna, bezpieczna okolica. Tuż obok bar, można zjeść śniadanie, napić się pysznej kawy, lub wieczorem posiedzieć. Apartament super czysty, przestronny, świetnie wyposażony. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Lokalizacja lekko na uboczu (kilkanaście przystanków autobusem od centrum) co daje komfort od hałaśliwego centrum. Idealne miejsce na plażowanie przy najpiękniejszej San Juan Playa, lub jako miejsce wypadowe na zwiedzanie.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Beautiful apartment so spacious and clean all the mod cons that you require. Coffee shop incorporated into the building was so convenient for breakfast. All in all a great stay
Everything was good not a criticism but could do with a handrail on the stairs up to the first floor apartment

Reviewed May 26, 2026Moderne leilighet. Meget stille i rom inn mot courtyard. Herlig mat fra in house restaurant. Bra belysning. Velutstyrt kjøkken. Stort kjøleskap. Stille soverom. Pin kode for alle inngangsdører. Perfekt temperatur kontroll AC / oppvarming. Meget bra lydisolasjon i inner leilighetene.
For dyrt per natt. Mangler stekeovn. Vanskelig å holde badet rent , særlig skjenk og toalett. Lite dopapir inkludert.
